He robbed me too. Charming and sociopathic. He was paid and delivered a absolutely no interior design services needed by the general contractor. He also stole money by quoting materials higher than the actual cost. He deceptively created a large profit for himself (over $20,000) on just one material. That is just the beginning. A thief. Due to his actions or lack of action, there were costly delay charges and change orders.

You are completely correct in all your statements regarding Juan Ayora. He will charm you and talk you into doing exactly what he wants and then will burn you! He is a professional con artist and should be punished. He has people hire him, pay him and then does not show up! BEWARE!
Robbed us too! A scammer posing to be an interior designer. He did nothing and the general contractor said that he was incapable of providing any services needed such as drawings, answering RFIs or tagging the drawings. He used all kinds of tactics to delay and charm. He also uncharged on materials when he was paid a flat fee. He’s a con artist. Beware Miami residents. Sociopath! Charming and charismatic, thief and liar.
