JPR Trading Company / No refund, no service!
I purchased an item for my nephews Xmas gift on 12/23/05.
It was an item priced at $99.99, and I further paid an additional $41.87 for Fed Ex 2nd Day Air shipment.
Unfortunately the item arrived well into the New Year, and we had the item returned to JPR Trading Company.
The last contact we had with them, in November of '06 in which we finally were able to get a live CSR on the line (versus getting a machine, and leaving a never to be returned message) we were told we would get a full refund, and gave the CSR our Credit Card information.
As of today, January 5th, 2007, we have STILL not received that refund!!!
This company obviously has no concept of Customer Service, and I would not recommend making a purchase from them.
