but missing one of the items, but NO packing invoice in box

Dear All

This complaint board site is fully fake. They are playing HAVOC with innocent victims by bullying them. This is the biggest racket on the earth.

Anybody can post any complain which mostly happens to be vague and false. What this people do is they have floated lot of reputation management companies. They are in sync with this complaint board site.

Anybody can upload any type of complaint about any person or organization. They also allow to use foul and abusive language on their website. To save their reputation the people who are the victims approach these so called reputation management companies which is floated by this website and make lot of monies.

This website (https://www.complaintsboard.com) do not bother to check whether the complaint uploaded in their website is true or false. They only allow people to upload. There is no verification of truth here.

Any body can upload any damning and untrue piece of article which is harmful.

Complaintsboard.com should have first the ethics to verify the facts before they publish on a public platform.

There are many persons who are jealous nature and they are just uploading all sorts of wrong and invented stories.

So all readers be aware of this complaint board site.

May be you will be the next victim.

I am having similar issues with Joss and Main, so I believe this board and the above complaint. I ordered a sofa and chair from Joss and Main on 9/5. Their stated delivery date was the last week of September. I just received the chair today, 10/24/11 and the sofa hasn't even shipped yet! If I ever receive the sofa, I am cancelling my Joss and Main membership and never ordering from them again.

Joss & Main is committing fraud and is willing to do nothing to support their customers. I ordered a bedding set this month, April 2012, and while I received it quickly, the description did not match the item I received. (The description clearly said "100% cotton" and when it arrived, the tags said "100% polyester".) They refuse to take it back and/or refund my money. I'm allergic to polyester and only ordered this item because it clearly was described as "100% cotton". They basically stole my $133.00 for misrepresenting the item they were selling. I am following-up this complaint with one to the BBB. Do not order from this company. They are out to rip you off!!!

I have tried to receive information from Joss and Main about a product, before ordering it, since the item is non-returnable and is quite expensive. I just requested basic information-make-up of fabric, country origin of product-I received no response. Therefore, I will not be ordering the item.

I ordered two contemporary lamps, and when they arrived they were completely different from what I had ordered. I was able to reach someone at a senior level, who got back to me and said they would offer me price reduction. I returned the email asking how I would go about returning the lamps for a refund. That was about a week and a half, and have not heard back. In the meantime I am still waiting on a pots and pan set and other baking dishes that I ordered. They were supposed to arrive two weeks ago, then got a new delivery date of Oct 15th, and still not heard back. Now, I am worried that I won't receive them at all. It really confirms the fact, to not order something online with a company that does not have a track record. From now on, I'm going to stick with larger, and more well known retailers.

I ordered their Watson Desk LAMP In their description of the item it states and this is word for word mind you
"Prefect for illuminating antique decor or bringing a soft glow to a neighborhood cocktail party, this lovely light showcases classic charm and a lovely inspired silhouette" It's nothing more than a tall $52.00 paperweight. It is non functioning I am so mad. Will never buy anything from them again and I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK

I absolutely agree. I am astounded at the lack of professionalism and the terrible quality of their items sold. BUYER BEWARE u WILL be ripped off by this company. The item I purchased was nothing like what was on their site and a flimsy $10 item was sold to me for $80 without the ability to return. Taking advantage of hard working people and their money. I hope this company goes out of business.

Many items posted today on Joss and Main are listed at a price above retail. The Les Toiles du Soleil tote bags, exact color and dimension, are listed for sale at a price $14 above the retailers own website. Buyer beware and do your homework.

Just be aware that when you order large furniture items, the shipper is NOT obligated to bring the items INTO YOUR HOME. I
just ordered two dressers, and the shipper delivered them to my garage. I have to wait until my husband has time off from work so we can rent a dolly and lug these items in. When I e-mailed Joss and Main I got an e-mail back 24 hours later. The e-mail basically suggested that I find friends to help us bring the pieces into the house. I was blown away by this response. Not only is it unprofessional; it's unreasonable. We are new to our area and aren't close enough to anyone that we could ask such a favor. While I really enjoy the Joss and Main shopping experience, I don't know that I'll be spending money there any time soon.

I have nothing but good things to say about Joss & Main. I ordered 12 dining chairs for a remodel and never bothered to check the condition of the chairs since the packing boxes they arrived in seemed to be in good shape. The chairs went into storage for nine months and when my contractor and I opened them, six of the 12 chairs were badly damaged, and the other six chairs were very rocky and wobbled when you sat in them. After a couple of emails and photos, Joss & Main refunded the full amount of the order, not just the six damaged chairs. What company does that after nearly a year? I thought at most I would get a credit to spend at J&M, but a full refund? I would say that is outstanding customer service!

Retailer consistently prices items well above prices on other retailer websites. I ordered a Christmas tree from Amazon over the weekend that wasn't on sale. The following day Joss and Main had it on "sale" for 225.00 more than what I paid for it on Amazon. Will never shop at Joss and Main again!

All Joss & Main customers. Please be careful with what you buy from this online company. This ottoman advertised in the picture has no similarity with the ottoman that was delivered. While the fabric in the picture looks so pretty, it is the total opposite of the item I received. While online company such as Ideeli and Hautelook are most considerate with accepting back a product advertised as non returnable, this Joss & Main does not even consider how unsatisfied you are with the product you receive. Please do not deceive your customers with retouched picture of your products. You honestly want me to to spend $321 on the product that's so unlikable and I will never use, I hope you find it in your heart to make sure your customers are happy and satisfied.
You are the most disappointing online company I ever had the chance to spend my hard earned money to. I don't wish you a happy holiday!!!

I bought an expensive lamp from this company advertised to be one color and the picture shows it in that color and when I received the lamp the colors were totally off. Despite my concern, Joss and Main refused to allow me to return the item. I will never buy from them gain.

I bought the Declan serving cart from Joss & Main. It arrived in pieces, with no instructions and no hardware to assemble it. One of the shelves is cracked and the corner is missing a huge chunk. I called customer service and was told they would contact the manufacturer to request the items. The cart has a very awful odor, is flimsy and all the metal pieces are chipped and scrapped. What a rip off!! A complete waste of money!! Please be careful when you buy from this company. If you notice, they do not have any customer reviews on their site and most of the items are marked "not returnable." I learned the hard way!

I have been waiting for my item for 6 weeks (still waiting). Customer service is a recording. I have sent 4 E-Mails, without explanation, other than the item was damaged and would be re-sent. I am tired of the whole thing and hope that I am not just out of my $650 investment. So, frustrating. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish that I had read the reviews first.

Joss and main sells this for over 1k

Its not a sale item here… and at regular retail they are selling it for $329.00

Joss and Main is false advertising.
