I bought Isuzu (KB 240) KB 72 Petrol Double CAB in 2012
The supplier is Autorama - Ladybrand
The van <IsuZu> has now clocked 34190 <speedo Meter>
I took it for Service at Autoram LadyBrand < 2nd - 30k>
I was denied a 30k service, instead I was advised to pay for the service because of 4k mialiage extra
The last service was in 2013 and the VAN was scarese being used in 2014 and the was no need for service then <my understanding>
This VAN has so many issues it hurts - The rubber lining for the windscreen <top front> is already peeling off
The rear shock absorbers are leaking already, mind you this is used as a family transport only and does travell a lot so the readings above.
Basically I decided to cancell the serviice booking to to have fresh mind on the Autorama ladybarand service orders.
This mail mainly served to iform you that I am not happy at all ans regret the day I thought of Buying Isuzu
The Van in question has come as my fourth car, <two Toyota and Nissan> I never had such complications at GM.
I need to be advise - why should I take a car for service when packed in a garage?, Why should I be deprived of a service only for 4K extra? The first service was done at 14k reading and not 15k reading
I beilive that:
1 - This is a rip off
2- Because Windscreen linings are falling off
3- Shock absorbers <rear> are leaking
4- A meer 4k extra reading deproves me my rights instead I am told that I would fofeit my warantte
I have read the service book - The shocks are not among the list of things that are not covered
The Van body is falling apart - Windscreen rubber lining are falling off
Basically I am nw sitting with the above problems - mor money is requested from GM or Isuzu and it is unfair <crying blood now with Isuzu - GM>
