I recently purchased a suit from this location. I was satisfied with initial service. I had purchased the suit because I was going to wear it for a business conference. I did not attend the conference, therefore I no longer needed the suit. Upon my arrival to the store, I was greeted by the manager. Once I stated that I was returning a purchase, he went right back to doing what he was doing before he greeted me. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes waiting for him to assist me. He eventually reached for the suit and began to look at suit and verify that it was nothing wrong with it. I stated to him that I didn't wear the suit and it was in the same condition as it was on the day that I purchased it. He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head as in disbelief. He continued combing through the suit and then stated "would you like your tie back that you wore with this suit?" I stood there for a second ( in total amazement)! I then stated " I purchased this tie from here and your salesman tied it and left it that way!" I do not appreciate being called a liar and I will never purchase another from this company!
