Just this week Jordan didn't pay me. He owes me over $1000.00 I was one of his "favorite" writers. I would have two to four work orders to be done daily and he would call on me for last minute essays. He gives you these stories about how this disgruntle writer did him wrong, and blasted all this information about him on the internet and how she was just crazy, but this is not true. I have to say it was my ignorance that trusted him, because I did know about him before I began to work with him, but still I chose to take my chances. He makes up excuses that he doesn't have the money in the account because of marketing, but he gets paid per work order. Everytime I contacted him, he didn't answer the phone. I sent text and still no answer. He finally did answer the phone and told me he was going to use the bathroom and then go to the gym because that was his priority. Then he told me there is a paper that should be written, 4 pager. Finally he hung up, but did email me the 4 page work order. Some nerve. If there is anything that you want me to sign to get this thing going, please let me know.

I read about jordan kavoosi and his unremarkable behavior in city pages. after reading the text on his website, I am surprised that anyone purchases essays from him. it was very obvious to me that whoever put the website together does not have good spelling and grammatical skills.

It is beyond me why anyone would purchase an essay from someone who thinks the plural form of "essay" is spelled "essay's". for the record the plural form of essay is essays.

Jordan paid me tonight, when I posted what I did a few days back I was under the impression he wouldn't and for a week in a half he didn't pick up his phone, when reading and listening to what everyone else wrote about him I did what everyone else did who got taken for there money. But he did pay me, just wanted to let that be known, I thought he was definitly going to screw me over but he didn't. I give him credit for that. Everyone else who got taken I wish you the best of luck but since he paid me I am not going to be involved anymore in this.

Good afternoon,

My name is Derek Wynne, I have worked for Jordan Kavoosi starting around the end of March and I am one of his latest victims who got burned by this piece of human garbage. Jordan owes me $750.00, since I started I have been getting paid half of what I worked for each week and I was cool with it as long as I received income eahc week. For the past weeks, Jordan stopped picking up his phone and has made his buddy Shawn deal with the situation as the kid tried hard to get me my money but simply couldn't.

I have a signed contract with Jordan, the date he emailed me, every Youtube video of him saved which shows his character, in my opinion he looks emotionally disturbed. However, I plan to take this to Court contact the Minnesota State Police and Fraud Unit and contact the FBI, I'm not going to sleep until this guy is put behind bars. I also have numerous emails saved with his, proof of my work and everything imaginable.

The website (which the original page I have saved because hes going to take it off) states that he has been in business since 1998 and he is only 24 years of age. He has committed fraud on so many levels to so many people that it is time for all of us to collectively get together instead of individually because if 10 or more of us take this to the proper authorities with proof they will have no choice but to arrest this guy.

His buddy Shawn claims his daddy is a lawyer, if this is true Jordan certainly didn't get his intelligence from him, he doesnt even know how to spell Pennsylvania or my name, since I worked for him he has been calling me "dereck" among other wrong attempts in emails. He simply is an uneducated piece of human garbage who belongs behind bars. Shawn told me his dad helped him legally so many times and he should be ashamed, this kid is a thief, he will be behind prison bars by the time he is 30.

The good news is the authorities told me they are a few signatures away from putting this creep behind bars, lets all collectively get together and do this. I can be contacted at [protected], I want every writer and person he has scammed to contact me and we will strategically plan this out, I already have A LOT going on right now with this case. I even told him if he sent me 400 dollars I'd walk away and wouldn't care about the rest, just to pay bills.

He figures for the price of a lawyer, nobody is going to sue him for that but if we collectively get together and pursue this that will be the best shot of putting this uneducated punk behind bars for a long time, please contact me so we can do this.

I've only known Jordan for a little over 2 months... and have had no problems working for him.

There are too many broad statements and personal attacks to have any sympathy for the writer of the original complaint...

I have experienced NOTHING but problems dealing with Mr. Kavoosi. I can own up to the fact that yes, I myself should have been writing my paper but I was in a jam and I needed help. I then found his "business" online and decided I would try it out (dumb, very dumb on my behald). I gave him all the details and criteria for the paper, giving him no reason to return to me a profound essay from the "educated" personal working for him. Instead I recieved no paper at all. I had already paid for the essay so this was not a matter I was going to just let go because quite frankly, it's expensive and I don't have money growing in my backyard. I sent numerous emails which were left unattended too and finally after about an hour of calling I got through to customer service. In the bakground I could hear what seemed to be an office party, loud drunk baligerant fools babbling and the owner Jordan Kavoosi slurring his words and speaking to me in a completely unfprofessional mannor. At that point I asked myself "What respected business man holds office parties for minors, serving them alcohol and letting then run around and scream like banchees?" I then knew that I had made an awful mistake. When I spoke of my situation Jordan said no problem I'll call one of my writers and it will be in your inbox first thing tomorrow morning along with a refund for my late essay. Irritable I accepted the offer and went to bed. The next morning I awoke only to find my inbox empty; no refund, no paper. I immediatly placed a call to the company and Jordan said he had just spoken with the writer and they would be sedining it to me in a matter of minutes. Soon enough my essay had come and when proof-reading it was as if a 12 year had written my paper on the female body. When I called to ask who had written this horrid trash he called a "grade A" paper he responded that it was none of my business, I had my paper so I could be on my way. He then hungup the phone. Well clever me, the employee had emailed me from thier address so I shot them an email quick and with in 10 minutes I had a response . . . it was a high school student, just trying to make some extra cash. Now I can't slander the student because it wasn't thier fault but how could Mr. Kavoosi even think it would be alright to have a high school senior writing a paper for my college anatomy class? To this day it boggles my mind as well as the fact that my refund never appeared. All I got from using this business was a late grade with a big fat F and see me posted at the top. Thanks Jordan Kavoosi. I support anybody trying to take his business from him. He has clearly proven to be immature, irresponisble and unprofessional. So fire up the band wagon folks and lets get our money back!

Has anybody seen the emails he sent about his ad on craigslist. I do believe a caucasion suburban mail should NOT be throwing around derogatory terms.

I became interested in this story after reading the many posts by the disgruntled employee on craigslist. I don't know either person involved in this dispute but being the curious person that I am I did google jordan kavoosi's name.

One of the first search results was his facebook page. now, while the picture posted there does not reveal the truth in this matter, it does seem to show jordan kavoosi in a bad light. although people shouldn't base their opinions on looks alone, let's face it - in today's dog-eat-dog business world appearances matter. based on his facebook picture I would sum him up in one word: [censored]bag.

Regardless of the facts of this case, I feel a honest and respectable businessperson would not post a picture on their facebook page portraying themselves surrounded by alcohol, wads of cash and flashing some sort of hand sign (gang?). I work in a professional office and have to interact with dozens of different businesspeople on any given day. mr. kavoosi would most likely not be welcomed by the "real" business community in minneapolis because he comes across as extremely crass and low-class, does not maintain a professional appearance or demeanor, and gives the impression of nefarious business dealings by surrounding himself with wads of cash - which should be tucked away earning interest somewhere if the income was valid. only drug dealers, or maybe denny hecker, would have such amounts of cash laying around.

Being new to the area I would like to say thank you to whoever posted this complaint for bringing it to the public's attention. I will continue to follow this case to see how the legal matters turn out.

This is all a bunch a bull crap! Deb posted this because she was terminated and is a very slow and unprofessional writer. She is very jealous that a 23 year old makes more money then her.

Does this forum protect against libel? Hello I was wondering if this website (many other like it) have a safeguard against libelous claims? I have a friend who has a legitimate company that is being talked very bad about on this website. I know 90% of his writers in person and we all go out for drinks and talk about how ridiculous this is. What steps are being taken by administrators to prevent real business owners from being hurt here? My uncle is a business lawyer and plans to sue a woman who has posted on this and many sites slandering my friends legitimate company. She did not get paid as a writer because she took 3-4 extra days to turn it in getting the student an F, not fulfilling her contract. Now she spams the internet trying to enact revenge. I think our society as a whole needs to be careful about letting people do this sort of thing.
