JollyChic.com I am complaining about my missing order, 6 pcs of my order is missing

I am avid customer i think almost 4 or 5 years this is the first time my order is missing i pay my order but when i open the plastic something is missing the eyelash curling growth(eye makeup), hairdressing tool, 2 earing, 2 ring (women necklace) i hope you can fix this problem me and my co workers so dissapointed ... because the order is not mine only

JollyChic.com my order not yet received

I orders in jollychic app from Saudi Arabia and my order shipment number is AJ72406535246409472 .

Many times i contact the shipper and he not answered properly and not delivered. There is no update about my order status and contact number. I hate and want reback my my money.

I felt very bad and can't wait more than this. Very bad experience to me.

Please check my shipment id [protected], i received message that the estimated delivery time is 2019/06/11 to 2019/06/13 but its already 14th of the month I didn't receive any call please check and follow up, its my first tme to order through online I don't want that this will be the first and last.

JollyChic.com I am complaining about the delivery man.

The delivery man call me to arrive within 10 min but I am waiting more than two hours. I try to call him but his not answering. Same mobile number who deliver my first order who ask for additional 20sr and this order he also add 20sr as he inform me prior to delivery. See attached picture about my order information. I have 3more order waiting for delivery if the delivery man same that he will come and let me wait more than two hours and ask addition 20sr from the agreed amount please cancel all my order. Thanks

Someone called me last april 27 saying he has my delivery already. But I told the courier that I requested my order to be delivered on certain dates (which I wrote on the comment box), since I know I will not be home for two days-april 27 & 28. So I requested the delivery date to be moved and that's today, april 29. The courier said it's ok. So I thought were ok with that. I am waiting for a call from you since morning. Nobody is calling. Now, are you still gonna deliver my order, or what? I need an answer today.

Ive waiting for my order since last month on the jollychic account it was put their when will be the delivery time only once the driver contacted me.. I keep calling the carrier but they just keep update me that their will be a driver that will contact me. Until now i did not receive my order and i cannot change the delivery date and no driver contacted me anymore and its been a month already that no one ever contacted me

Hi dear this is the first time i order from ur site and now i just received the order once i open it i surprised i been waiting for it for a special occation tomorrow inchallah but i wonder about what i see on the site and what i received i dont know y thet send me this items totaly diferent than the pic the shirt is tooo dirty with black Color and the pant is short i can ignore the pant and accept it but the shirt it self is the surprise

Today 21.03.2019 at UAE Time 12.50 pm there was two transaction purchase UAE. Dirham 9701.99 again 9701.99 . These purchase has made with stolen card details so please stop delivery and re-send money to same debit card account transaction details attached with these submission and we already registered case to dubai police so please do needfull

I've ordered 10 items 2 weeks ago(Jan.21st, 2019), paid full amount & 3 days ago i received only 1 item
out of 10 items and today the balance amount was returned to my account without any explanation i tried to call the center in Dubai no answer at all
I'm very angry and disappointed it was my 1st time to order but be sure it's the last !

As i was browsing my account earlier today, i saw 3 transactions made from your company, i wac curious about it because i had never made any transaction from your company. The first amount was taken from dec 22 which is $268.17 and second was from jan 22 first you took off $139.87 then on the same day 74.60 but the 74.60 went back on my account for nsf.

My account, too. Two charges in January of $146 that I never made. I don’t kno how this happened. My credit card co is looking into it. My card is cancelled and the fraud depot is looking into this.

JollyChic.com my shipment was returned to jollychic.

I'm really angry and frustrated at the disgusting customer service provided by JollyChic and their shipping company Fetchr. 

It's been more than one and a half month that I have placed two orders. I had paid online for the products.
At first when I received a call for delivery, the driver went to an other location which is remraam. That was my previous address, whereas in my order I had mentioned my new address. They did the same for both the orders. 

I called up Fetchr then and told them about this. It took them two weeks to get the shipment to dubai. 
And then I wasn't home. I had clearly told the agent it's fine I'll come and collect it from Fetchr pick up. She told me she will send the address via email but unfortunately she didn't. And the next day I received an sms saying your order has been dispatched for delivery and expect delivery today. I didn't receive anything. The next day when I called up Fetchr, they told me they have returned it to JollyChic.
Since morning I have been trying to contact someone at JollyChic and Fetchr but neither of the companies seem helpful. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR. 
I have been contacting Ms Anood and Mr Mahmoud from the customer service department but neither of them are helpful. 

I'll be flying on 1st of January 2019, and I need to receive the package as soon as possible within two days. I'm so disappointed that I do not want them to deliver it to me. I'll go and pick it myself from the warehouse or any office I can take it from. I need a call today itself from the company and know about my shipment.

I'm not exactly sure about my shipment number but I'm sure you can track it down through my mobile number which is [protected].

Why did I recieve 2 out of 15 things I ordered and its taking very long and I dont know wether I will be recieving amd through which courier. Unacceptable for a regular costumer.

You make a costumet unhappy and dont know wether to trust you or not. Am I going to have to wait a month till the rst of the things arrive? Why dont I revieve everythin all together

Good day, im making complain about my order from Jollychic. And its too much, your giving estimated time of arrival but still the parcel is under process.
I have 2 orders from Jollychic, the 1st one with reference # [protected] I make the order on Dec 4, 2018. But still under process in warehouse.
The 2nd order which I made on Dec 7, 2018. Already came yesterday here in Qatar.
How come the 1st order still under process? which is this one should came early rather than the 2nd. And I need the parcel badly before I will leave Qatar. I want to get is as soon as possible. My flight will be on Dec 26, 2018. And courier telling me just wait? This is too much. Even still on Black Friday, you should follow what day u gave us.

Hello, I've ordered some items from Jollychic, and my parcel was in Kuwait 21 November.Nobody deliver that to me, so I start call them from 26 .11.2018and until 14.12.2018 and request delivery, everyday by myself.I called your company in Kuwait and explain them, I need to recieve that before 14.12.2018, because I traveling after that.They promise me many times that my parcel will be out of delivery.But everyday I cheked, isn't out of the main office in Kuwait.I called Aramex everyday during two weeks, and few times I called Jollychic, but nobody gave me my parcel.They star call me when I was on my way to airport, actually I told them that I suppose to travel 14.12.2018, they call me same day regarding delivery.Now I'm not in Kuwait, they sent my parcel back, they told that drivers called me several times but I did not respond.Now I can't order anything again because lots of items out of stock, my COD blocked.I have all of this troubles because your team in Kuwait and Aramex team is totally not respectful.I made complaint for Jollychic, they answer me one time, but after I sent them two emails, they not respond!They gave me track shipment, where mentioned that Aramex called me but I not prepared my cash to pay!They are liars!its never happened! 8 December they said I responded but they are liars again, I didn't talk to anybody!And your team in Kuwait don't want listen any explanation, they simply trust Aramex.They are very garbage.Please fix this issue, your team in Kuwait will do nothing for that.Im not sure that I will order anything again, I shocked from the service

Hello Jollychic!
Last Saturday I ordered some clothes and then I had to leave the contry the next day and I got a text from Jollychic that says I have to confirm the order in order for it to proceed and if I didn't it will automatically be canceled. Keep in mind that I DID NOT confirm I really DID NOT. I don't understand how this prestigious online shopping application decides for me. I want my order to be canceled immediately as I will not take any responsibility in paying for something that I don't want anymore. My COD order is JI181125061043402946120. Please be kind enough to help me cause honestly I just don't want you guys to come to my house and find no one .

Dears Jollychic,

Kindly I wanna share with you my very bad experience with Jollychic
As I ordered shipment by 22nd of November and before making the order I contacted the customer service in ksa to ask about the time of delivery and after asking me about my country he confirmed that It will take maximum 20 days
Then after confirming the order I checked the order tracking and I knew that as per the tracking I should receive the order by 6th of December
Until now I didn’t receive the order
I tried to contact Jollychic through phone or email but no body is welling to help
There is lady called Ruba replying by the same email wording each time I am emailing her
And each time talking to the phone they promise me that they will take an action within 48 hrs and will contact me back with no response
Actually it is very bad and annoying way to deal with your customer as you will gonna lose the customer trust as long as you aren’t committed

Jollychic is a fraud I have been cheated the stuff is suck and horrible and even openly cheating in website they'll show as free but after u bill u'll see u'll be charged. If ask for refund she's showing fake account and Rob 75 percent of your money it's been 3 months now I didn't receive my order yet out of 15 products I received on 2 dirty stinky damaged shirts don't believe the pics on the website they r fake the stuff they deliver is horrible and worthless
