This company should be reported to the FTC. Advertising and doing business online in the US, then expecting customers to assume huge overseas shipping charges for returns is unreasonable.(Get a warehouse stateside!)
Wished I'd ordered through Amazon because at least the return process may have been easier.

Even after specifying the sizes seems the sizes are too small.requesting return tracking mnumber please.its urgent.

Ok so I saw this really cute navy blue parka coat I had been looking for all over the internet and it was only 80.00 instead of 200.00 but I had never ordered anything from them wasn't familiar with it at all so I start looking for reviews and there isn't any this was my first clue that made me a tiny bit skeptical then I saw there sizing chart it was extremely off on sizing at that point I knew it was from China then I looked at there return policy is says you can apply for a return as in your not guaranteed one so I decided to go on there chat line first I said I had already bought the coat even though I hadn't that way they wouldn't lie to me just to get me to buy it I told them it didn't fit and I wanted to return it the guy says how bout I give you a 15.00 credit and you keep it and give it as a gift I said you want to give me 15.00 for a 85.00+shipping coat so prolly about 100.00 you want me to take a 15.00 credit for 100.00 purchase to keep something that don't fit me ? Instead of answering my question he ignored me and said so about you take that credit I said are you smoking crack? He said what is your main point? I said are you kidding me right now am I talking to myself? So I wrote in all capital letters the coat doesn't fit I want to send it back for a complete refund he said thanks for asking about our return policy you can apply for a return on the website when we received your item back we can send you a refund bye and ended the chat very quickly I know 100% they would have never sent a refund or would if said I waited to long or something if I had Actually ended up in that situation or didn't do my research on that site first I also remember receiving a warning email from someone warning that these sights from Japan and China use eBay to sell clothing and coats as well and are advertising it as a brand like north face or Columbia or another expensive brand and buy cheap coats and sew the name brand into the cheap knock off coat sew in tags from a north face coat that isn't even the same kind of north face coat like you might find women's tags sewn into a mens coat and they would take price tags from north face coats and put them on the fake ones again maybe a men's tag on women's coat anyway jolly chic is a scam beware buyers you will lose money!
