I'm disabled and had purchased two sets of mattress's stated above. Notably, I'm having the most problem with mine. When I lay in the middle of the mattress I start sinking (v-shape, hammock). I move closer to the edge and I'm noticing one leg is higher than the other-this occurs on both sides of the bed.
The effects that I'm feeling is there's no more contour of the mattress to help with pressure point of my body. I don't feel rested, wake with extreme aches and pains, mattress squeaks and the box spring creaks. visible and noticeable sag, also heat problems. What supported me last year, no longer supports me today.

I'm disabled person and I have to really strive for a good mattress in order to get my rest. 3/22/17 I had purchased two Simmons mattress w/box springs. Because of my disability I have to choose the correct sleeping surface and sometimes you don't find this out for months (like this case). I need a mattress that will relieve pressure and conforming my body shape. Noticing that I was falling in the middle of the bed and was loosing the support. Even when I tried positioning my body I keep falling in the low point of the bed which was the middle and no longer had the support. Scott Johnson refused to refund my money back and said simmons wouldn't do a thing to help.
