i can not believe theyas acompany can behave like a child and disconnected our phone after over 17 years of paying my bill always on time. the people i talk with were unpleasent and uncaring. we asked for our phone to be disconnected for march 22nd 2010 as we are moving and decieded to go with shaw.
on march 5th a hour after calling our line was dead. after repeated calls to have our phone reconnected it is now mar 6th at 5:30 pm and still no phone. i need the phone for work, and my children to get a hold of me in an emergency. my son in law is very sick and so is my sister.
what telus did is wrong and very bad business. i will never use or recomend them toanyone and i will telleveryone about my bad experience with and i do work in a hospital.
