Joe's Av lg oledg7p tv paid for and promised delivery, nothing came

I was expecting a call for delivery it never came so I informed the credit card company.

The credit card (AmEx) are chasing them down to find out what happened.

I called up again, they said my TV was damaged in transit and that their order processing system was down and that I should contact my bank to refund my money they won't be able to do anything.

I already contacted my credit card company as I was clearly within the 45 day period, but I would advise you don't wait that long and take action if you don't receive anything within 20 days, better still order from someone else more reputable, plus ensure you get clear tracking of your goods or don't place the order.

Joe's Av tv sales

Placed an order 10/27, followed up numerous times for a delivery date(s). 4 distinct promises for delivery dates, numerous stories, sometimes the company's employee's contradict each other. As an example, at Thanksgiving, the unit was "on a truck being transferred to a local carrier." Late last week, they tried a bait and switch as "The Sony unit is better than LG for OLED.' The people are courteous, but obviously did not deliver and the stories were just shy of a unicorn sighting.

I'm a real customer. My customer number is 34221. The order number for the unicorn was 528404.

Joe's Av bad experience

What's the point of their adverts if they don't deliver?
I ordered an LG Tv, paid for an express shipping and via email they asked me to call to confirm my order. No problem. I did and was on hold for one hour before they did me a favor and picked up the phone. They said that my TV will be delivered in one month. I was like: what? Why so long? No, it's not appropriate. So I asked them to refund.
It's ridiculous and doesn't make any sense

Joe's Av lg 65" tv

Ordered 38 days ago. It was supposedly in-stock.
Lg c7p series 65" class uhd smart oled tv - oled65c7p brand new factory sealed full 1 year usa warranty
[choose:3 year extended warranty]
Order hasn't shipped.
Price has dropped $190.
Every time I call, the same person answers and says he'll get non-existent customer service to call.

This place is joke - total rippoff.

Joe's Av Horrible

I bought DENON 7.2-Ch x 80 Watts Networking A/V Receiver - AVR-X1200W and got an email from them asking me to confirm it. Ok, no problem. Dialed up their number and couldn't reach them. Tried several times - same story. Then I tried to send an email. Sill no answer. Hello? Is anybody there? I would like to confirm and get my order, but you don't answer...

Joe's Av Avoid like a plague!

We purchased a TV from www.joesav.com and after I paid I received all the confirmation and also a message that I need to call them and confirm my order. I called and must say that their rep was very impolite and rude! Anyway I confirmed everything and they said that my TV would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. One month passed and I called Joe's Av and asked where my TV was. They said that I had a tracking number and it was better for me to track my order instead of wasting their time. Terrible service!
They never gave me a tracking number and when I told them about that they called me a liar! Avoid like a plague!

Joe's Av Not a reputable store

I was scammed by Joe's Av like many others. Just check the reviews online and you'll be amazed with how many people suffered from Joe's Av. Hope this reviews will help someone.
Ordered a TV from this site because of the great price. After I paid I received all the confirmations and even a tracking number. Yes, I got a tracking number even though these guys never shipped me anything. I bet they are giving the same number to everyone.
So I was waiting and was really excited about my purchase. But weeks passed and I decided to contact them and ask why was it taking so long. Their rep was very rude and said that I need to be more patient. Great advice, but I still wanted to know something about my order.
Later they said that my TV was not in stock and said that they don't do refunds, so I have to wait until they get the TV. I asked for how long and they said that they don't have any idea. Great!
So then I contacted my bank and they are still trying to get my money back, also called the police and reported this site to FBI. This place needs to be shut down.

Went to website to order 75" TV. Website discounted price when placing order and threw in a flat wall TV mount. The option to upgrade the flat wall mount to the articulating wall mount would have been nice on the website so I placed a call to order on 11/11/16.
Customer service phone call to order is what you would expect from a company based in New York. Short and to the point without my accustomed Southern style. I placed the order, requested the upgraded articulating wall mount and was told to expect the product in 21-28 business days. A white glove delivery service was offered (up-sold) that would deliver in 7-10 business days. I decided to go with the White Glove delivery for about $180 as I wanted my TV. Email address taken after AMEX (AMEX is really good if you have problems with a vendor) given to complete the order.
I received an email that my TV had shipped with tracking info on 11/17/16.
White Glove delivery brought my TV in my house, unpacked the TV and plugged it in to make sure the TV was working and nothing was broken on 11/23/16 totaling 8 business days.
Tv and wall mount with taxes would have cost about $5K at Best Buy or Fry's. I saved over $1, 300 although I had to wait a little less than 2 weeks.
Satisfied Customer and would do business again :)

Joe's Av We have ordered TV, which was out of stock

We ordered TV from www.joesav.com and it was mentioned that it was in stock, but after we paid, the seller announced that it was unavailable. He said that we could wait 2 weeks and they would deliver the TV or we could choose another model. We decided to wait and it was huge mistake, because the seller stopped to provide details and didn’t warn us if they have our TV or not. We paid money and got such terrible services. We won’t buy from their site again.

I am glad that I read these remarks about joesav.com --- because I do not need the hassle that others have been dealing with. Thanks to the people who took the time to post these experiences! I will NOT be ordering anything from them. People like this are despicable.

Joe's Av They forgot to put wall mount

I have purchased TV plus wall mount and it was mentioned on the website www.joesav.com that the delivery was for free. I got the email from the seller, who excused and told me that I couldn’t get free delivery. I said ok and paid additional $100 for shipping and handling. They also charged me for the delivery warranty, but no one told me about it. When the driver brought the TV, the wall mount was missing. What’s a shame! Be careful and every time check what they deliver to you.
