Joel Cheeves is not a deadbeat. He is a singer/song writer, successful in the music industry and a wonderful friend to have. Anyone who is around him long enough knows that Betsy Wallace is a jealous, spiteful person who just wants him so much she will stop at nothing to either get him back or destroy him.
Yes, he frequents the internet. Affording him the opportunity to network with individuals in the music industry throughout the world.
He preys on no one. He has a car, clothes, shoes and everything else because of his successful career.
He supports both of his children, whom he loves and adores. He has the luxury of a close, wonderful relationship with his eldest daughter. Her mother is a sensible, caring human being who believes her daughter should have a father, even if her mother and father are not a couple. If Betsy would allow Joel to spend time with his daughter, he would. It pains him so that her mother keeps distance between them. Joel loves his daughter so much, he avoids putting her in the drama caused by Betsy. Rather than have his child witness her mother's cruel, insensitive behavior, and be a product of a negative environment, Joel chooses to put his daughter's welfare first and has to remain at a distance to save his child. He would give anything to be able to spend time with her. In addition, Betsy has received support for her child from day one. So what a man got laid off and the child support came from unemployment. HE STILL PAID AND CONTINUES TO DO SO. Why doesn't she allow him to see his child?
I don't understand how she could post such negative, untrue things about a man who is so loved and adored.
Silver tongue? Good in bed? He has both. He also has all the negative qualities described in the first complaint. Unfortunately, I learned too late...and so will the next one. She'll read this and he'll tell her all of these terrible things about these horrible women that he doesn't want to be with and convince her these women are crazy and vindictive and out to destroy him. Problem is, by the time we realize the truth, it's cost us a fortune both financially and emotionally! And he wanders on, either by shove out the door or realizing he took her for all he could and leaves for his next victim, either way, he moves on to the next one. And we are left to face the humiliation of the financial ruins, the family and friends he tore us from with his silver words, the emptiness he left us with. Why? Because we fell in love with who we thought he was. Only who he makes you think he is? Isn't who he is.
All of you can post your comments, negative or positive. But everyone of us has done something stupid in the name of love at least once in our lives. You don't know this man. You think we are stupid women? We are not. We are some of the smartest strongest women around. And this one little conniving leach has the ability to practically tear us to the ground. Unless you walk a mile in our shoes, don't judge us. And don't believe the wonderful things his "online" friends who have NEVER met him say. He professes many things. One thing is for certain, he has no values, no morals and doesn't know how to tell the truth. He uses and abuses people. People don't use and abuse him. But you will learn when you become his next victim. Hopefully, someone will read this and it will stop them from making the same mistake.
Lol the sad thing is? no one looks for information on him until after he cons you. wish I could send a mass email to every woman in every country... he is a player, a liar, a cheat, a user and he is damn good at what he does. recently got a message from him that said "I still love you betsy"... lmao... i"m not betsy! usually? he doesn't mess up like that. slipping in his old age. well ladies... he's looking for a place to stay at the end of may... so beware, he is on the prowl. don't think he's changed and you are the special one... he will never change.. he makes his living off of women. ask him when the last time he worked. he will tell you he is successful at his music career.. if sitting in front of a computer"spinning" in chat rooms makes him a success.. than damn he is successful lol
All I can say is once he uses and abuses you? remember life goes on and does get better. he won't go away easily... by any means.. we've found that out... but stay strong and know? you are not his only woman... there are many others... and you are better off finding someone who will treat you as a human being. he will not. his thoughts and ideas and goals are all targeted to his having a better life and he will use you however he needs to in order to get what he wants.

I know Cheese from Paltalk and i have known him for years and iam here to say this man is NO GOOD he took me for everything he could total of $3, 000 He sure is a great sweet talker . He also wanted me to send his kids money but didnt want me to say anything where he was in the UK.. He is a lame [censor] man and any woman who falls for his crap is crazy ...
LOL some "annonymous" person sent me 3 pages of messages between cheese and other women from facebook. I emailed him to let him know I dont want any part of his drama...so he says its some stalker and the messages are all fake. Had some pretty good stuff in there. Maybe I will post them all. They look real to me.
and yes he has been sending me texts saying "i love you betsy" so he must need a place to stay. It sure as hell wont be with me. He has not seen the baby in almost a year and I have not received child support in longer than that so i guess his "chatroom spinning" does not pay very much. [censor]ing deadbeat.
Yes he is very good at what he does, be very careful I learnt the hard way, tells great stories and believes what he says but doesnt believe what you have to say. Be warned women he will take you for all you have and more.
I'm not surprised to see this guy is still sucking women in. he finds out what they need to hear and then tells it to them. he told me that I was the only one in his life while he was living with another woman. luckily I found out and confirmed it through an unbiased source he had not idea I could contact. i'd just like to say thank you to the people who warned me. be cautious ladies. if you suspect anything is wrong, check it out. I did and saved myself, thanks to the people who found me and opened my eyes. this guy is a pathological liar. he believes the lies he tells you to be the truth.
Well I have had the unfortunate luck to have been conned by this man recently also. he is a cheat, a liar says absolutely horrible and vindictive things about jo and betsy and he is full of crap. tells you he loves you and will be with you and honest constantly when all he is does is take your money and self worth from you. he is a total nut case and needs to be locked up! dont go anywhere near this man for you own sake and mental health.

Omgosh! I would have never thought this was the same man I have been living with for 4 months now! I just cannot comprehend how this could all be made up. it is incredible. watch out ladies because I have officially booted him out the door as of two days ago and I am sure he is on the prowl. oops! maybe not. obviously he keeps more than one woman at a time! he is a pig!
I dont get all you women, cant you see you are all being taken as fools. Why the hell would you let a man do this to you, is he good in bed or does he just have a silver tongue. Maybe you should give him what he deserves and send him packing.
I think it's funny how people defend these selfish dead beats .I also think the person who wrote this is the idiot who's sleeping with this jerk. The other woman in these mens lives all fall for the same line of ###.Woman wake up it happens everyday, but until it happens to you don't judge, most men read from the same book. and they all act like victims please give me a break.
Finally received $50 after I filed a contempt of court on 08/08/08
No child support received in July either.
Joel must bewriting these. He has not seen his daughter this year. He has had every oppurtunity every to do so. I see he has blinded more people thatn you could ever imagine. By the way, his car got repo'd and his clothes come from everyone supporting him.
I only started receiving child support in january, not since day one.
Not in the month of June.
