I ordered a dress from JoDress.com and although it arrived in a timely manner it was the most disgusting dress I have ever seen. It looked nothing like the picture and it looked like a 5 year old had made it. The customer service I received after making a complaint was terrible and very unprofessional.
I had the worst experience ever with JoDress.com! The gown didn't look like the picture at all! I chose it pink and they sent me purple! The quality of the fabric was horrible as well and the gown was dirty from the bottom!
I have to do the laundry under my own cost now!
They wrote in their policy that they give a full refund if the quality is poor or doesn't match the picture, so when I sent them all the pictures to show them the ugly dress they sent to me they refused to refund it and they ignored my emails!
i bought a prom dress for my daughter from them. My daughter looks beautiful in this dress and she won the dancing match. the quality's not bad, it's very obviously they used the high quality fabric and rihinestones. they sent us a jacket and a meter of extra fabric for free. it's not strange that an online store get bad reviews, but i want to say i had a pleasant shopping experience in jodress.
