Joann / Cashier Very Rude

In all the 20+ years shopping at Joanns I have never experienced a Rude Cashier as Giesha today December 7, 2010, everyone has Always been very helpful and polite. My Sunday School Class and I were doing projects for Christmas and I had over bought Felt that i was returning today. I walked up to her counter and she didnt even speak, so I said I would like to return these please I over bought and here is my receipt, I was with my son 18yrs. At that moment she(Giesha) snatched the bag and looked at the receipt started to ring up my refund threw the felt behind her, I said excuse me are you going to count them because I brought more than what was on the first receipt, she Ignored me, printed out a receipt for me to sign which I refused because there was two receipts and two purchase which she did not check. After pointing this out to her she took the receipt out of my hands, good thing I did not get a paper cut as she started to ring the next receipt up also. She slams the pen down and since i have been coming there for quite some time I knew I needed to sign for the return but she did not say a word, My son even looked at me and knew this was not right in her treating me so Terrible like I had did something wrong to her. I also being in Retail and working with the public I know that I would not be on the front line with an Attitude like she had today, I asked for a Supervisor and she says I dont know i wanted them to know what I had gone through just now and if she needed a break then they needed to send her before another customer will have to experience the same bad treatment I had. after she put my refund down the change fell on the floor I didnt pick it up I was so upset even though I was in there to use the refund to buy another color to finish my project but since I was so upset at the treatment I just left and told my son I will try and find what I needed at Michaels even though I knew Joanns had what I needed, It takes someone like Giesha to make a customer not want to shop there again and travel elsewhere for Better Service. I really hope that you will have a talk to her about Customer Service, and to leave her problems at home and Outside of the Work place I live by those rules as well as every employee. I said have a nice day and said to her that I would hope she would treat customers better she just put up her hand to wave me out of the store. I WAS SO UPSET!!!
