JNR1010 / Internet Port not working
My Netgear router, Model- JNR1010 is not working since 11th Dec. I have made 4-5 calls to the customer care and finally received the RMA no- 1462016 on 15th Dec. I was adviced to visit the Chennai Service centre with the RMA detail for a replacement. I have contacted the service centre, they told me that they don't have stock and it will take 2-3 working days to get the stock. I am really disappointed at the way Netgear handles the complaints. I have spent 0ver 30 min for calling the customer care and now I have to drive 20 Km (100 Rs for Petrol) to get the replacement, that they have not committed when it would be available. Moreover, is Netgear going to pay me for this 10-11 days during which I am not able to use my internet?
I am really pissed now, never going to buy a netgear product in future.
