I bought game for Xbox from JJ Games. I have got the order on time, but the game was wrong. I returned it 5 days later and I got the automated response that someone would contact me or they would provide the email with the details about refund. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I started to complain and they ignored me. I called to my bank and after 5 days I got half sum back.
