Jio / Reliance Jio Infocomm Mobile number is not deactivated even after informing the theft of the phone

Hi,

My father Sachidananda Datta lost his mobile on 8th November 2022. Mobile number is [protected]. This in under West Bengal circle.

We had a call to jio customer care Suri, Birbhum Jio Office. The customer care executive denied to deactivate the number even after taking all necessary documents for authorisation.

This is really frustrating and a bad reputation of Reliance Company where in the company name itself ironically " Reliance".

Desired outcome: Blocked mobile number

Jio / Reliance Jio Infocomm condition of telecom technician

in telecom sector Reliance jio infocomm limited no time table of duty 247 duty run, no shift system is scheduled and doing jobs in less salary amount 14000 and have not vehicle facility run on bike in any weather (for example rainy season etc and work on hazard condition specially in electrical works it may be cause of life loss so i have request with board strictly action upon managements or TRAI and all telecom companies work upon these policies execpt Bharat sanchar nigam limited

Jio / Reliance Jio Infocomm jio model

I have purchased a jio wi-fi model 2 months ago. It was working properly 1 month ago. But it start shutting off frequently. Also the internet stopped working while using it.
I am not able to use the internet properly. Their executive said, its not any technical issue, its due to 4G range. But I already have 1 sim card in my mobile and its working properly.

Jio / Reliance Jio Infocomm transaction through paytm

hi,
I want discuss about the transactions i have done through paytm and haven't received any credit. My first transaction was of Rs.215 whose order number is ([protected]) and DC transaction no is (720247) on date 22 feb 2018, time (02:17 p.m). My 2nd transaction is for jio recharge whose order number is ([protected]) on date 28 march 2018 time 12:26 p.m amount Rs.398 has been deducted from my bank account still haven't received any text from recharge done. if i haven't received any revert from paytm i have to take strict actions regarding it.

Jio / Reliance Jio Infocomm jio rotor repair quality and miguideing regarding operation of sim and similar to recharge

My self Naresh Kumar using the Jio Rotor and Jio Phone ([protected]) from last one year (Rotor) and currently purchase new Jio Phone during last 2 months. I bought this phone because of less working of rotor which I used from last one year but I got little problem with this but literally I want to use this rotor again so I decide to repair this by authorized service station which I found near my city Sector-14 Panchkula. I repaired it from them and it working ok after service. when I inquire them is phone sim working in rotor or not than they told me that it is similar and working same time they guide me for recharge of Rs. 399/- (Recharge plan for 3months which is applicable on mobile) after this recharge again told me that you have to buy a prime membership I went to use this its not working but service center representative told me that it will work but I found its not working again I visit to center now this time they interchange sim's with rotor or phone and tried several time but they don't get any resolution and last time they told me that your sim only working with phone only not with rotor but after full quarry I have recharged my number now its not working and they says that you have to by new motherboard... so its very discasting and harasmentul for me... kindly help me bcz they misguide me again and again.

I am jio user. I purchased a jio-fi router.

and Jio's sales excutive at the time of the purchasing they give us home delivery of that router, and they said that we provide the bill of the jiofi routers on next day.

But today 4 months are passed away they never replied regarding.

bill of the jio router.

and when I call them they replied that our company policy said that we never provide the bill to customer. and when I asked about warrenty

they replied that the box of that router is warranty.

they said at the time of the purchase that you will get 1.5 years free unlimited internet with 1mbps. and the when I called them regarding the bill they told me that when the reliance launched the product from that day you will get the 1.5 years.

so I want exact bill.

Jio / Reliance Jio Infocomm Jiofi 3 Routers

hii,

I am jio user. I purchased a jio-fi router.

I felt that i have been cheated by JIO.

I am wrote many mails to Jio customer care.

But they are never replies me in proper way.

and they are not taking an appropriate answers.

Jio / Reliance Jio Infocomm Internet speed

I am using jio sim and they are providing me the speed of up-to 50 kbps to 100 kbps only whereas company is claiming for up-to 2 Mbps speed till 4 GB data.I have complain them many time but they are not solving my problem. They just send me message that your complain has been solved but when i check speed of the internet the speed is same as the previous one. I have recordings of their phone calls and messages from the about complain registration.Please kindly look into my problem and help me.

I run my own mobile shop.last three days I asked jio sim for sale.but your people not respond my call.I got lot of enquiry for jio sim but I can't satisfy my customer.so please take further action .
