Jimmy John's order sandwich for delivery and had to go pick it up.

I order a sandwich for delivery and waited 45 minutes and nothing. they didn't even have the commend sense to call and say it would be awhile.
So when I went to get it which was only 2 and half blocks away and I was at work it was still sitting on the counter. when I ask to be compensated for the matter I was told they don't do that. So I have inform my co-works and others of the matter and word my mouth does travel. I am really upset with the matter seeing I order 3 times a week from there with my co-works.

Jimmy John's customer service and food

On the date of sept 9th 2017 at the jimmy johns store on nicholasville rd in lexington ky. I entered the restaurant and I stood at the front counter for up to 3 to 5 minutes. They never greeted me. The cashier by the name of christy was ver rude snappy attitude and very distant toward as a customer. And then it was time for her to go home and she never took my payment at the time then I told the manager at the counter that I had not paid as a honest person I am I paid fir my meal which she marked paid on the ticket. My order wasn't correct either. Sandwiches were 2 turkey toms. Very sloppy and missing ingredients soda was awful. We couldn't even drink it. Peppers were missing on my sandwich. I think these are concerns for managemt since you are there to serve the public. I feel that there should be some compensation for my inconvenience. Jimmy John's fw: order

I ordered from location 2016 W. BIg Beaver Troy Mi. It was over an hour and half and I had to finally call to see if the order was on it's way to my work address which is Liberty Union Life Assurance Co. 560 Kirts Blvd. Suite 125 Troy Mi. When I spoke to the manager his name was Tyler he said the drivers all left and went to school and left them behind. I did not receive a call, email, text anything. Then told we could not receive our order. We order from this location all the time. I find it a horrible business practice to treat regular customers this way. Then told there is no way he could comp us because it would cost him over $2000? Not sure why that even matters but I just wanted this to be known.

Our order never came after an hour and half then called and was told they were not bringing it and received no phone call, text, or email. Advised by the manager Tyler it was not coming. Store 2016 W. Big Beaver Troy Mi. to Liberty Union Life Assurance Co. 560 kirts blvd. Suite 125 troy mi.

Since I haven't received a response yet my complaint still stands! Not happy at all with calling the store and never receiving my order and was told that they had no idea when my order would be out to me. I had already waited before 1 1/2 hours and was never contacted really did not make me happy!

Jimmy John's sandwich

My friend and I ordered jimmy John's last night from your Gainesville location on university. Our first sandwich barely had any meat on it to the point where I didn't even want to eat it. We then ordered another sandwich and complained that the first didn't have enough meat on it and asked for more meat on the second. However, our second sandwich had just as little meat as the first one. I am very disappointed because I paid for two sandwiches that were basically just bread. I've never had a problem with jimmy johns before this at different locations but I am very very dissatisfied.

Jimmy John's delivery

First off let me say I LOVE jimmy Johns. But unfortunately the one by my house has given me enough bad services that I'm sick of it. Today (08/23/17) I tried ordering for delivery online and couldn't so I called instead to make my order, but after getting my information she (savannah) informed me that I was out of range for delivery range? when I find that wrong because I've ordered delivery a few times before which they've given me problems by not even bringing me my order and also literally waiting an hour for another order once. So I know they deliver. Emily the manager won't help. I asked the range she said 1 mile. I live less then a mile she said it was 1.7. I literally live in the appts RIGHT across the street from them, if I wasn't pregnant id walk! Google maps even says 0.4 miles. I'm tired of their rude service, so will something be done for me to be able to give service back to that jimmy Johns? Please let me know. Thanks!

Jimmy John's service I am complaining about

There is a man by the name of Matt who is over charging people. He charged me for chips when i ordered a lg combo charged me 21 dollars he had a differnt woman hand me the bag. Mind you he did not hand me a receipt when i paid. He stuffed my receipt in my bag and the total on it reads 18.09 o experienced this obscurity at the phoenix arizona jimmy John's #2500 i didnt check my receipt till i got home. Just take care of this nonsense im sure i am not the first being scammed by this man

Jimmy John's driver forgot my drink and didn't come back till an hour later!!

I ordered my food online 2 subs a med cherry coke a chocolate chip cookie and BBQ chips.. The driver came to the door and then realized he didn't have my drink and said he was going back down to get it.. So I thought Ok he left it downstairs in his car. No! He pulled off.. So I'm like Ok I guess that means he left it at the restaurant. I waited Almost an Hour before I called and complained about Where Is My Drink? The man that answered the phone was like Um the Cherry Coke? Uh yes.. I'm sorry for the wait we will have one to you as soon as possible. As Soon as Possible? I Waited for damn near an HOUR for a Soda! Mind you they are only 10min down the street! Someone finally came and it wasn't even the original driver smh I was Sooo pissed.. I usually don't have issues but I also haven't ordered from them in awhile either so idk if it's new employees or what.. But to For 1 mess someone order up 2 Forget an item in the order then 3 take an Hour to deliver my Pop is Ridiculous! Get It Together Jimmy Johns!

Jimmy John's friend of employee in food prep area in short skirt sitting on counter texting on phone

Was in JJ tonight. A non employee dressed in short skirt and flip, flop shoes was behind counter talking to 2 JJ employees. She obviously didn't work for JJ so I'll assume she was hanging out with her friend or boyfriend, waiting for the employee to get off work. It wasn't troublesome until she hopped up on the aluminum (silver) counter and sat there texting on her phone. I realize the counter was not the direct location where sandwiches are prepared but im sure the counter is used for many things. I'm sure this violated some health code and it made me feel that. the restaurant is dirty and contaminated.

Jimmy John's tuna and a veggie sandwich

I ordered two sandwiches for delivery. I ask for both sandwiches to be cut in half and were not. On the tuna sandwich I ask for vinaigrette and oregano and didn't get either one. The veggie sandwich was asked to be made with light onion and oregano and again didn't receive either one. Over all this was the worst experience I have had with the location.

Jimmy John's horrible manager service

So I order jimmy johns online to pick up for my lunch hour, I put the credit card info in and everything. I even call the jimmy johns to confirm and tell them I will be coming at 12. I get there and guess what no order, no food, nothing. I speak to a female manager who has the audacity to laugh and chuckle at me when I don't remember the number I called them from (Which is my work number) seriously believe me when I say I have never yelled at a manger like I did before over anything like this! There was no other manager, nobody higher than her I could talk to. I leave because I only have an hour and have to get back. I call the restaurant to confirm all the details and ask to have the number of the general manager or somebody else. She says she doesn't have the number and gets my number down. Okay so I then ask for her name in regards to what happened and my experience at the restaurant. Okay, got it, hung up, done. No this lady calls me back asking to speak to my supervisor or manager?!? I ask for what? She says to talk about the situation and how I yelled at her? Excuse me but how does me yelling at her for getting my order wrong connect with the company I work for and my manager? She says and I quote "well since you are gonna call my manager and talk about me I want to talk to your manager about you." how is that in any way appropriate? For a manager from jimmy johns to be calling me to speak to my manager about a situation that happened with me and only me? No relation to the company I work for. I told her how inappropriate and ridiculous it was for her to call me back the way she did trying to tattle tell for no good reason. Never in my life have I gone through something like this with a restaurant! Oh my, so not only have they pissed me off, I haven't eaten. Great.

Jimmy John's very poor service

Some of my friends came to my place and everyone was too lazy to go somewhere to eat so we decided to order something online. We found Jimmy John's restaurant website and they had an "online order" offer so we decided to give it a try.
We ordered several sandwiches and it took them forever to deliver. When our sandwiches finally arrived they were cold and one sandwich was missing.
When I called Jimmy John's they promised to bring us some extra sandwiches as an excuse and we agreed but unfortunately we never received them.
Very poor service.

Jimmy John's sandwich

I ordered a sandwich ham and cheese no lettuce no tomato extant mayo. What I got had a pile of lettuce that I had to scoop all out so I called to complain and the "manager" said he would send another sandwich and to give driver the old one. I explained that I just scooped out the lettuce and he said well that should have not happened and again in a patronizing tone would send another sandwich like I'm going to wait another hour or all day for food. I told the manager I could not eat lettuce because I cannot digest it and he said again that should not have happened. Apparently my business is nothing but inconvenience and I order there many times a month. I will not be using that company any longer.

What did you want him to do? He offered a replacement three times and you refused. Mistakes happen when human beings work, even you make mistakes. It seems to me that if you did not want him to replace your sandwich you wasted his time calling.

Jimmy John's threatens customer

Jimmy Johns Employee threatens customer over using a napkin to write on. As a customer who purchased 3 sandwiches and took three to 4 napkins and used one to write on and employee said don't use the printed ones for that they are expensive. I told them its my napkin i bought 3subs how can you tell me what to write or use my napkin for. The employee said "if you want to come back at 5:30pm and handle this lets go if you have an issue with me" in ghetto talk. My friend who worked in law enforcement addressed the Owner and the Owner stated If you are looking for me to deal with my employees I won't. I will Cover My Employees. Jimmy Johns is allowing Owners to support young teens behavior and further Hurting their Brand image. I am not the first to address this RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please do us justice.

Jimmy John's sub buns

The last two weeks I ordered Jimmy Johns subs for myself and family. I have ordered many times in the past and never had an issue. The last two weeks the french bread/sub buns were very hard. My seven and five year old grandkids could not bite through the bun. The adults were peeling off the top layer of the bun.
I called Jimmy Johns and asked if there were any issues with the baking of the buns. He stated the buns were baked fresh daily. I dont doubt this but I really feel the sub buns were over baked and extremely hard. He said the buns were suppose to have a crunch to them. I said that they were extremely hard. The JJ employee offered no apologies or explanation.
Im sure they realize there are three other companies that offer sub sandwiches within a few blocks, -- Phillys, 2510 Deli, and Subway. Not to mention there are a lot of fast food restaurants within a few blocks also.
I will find an alternate place to purchase food on nights no one has time to cook.

Jimmy John's Suspicious Suspect Matter

A black couple with the female holding a baby or tenants at Pebble Creek Apts.Explained by assisting Patrol Officer called for over the Male explaining I want to yell at his child he not walking against traffic.I have a complaint and issue not investigated off Jimmy Johnson and the Male wanting to walk his family in the travel distance that was on Honeywood trail the street they came in front of me almost and purposely causing collision issue.(after 1:00PM today) I called the Police and stop them from sTUMBLIng over me was until I verbally yelled enough and for them to walk against traffic not for me to move out of the road in front of Park Central Church of Christ and they explained to a local Police Officer."The man (me) is wanting to yell."Then the Couple made the false report when I yelled them out my way again before the Officer and second Patrol Officer was present that they stopped or moved out my way although not explained why?The complaint and reason was on file with Dispatch to handle the issue for August 26, 2012-whatever change events for Sunday early Afternoon take effect for."

Jimmy John's stupid and bad service, weird rules that make no sense

jimmy johns has to be the stupidest sub place to exist. First off...you get NO choices, only one type of cheese or two types of bread...barely any toppings...now here comes the fun part...if for instance, they forget to put something on your sandwich...you can't go back in and say...hey can i have some mustard on the side? oh no...you have to TAKE your sandwich back and those ###ds have to put it ON the sandwich ...its just their "POLICY"...wtf and what a joke... they dont give things 'on the side' no matter what...they wont even put a SLAB of mustard on the side of your wrapper...its disgustign and so weird and rude...the employees enforce these bogus bizarre rules as if its life or death...and the managers are nutjobs...besides only having
a total of FOUR toppings...wow... lettuce tomatoes onions and peppers...u cant even get the subs toasted...and if THEY make an error well u have to take your entire sandwich back and have them put the ingredient ON the sandwich---its a weird and pathetic rule and the entire restaurant and chain si just pathetic...oh yeah and the reason their subs are made so "FAST" is because there are NO toppings to put on it---and very FEW choices...of course if the only thing you can put on a sub is uhh...meat, lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise and cheese it can be made in 30 seconds... its also overpriced and a really stupid sub chain...why its popular is surprising but its a messed up place

I agree with many of the comments-I was charged $1.00 extra for whole wheat bread (which is not stated anywhere on the menu) and the cashier just shrugged his shoulders- and the meal deal was 50c more than what was posted. For 2 sandwiches it cost $18.00? never going back subway is for me. I hope this chain closes, terrible service-in Phoenix AZ

I work at a Jimmy Johns and i have to agree with you. If i didn't work there i would never ever buy a sub. We have so many of the stupid rules that we must follow or else. Corporate is always breathing down our backs and watching what we do. That damned guy writes us up to the most ###ed ###. We have to be ### holes and abide by these stupid rules you mentioned, or else our store gets bad marks. Which PS I am not even sure why we need good marks. nothing comes out of it, just a good feeling that you did well. We do the most ###ed bull crap just to be fast, not to please the customer.

Jimmy John's messed up order

I just went to my local Jimmy Johns, and ordered a #12. In my sandwich, there was no lettuce, no avocado spread, and no alfalfa sprouts. That is three vital ingredients missing from my sandwich. The only thing in my sandwich were a few slices of turkey and cheese. Thats it! They really messed up this time! This is utterly unacceptable. I don't have time to get something else for lunch, since my lunch period at work is very short, so instead I will be forced to eat these measly pieces of bread and cheese in between slices of bread.

Jimmy John's your service sucks

Your store would not deliver our subs because they said we were not in their area. When I asked for a manager, I got some ### who said he was the manager, but obviously not because he was not focused on customer service, and was not aware of the district or corporate office numbers. By the way, they have delivered to us, many times before. I was just obviously dealing with some lazy a#@wipe who didn't want to do his job! Badly done Jimmie Johns! Perhaps you should spend some of the thousands of dollars you do on advertising on hiring some quality people who can keep the people who support your business running, happy! THE CONSUMER!

Jimmy John's general manager david

Today david a general manager of the location of jimmy johns in pewaukee location called to threaten me to move my car, said he wants to let me know that he doesn't care about customers that park too long in the mall parking lot, and doesnt care that I bought sandwiches from his store on a regular basis. David continued his threats and made it clear that he didnt care that I was his customer on today. David said, he called a tow truck to inconvenience me as his customer, because I only bought one sub sandwich today, and my vehicle has to go by towing service. He even sent a text message from [protected] from his cellular phone threatening me saying, "I would move that car now, cause they just called towing. Have a nice day." the originating call came from [protected] from manager david, calling himself the general manager of jimmy johns. He was very rude, and this is no way to treat a customer. I deserve an apology. The general manager was very rude! He ought to be ashamed of himself calling a customer to rudely act the way that he did. A customer doesn't deserve someone to disrespect them like that and show them that they don't care by saying so as he did. Is david really the general manager of this jimmy johns in pewaukee?

Times you guys deliver to me all the time and now all of a sudden today the driver just doesn't feel like coming to the side of the street and says they will not send it after a half hour of waiting for it and I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was he sounds like a two year old

The commercial showing the making of a sandwich with bare hands is disgusting. The food code prohibits bare hand contact with ready to eat food. Why would a company so blatantly disregard food service sanitation when advertising their products. This disregard makes me question whether I should ever return to the chain again.

this jimmy johns just has the worst service.
