I ordered three subs an hour and 45 minutes ago for me and my two kids, I was told two times over 30 minute span that the order was on its way and there's nothing that they can do because it's game day. The franchisee a.k.a. the owner Braxton Turner hung up on me three times without even trying to attempt to resolve the issue. He challenged me To file a complaint because he said there was nothing that I could do and I'm livid. I want this resolved immediately or I'll make sure that everybody I know and my hundred thousand followers on Instagram know not to shop with your establishment. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com and I need to talk to someone immediately. I am not the type of guy to complain or file complains ever but this was unbelievable
