Jim Browne Pasco Dade City review: Gap insurance refund

Good morning,

I recently re financed my vehicle that I purchased at jim brown pasco dade city, fl [protected]. I went to the dealership on dec 9, 2016 and talked to finance (Cory). We filled out the appropriate paperwork for my refund and he advised me it would be approximately 7-10 business days. He further stated that the refund will be mailed to my home address. According to my calendar the check should have been received by december 23, 2016. As of today we are on the 22nd business day and I have not received the check. I called cory last week and he was suppose to get back with me with the status. To this date I have not heard from cory. I guess he was not concerned with my refund. If possible could you contact the dealer to get a status update of my refund.
