I ordered a mattress and box spring from the Westin at Home online website (the Heavenly Bed Ensamble). The Westin contracted with this company to deliver the mattress and boxspring. During delivery the company damaged a light fixture in the stairway of my house. The company refuses to fix the damaged light stating that because it was a difficult delivery they are not responsible for any damage caused. I estimate the damage to cost about $150 to fix as I will have to call an electrician to repair the housing behind the light fixture.

The claim was settled. Please check BBB of Georgia. He failed to mention that. Also Mr. Haertel agreed to something but reneged on it himself which he failed to mention.
