Jewel Osco Pharmacy review: poor attitude/treatment given to me every time I visit the addison osco pharmacy.

Everytime I visit the jewel osco pharmacy in addison. A pharmacy technician named enza gives me poor customer service.
Yesterday I was buying my mothers prescriptions, she also needed over the counter meds, so I grabbed the 3 over the counter items and toliet paper. When checking out she told me she couldn't ring the rest up. Ive never been told I can't ring over the counter meds w her prescriptions. But did so reluctantly.
Today I come back because they didnt have one of the meds ready the day before. She snatched the check out of my hands and proceeded to fill it out for me. Now im pretty sure thats not proper customer service, I felt belittled. And its not her check. Next the check wont process, there's an error message. She just tells me I have to come back with cash. Doesn't try to find a solution, nothing or give me the curiosity the reason why.
I went to customer service to see if there was any reason/solution to my problem. Customer service helped me. And gave me no problems and proper respect. Oh also during the whole process customer service walked back to the pharmacy to see the error message. The technician while re-running it slightly ripped the check in the middle of it. I don't know if it was to support her claims that I must of tore the check leaf a little off to begin with, and that was why the check wasn't processing to begin with. But when I looked at the check it was torn perfectly on the perforated edges.
This woman obviously has resentment towards me. And it reflects on how difficult she makes my experience everytime I visit the pharmacy.
If anything I would not want her to be confronted about the exact situations she put me through but she needs to be reminded shes in a customer service field. She should treat every customer with kindness and respect. Also be reminded of store policies like she cant pick and choose who can purchase what when and where. And especially not to snatch checks out of customers hands to fill them out. I don't want her to be confronted about me exactly because then everytime I visit she'll have some crazy rule or guide line. If my mom gives me permission and sends me to the pharmacy to pick up her prescriptions and she/household needs a few necessities like toliet paper or her over the counter meds. I should have the right to shop and purchase the necessities and given proper respect/customer service.
I don't want any this lady to treat me any worse. Please re-train in customer service, policies, respect, equal treatment for all. And remind her not to snatch checks out of customers hands.
