We don't know much about how Jeulia Store handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. Jeulia Store will not give refund even though I returned the rings

I returned the rings per their instructions, had to start a PayPal dispute, PayPal misunderstood my claim and went in Juelia favor as Item was as described. I returned the rings, I did as I wa asked and I'm out $130.00. I intend to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and, since they use California for returns, the State Attorney General's office. I am so sick and tired of being ripped off. I am also filing against PayPal for their role in all of this. This all started in early June.

Jeulia Store refund

I got my refund pretty quickly after returning my ring and necklace (within 7, data if then reviving my return). However, to have to pay shipping costs 3 times is ridiculous! I paid to have the product shipped here $20. I paid to return the item $14, and then they deducted the $20 original shipping charge from my refund. This is poor practice and should be looked into. I wouldn't buy from these people again and I don't recommend it to anyone. I believe all of the "good" reviews are written by employees (read them carefully...the company is in China and the English is poor on many of the reviews).

Jeulia Store wedding ring set

My fiance and I ordered my temporary wedding set from Jeulia in April of 17. It's been nothing but a hassle since I got the set. I wore it two days before the black rhodium started to wear away. I contacted Jeulia right away via emails, fb messages and phone. All 3 resources told me different things. They wanted me to send pics, which I did. They said I'd have to return the ring to exchange it but wouldn't give me a refund seeing as I didn't have the tiny tiny piece of paper stating the size of the ring that was on the ring when I received it. I would've had to pay even more shipping to send it back and then more shipping for the new ring. I finally gave up and just recently got back in contact with them via fb. It was the same old song and dance as before, even worse. I said forget about it. It's not worth my time and energy and emotions to deal with them. So, basically, I got ripped off.

Jeulia Store lack of refund

WARNING ⚠️ ! Be very careful spending your hard earned money with Jeulia Jewelry which is very heavily advertised on Facebook.

This company will not stand behind their sales nor honor refunds. They have drop down menus with ring sizes to choose your jewelry. One example is a drop down for the size 4. In addition to the ring price they add a $20 fee for this size.

The company NOW says this is a customized ring and cannot be returned for refund, even though the item has not been worn, does not fit and is standard on their drop down sizes.

Buy American and stay away from these China online retailers. And avoid Jeulia at all costs. There are better companies to do business with.

On may 9, 2017 I attempted to purchase:

While placing this order, on may 9th I called jeulia's customer service twice. the first was a gentleman I believe was named damon/damien, leslie was second. damon couldn't help me with resolving a tech problem preventing me from having my ring engraved. leslie was supposed to assist me in paying with my bank visa but technical difficulties only allowed me to pay using paypal, and I couldn't add a single stone necklace sku # rgt408-6 (price was on sale for $16.68 now $19.99). paying with paypal meant I couldn't select certain options.
On the checkout page the engraving was displayed as “my kids, my “ (not “my kids, my 🖤”). I spoke to a gentleman I believe named damon/damien between 6pm-7:30pm, and he said that tech support wasn't available but to pay for the engraving and call during their regular business hours to speak to someone who could help - he couldn't say whether the heart would be engraved if they couldn't see the heart in the order (and spelling out "heart" was too many characters).
I didn't feel comfortable paying if there wasn't a guarantee that it'd be engraved correctly and if they could engrave a 🖤- so I temporarily removed the engraving until I could later speak to a representative/supervisor/tech support. which I did by e-mail, and on social media and facebook messenger to jeulia's facebook business page contact (messenger).
Upon checking out I experienced more issues - inability to pay using a credit card, being redirected to paypal and not able to pay for expedited shipping ($20), the second necklace ($16.68 on sale) and brought up the earlier call about engraving ($20), I called the same night about an hour later and spoke to representative leslie.
So, I went to checkout and in my order was:
The mermaid rainbow ring, the heartbeat necklace (free), free shipping. order # [protected]
When trying to checkout the "checkout buttons were either paypal or credit card. I wanted credit card but it wouldn't work, i'd be directed to paypal, I called hoping to reach a representative who cared about my issue, apologized for the inconvenience, could direct me to technical support or someone who could better assist me such as a manager because she seemed to not understand my issue due to the language/accent barrier. instead my representative was leslie. - the rudest customer service rep, who could and would not help me, or direct me to someone who I could understand and vice-versa, refused a supervisor, refused tech support, and stayed quiet, typing, while I sat waiting silent thinking perhaps she's helping me, for about 15 minutes when I realized she was trying to make me hang up! extremely passive - aggressive. representative (leslie) told me to"call back in 9 hours, when our supervisor gets in it's 2am here"(but I need to wake up at 2am my time to call to give you my money and be a consumer of your product because you can't help me I needed a supervisor.)
I finally gave up, I told her i'd be writing reviews on fb, telling friends/family, doing yelp, contacting bbb, and emailing her supervisor, and up the chain till I reach the owner/co-owner, hiring manager, everyone. about her lack of professionalism, rudeness, unwillingness to attempt to help me, didn't apologize at all for the inconvenience or offer a discount/promo better than one of three offered on the site"mom"-$10"cut30"-$30off"one for 15%. nothing. then I hung up really questioning if I should give jeulia's my money? I did order. but because I had to use paypal I couldn't choose a quicker shipping method and I couldn't select the necklace sku is rgt408-6 that was available for $16.68 (thank you to representative loren who emailed me the sku so I could see the necklace details) but it was too late and I couldn't pay due to the technical difficulties and was forced to use paypal? but I figure one really bad representative doesn't make the whole company bad. loren was wonderful communicating with me. also there was a countdown clock that I had to use my $60 off code (cut60); loren was wonderful communicating with me. so I did order.
So I did order-order #[protected]
Even though I wanted to add the two necklaces the one shown on the order I received the (the heartbeat necklace), and the single clear stone skku-rgt408-6 (it cost approx $19.99 but was on sale for $16.68)- this is the necklace was supposed to be included free in this facebook message from loren sent when I reached out on facebook messenger "hi, syddles (my nickname). we are sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you. please do not worry about the delivery time. your package is ready to ship now, and you may receive that after a week. we will let you know once the package ships out as well. for the necklace sku is rgt408-6, we are sorry about that. and we gift you another necklace as free in your order. hope you will love it and have a nice day to you.🙂" representative loren in my e-mail (there were several conversations about the necklace I wanted to order but didn't know the sku to explain which necklace I wanted, I sent her a screenshot, she identified it);
She (loren) stated in an email on may 10, 2017, at 6:07 am, jeulia us-service ticket wrote:
Dear jennifer squire,
Thanks for your feedback to jeulia jewelry, we apologize on the impoliteness on behalf of our company deeply, we will consider this kind of issue serious, and hope you can still keep us as business partner. the necklace sku is rgt408-6, and the stone we use please see the link below:

This is the free necklace that's to be sent. not the heartbeat one I paid for. (I couldn't buy both because I was forced to use paypal and I didn't have the $16.68 to buy that extra necklace, engraving $20 (even if there wasn't the initial technical error, and expedited shipping $20 (although like I said loren made sure it was shipped quickly but forgot to include the second necklace in the order.
Which was implied by saying in another email :
“for the necklace sku is rgt408-6, we are sorry about that. and we gift you another necklace as free in your order.” - stating the sku of the necklace I didn't get and wasn't sent with my order, and saying “we gift you another necklace as free in your order” – I already had the heartbeat necklace that I added that was priced $0.00 (free). so representative lorens statement implied another free necklace w/ sku rgt408-6.
After receiving my ring and free heartbeat necklace I ordered, I noticed the second necklace wasn't in there. so I must of talked to multiple representatives because each time I had to repeat everything, and i'd get “i'm sorry, we apologize “ promises through social media (facebook, email, instagram) were made to engrave the ring for free, send the promised necklace and expedite shipping back to me for free (but I had to pay to ship them the ring to engrave) which I was ok with.
But nothing ever happened, except more apologies and eventually they recanted all promises, tried to twist the implied meaning of lorens words to say the free necklace was the one I ordered free (the heartbeat necklace), which was ordered before loren identified and promised another necklace.
Then through facebook messenger I got this message (I can screenshot all the facebook messages):
“hi, we understand how frustrating this experience has been for you and sorry for all the inconvenience caused. may I know what can we do now to meet your satisfaction or what is your suggestion for this problem. thank you.” unknown representative (wouldn't give name) on facebook messenger
My replies to unknown representative on facebook messenger:
“I only want what was specifically promised by jeulia representatives.
1. my ring engraved free (and correctly because the heart isn't showing up when I checked out)"my kids, my 🖤"- i'd spell"heart"but it's over the character limit.
2. the free necklace sku rtg408-6 (it was $16.63 at checkout) it's the top right necklace pic in this photo from checkout.
3. then it shipped back to me at no cost because this wasn't my fault (i'll pay to mail my ring to you unless your able to send a shipping label - but I need the information to do so).”
And then said:
“so, I would be willing to update my facebook, instagram (where I review products), twitter (where I review), and anywhere I left a review, if jeulia follows through with their promise to engrave my ring correctly if I send it back (for free), and send the necklace sku408-6 I wanted to buy but couldn't (and was promised by jeulia rep it would be free).
I'd have paid for expedited shipping initially, but although it'd be appreciated I won't leave it in my review (i'll omit it).
I'm not trying to be difficult but representative leslie was so awful, and my experience was overall terrible, that I feel following through on the promise to engrave and send the necklace (both fairly cheap), isn't very much to ask.
So I really want to be able to tell them at the end of the day, my experience was wonderful, they corrected mistakes (whether technical, service related, etc) and went above and beyond to fix the issues and kept promises that were made.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter and I hope we can now work towards a solution.”
As it currently stands:
Throughout my communications e-mail/facebook messages in messenger I was promised that the necklace sku # rgt408-6 would be sent, my ring would be engraved for free to say"my kids, my 🖤"and for the inconvenience shipping would be expedite when sent back again..
Not only were these not done (sloren ensured my initial shipment was sent out fairly quick), I have been questioned over and over giving the same long, in depth story, only to be asked questions again that i've answered in my story and separately over and over. when I finally decided I didn't want to support a company that treated their customers so poorly, and the product looks much nicer in the website than in person, and promises made were never kept regardless of how much proof I showed and how clearly and often I explained the situation. jeulia's jewelry has failed in every aspect. my order was incomplete and the ring isn't nearly as nice as the website shows. I requested a refund, and was told that because the sticker"size tag" was loose and fell off it could not be returned. although, it says you can return it for any reason within thirty days.
I want a full refund (to return the ring). split in half and the underneath part that sticks to attach to the ring was half off so the other half dried, there was no saving it. besides what policy for jewelry ever makes you save that?! the size is on the order! they can measure it again also. it's a scam.
30-day hassle free for any reason returns what a joke. at this point I want a full refund, it's within the 30 days, and the tag falling off was due to them putting it on incorrectly so it was stuck to the styrofoam and came off when I removed the ring to see it and try it on.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Jeulia, which is why we offer a straight-forward 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping or gift packaging charges) or an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition (no damage, no wear).
The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached.
Customized items (including customized size, engraved, customized color) will not be accepted for refund. (Please kindly be noted that customized sizes including: size≤4, size≥10 and half sizes).
Replacements will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Process
To request a return, or if you otherwise require assistance, please email us at: service@jeulia.com.

Upon receipt, all returned items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that items show no sign of scratches, marks, or blemishes. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are not considered new. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

Jewelry Tag
The item being returned must have the jewelry tag still attached. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the ring fits.

Important Note: Packages returned without consent will not be accepted!

So here's a few reasons I believe this 30-Day No Questions Asked (see attachment), straightforward, not completely satisfied is a scam.
1. You can't return to sender and MUST contact them for "consent". (Not straightforward).
2. No Questions asked: when you call to get "consent" they ask questions regarding why you want/need to return. (Not straight forward or no questions asked).
3. You have 30 days to try it out, make sure you're happy, BUT you'll have to do so wearing a tiny fragile size sticker the whole time. Because, of if it arrives like mine (half stuck to the styrofoam insert, and the ring, when I removed it to look at it and try it on- the sticker ripped in two, half stuck to the styrofoam, the other half too small. Also, title have to keep that sticker on 30 days while wearing it and trying put the feel, looks, etc. but if the sticker comes off, falls off, is removed, or is accidental they do not care and WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!
4. No sizes-(custom which is understandable) size≤4; size≤10; and half sizes! Ex. 6.5, 7 3/4 (my size). It wasn't listed as custom it was listed with the other sizes.

Jeulia Store stone fell out of ring, only three weeks old at the most

I ordered the two stone two tone twist round cut created white sapphire ring, and wore it maybe four times and a stone already fell out. The SKU-SGAT22ZH034 IS THE ORDER NUMBER. I ordered a size 8 1/4 and would like it replaced please. I love the ring, but for the money I paid it should be a lot more durable. I would appreciate your time on this matter as soon as possible. Thank-you

Jeulia Store return policy/poor quality

I ordered rings from Julia after seeing a Facebook ad, now I know better. I ordered the ring on May 19, 2017 and received it May 31, 2017. The quality is garbage. Paid over four hundred dollars for three rings for gifts and they look like something you get out of machine for a quarter. The quality is absolute garbage and because two of them are "customized sizes" I cannot return them for a full refund. They are liars a crooks and Facebook allows them to purchase ad space. Don't buy from them save your money and go to Target or walmart and get the same ring for 30 bucks.

Jeulia Store ring

The ring I purchased is beat up and dented on the band. Looks like it has pits in it from the pictures. My order number is [protected]. I would like it to be replaced... I talked to a rep today and she told me to send pictures. I hope this gets looked at cause from what I've seen, none of the reviews regarding these type situations seem to get taken care of.

Jeulia Store very slow shipping service

When I made my order I was promised fast shipping which never happened. After a long time of waiting I contacted Jeulia to ask about the status of my order and was told that should not expect my order any time soon.
Shipping was taking forever and later I found out that my item was coming from China and they also used the slowest shipping service.
It took almost three months to get my order. I hate waiting, and will not buy from them again. I'm a frequent online shopper and must say that was the longest shipping I've ever had!

Jeulia Store return process

I received my order and was highly disappointed with its quality. I then contacted Jeulia and told them that I wanted to return everything for a refund and they promised that someone will contact me regarding return process.
Several days passed and no one bothered to call or email me.
So I contacted them again and asked for a return label and address and they said that I'll get all the instructions via email. They said that could take a couple of days.
After another week of waiting I asked to speak with their manager, but they said that was a confidential information. These people are ridiculous and cheaters, they did everything to stop me from getting my refund! Horrible!

Jeulia Store customer service/return/exchange

I purchased two rings in December for myself for Christmas. One ring was so large, I contacted them to exchange it. After several contacts, I got their online chat, was able to get instructions to exchange the ring. I pay an extra $20 to Paypal for expedited shipping. The ring was their most expensive $239.00 Mermaid Ring. I mailed it back and used all their instructions. I contacted customer service on their web site chat, gave them the tracking number. I waited several weeks and still received no ring. I contacted them and left several messages. Finally, I got a hold of a real person in March. They said they needed the tracking number. Some where during the weeks of waiting, I lost the tracking number. It was not with my other paperwork. I even insured the package. Once lost, the US Post Office cannot find a tracking number so I put in a lost package request. Jeulia has all my emails and requests. Finally, I contacted Paypal to see if they could help. Help, somebody.

To advertise hassle-free return policy is the biggest lie in print! Customer service sucks! It took me over two hours of chatting back and forth and providing them with all kinds of info and even had to send them a photo before I finally got return address! Would NEVER order or recommend this company to anyone! I had plans of reordering after I got my return credit but that will NEVER happen now!

Jeulia Store bad quality/bad to no customer service

I purchased this set because it looked like good quality and a nice ring. The presintation upon arrival was nice and the ring looked good for the first few weeks. The prongs started moving and it became dull looking. I notified them to bring it to their attention and that I would rather have a differsnt design so I didnt take a chance with the prongs again. They told me I would need to pay to shil the ring back, pay the shipping on the new and pay an additional $50.00. When I told them I didnt feel I should have to pay a difference on the rings as they had the same value I just used a coupon at the time which was still valid so apply it to the new. I also told them that I shouldnt have to pay both shipping costs. They then told me that I would just need to pay an extra $40.00. Again I asked what the amounts were for. I recieved an email back verifying the ring size, I confirmed and never heard from them again. I was under the impretion they were sending out the new ring so I waited. I did continue to wear the ring as I was waiting for the new arrival. Then I noticed beyond my first complaint there are now missing stones, the ring is now all bent from wear. I emailed them again to check status and sent them this same picture. They only responded with their 30 day policy. I remindex them that I have been trying to exchange it for some time now and that this is not because I changed my mind its because of the bad quality and they then reaponded again with the 30 day return still stands.
I am very upset that I spent money on this set to have no customer service and an embarrasment of a ring to wear.

purchased a ring and called back to cancel i changed my mind and they said to late it shipped.. 2 days later i get an email we are processing your order for shipment . I called and again i got sorry we cannot cancel it has already shipped. They are a bunch a chinese that cant speak English and the same day i called there was a charge on my paypal account from the same ship to return address for Jeulia for a pair of Oakley glasses on my account from an account in California... Hmmm same place Jeulia is locked .. my account has since been locked and fraud on my paypal card. ... what a bunch of loosers. never again.

Jeulia Store "rose gold" ring... not really though

Don't bother ordering anything rose gold. It comes off in a few months. And they won't do anything about it. My sapphire is dull and they said they'd replace it, but now they're saying since it's been over 30 days they won't do anything. They wont give me a customer service number to call, and the emails seem to be computer generated and not an actual person who cares about the product or the customer. I'd suggest finding a different company to buy from. Way to go with the customer and the product.
I don't wear it on the shower or while doing dishes.. it just rubbed off with normal wear.

Now seeing they're not even based in the US, but came with a shipping and return address in California. They're in CHINA!

Jeulia Store cheap quality item

Do not waste your money here, Jeulia is a terrible store, definitely not worth the money. I decided to order a present for my girlfriend from Jeulia and was highly disappointed with my purchase. Item looked nothing like picture on their website, it was poorly made and looked super cheap.
I decided to return it and get a refund and was surprised when they refused to accept it back.
Jeulia was pretty impolite and said that I have seen pictures and it was my decision to buy from them. Yes I saw pictures, but as I already said, items on their site looked different! Better stay away, Jeulia is a bad place, items are pure garbage and support is even worse than garbage! Avoid!

Jeulia Store terrible customer service!

Fell inn loveeeee with a ring. However when I recieved it the stone was huge so I attempted to call their offices for at least a week, no answer. Finally someone answered on facebook of all places. They agreed to an exchange at no cost to me, which really made the situation so much better.
We agreed that I would ship it back and the rest would be taken care of.
I ship it back, and message the tracking number from usps as they requested.
They confirm it is on the way to them.
Later that night, they message me saying I will need to pay an extra 40 dollars for them shipping it back and an additional fee for a different ring!
After my ring and exchange was already approved and they said so in that exact message!
When I sent screenshots of this exact conversation, the representative ackowledged them waiving the fees and proceeded to again tell me that the fees are not waivable, again after I sent the package back!
Now I am out $150 ring that I orginally bought and now they are going back on their own word of not having any shipping or extra cost added and that everything would be taken care.

So disappointed, will never reccomend and will never do business with them again.

Jeulia Store customer service / return

Order placed for a bride set and a ring for my future husband, we've decided to order them as we found in love with the design.
We've read everything and we clearly knew what we were ordering, rings set in silver with created white sapphire.
I want a to a jewl shop in order to obtain the size of my finger, unfortunately the sales person made a mistake and told me a 7 then as this is a large set, other a 71/4, which I did.
We received very quickly the whole, in a very nice box. everything is ok with the ring of my future dh, but mine is too small... of course, as I didn't had t he right size.
I contacted jeulia by chat as nobody was answering the phone, explained the issue, the person was really nice and told me no issue, simply return it to :

I was a bit surprised to have a individual name and not the name of the company. I want on ups website to schedule my deliver and issue the bar-code for the return and then this is where the nightmare started, as ups clearly say on its website that this address isn't valid for delivery. I check on dhl, same issue, then on usps, same issue again...
I contacted them back via chat but then surprise nobody replied.

Ouawww another address, another number... then I informed them by chat that i'll send back the package there, but nobody replied.

This is only when I sent back the package, send them the link to the usps tracking number that they said, oh no sorry this is a wrong address, you can't send it there, used the provided address.

I've explained them tons of time that the provided address isn't an accepted address nor validated by ups, dhl nor usps... but they don't care.

When my package arrived at destination, by chance usps had a forwarding address between baldwin park and city of industry... but at city of industry, nobody then again a forwarding address, guess to where? baldwin park... i've the proof with all details, date, time, etc of all the tentative done by usps.

I've called jeulia many times but they don't care at all, they have been informed that i'll engage a lawsuit against them, not really linked to the value of the ring, but for the principle.

I've explained them that we're waiting them for our wedding, may 1st... they don't mind at all...

This is a very bad customer experience, this company has found a stratagem in order to ensure that your return will never reach their office, which in fact isn't in california but in hong kong...
And yes their cs only reply as hong-king time.

Now i'll fight for my refund, but i'll also informed everywhere that I can on internet, fb etc about what this company is doing!

Jeulia Store poor customer service and deceiving poor quality products

Stay away...

Checkout is dangerously fast, correspondence with customer service is poor and their refund policy is a hassle - not hassle free! Returning a product from Australia to California is cost prohibitive if it's coming off the purchase price. That's understandable had my request to cancel my order come after I had received the product. As far as I was notified, it did not.

1. The checkout process seems to skip a vital step where the customer can review their order before they make their final commitment. As a result, I was pushed through PayPal immediately with no option of taking a step back unless I began a PayPal dispute, which I did. My cart had an extra ring in it at the wrong size from a previous browsing day but I never noticed that until it was too late. The ring sizes were wrong and it took a great effort to have them corrected. They would not do a thing until I revoked the PayPal dispute. That would have been necessary if the check out was set up better for the customer, not the company that's ready to grab your money before you can blink. Be careful!

2. I placed my order on April 6 and by April 18th I had still not received a shipping notification or any correspondence to indicate when I would receive the product. A contradiction to their claims of fast service. At this point I started to get a bad feeling and decided to cancel my order. My correspondence was not answered. However, the following day I received the 'shipping notification' ironically with my request to cancel in the same email below the body of the shipping notification. Alarm goes off...

3. The rings arrived... and what a disappointment. My whole experience with this company has been a series of disappointments actually.

Products Ordered:
Look nothing like the advertised images. The stones are very clearly costume junk making them expensive in the long run.

Rings ordered:

2. Jeulia Solitaire Two Tone Round Cut Created White Sapphire Enhancer Wedding Set

I emailed immediately after receiving the shipping notification again stressing that I had previously requested my order be cancelled. I received a reply whilst I was on their live chat at their site.

The Live Chat conversation was circular and a waste of my time. I was asked to submit images of the rings to make sure they were new, unworn and still had tags on them. I complied. I was told I could return the rings but that I would have to pay for the S/H from Australia to California. That will cost me nearly as much as the rings making the option of returning the rings I had cancelled - pointless. My pleas for understanding were met with argumentative comments and twisted facts.

It would seem this company is uninterested in customer service.

Jeulia Store quality/returns

The ring arrived quickly, but was very poor quality. I immediately followed the instructions for returning the ring. It took them over 30 days and multiple emails before they gave me the address to return this item. Then they said since it was over 30 days, they wouldn't accept the ring. Awful quality. Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Jeulia Store return product

I purchased a ring set and wanted to return it, as I wasn't happy with the look. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Once they knew what I wanted, the return emails were a long time in coming. This has been going on for over a month and the issue still hasn't been resolved. They claim 30-day hassle free return", which is a total farce. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau, PayPal and also my bank. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!

Jeulia Store fails to honor return policy

We purchased on Jan 23, requested a refund on Feb 2. They delayed responding for at least 10 days, then asked why we wanted to return. We replied immediately, and another 10 days passed before they offered an exchange. We declined and demanded money back. They did not respond. I submitted multiple requests, and then on March 31st they finally told us they could not refund because it was past the 30-day window.

This company gets and F rating from the BBB and multiple online review sources. They are actively engaged in fraud and graft.
