SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Placed an order on the 1st of February (money immediately taken from my account). Have received no feedback on the status of this order. Have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls, none of which have been answered. Paid for expedited shipping, which means that it is supposed in 3-5 days, which has not happened. I find this lack of communication unacceptable
