Jeulia / I don't know if i'll ever receive my items.

On October 15, 2015 I ordered few things from Jeulia. I also paid for expedited shipping. Two months passed and I'm still waiting for my order. I have tried to contact Support team via email several times, but they do not respond to my emails. I also called many times, but no one picked up the phone. Finally, I contacted their agent through chat, but it did not help a lot. I only became even more confused about the whole situation. Well, I must say their support team is very unprofessional. They could not understand the reason of my complaint and they gave me no answers to my questions. I don't know if I'll ever receive my items. I definitely will not be doing business with this company again!
