Jeulia Store ring

I ordered a ring almost a month ago. When it didn't arrive, I tried to contact them. They did not respond to phone calls or text messages. They only responded when I posted a negative comment on their facebook page.
They said the problem with delivery was my fault, since I supposedly gave them the wrong zip code. I don't believe that but I agreed to pay an extra $30.00 for a new expedited delivery which they would refund if the first ring came back to them. I was supposed to trust them.
I sent the $30.00 but now they want me to release a complaint I have on paypal before they'll ship. That's my only leverage, so I refused. I told them that if they shipped the ring and got a proof of delivery, they could close the complaint themselves, but they want everything upfront. Now, since I trusted them, I am out an additional $30.00. Be careful, stay away. Don't make the same mistake.

Jeulia Store I received an order last week, which I didn't place. it was for 4 rings

You sent out to my address a package of rings. Somehow my checking account was hacked and I had to cancel and reopen another account. You took out $501.30 for rings I didn't order. I talked with pay pal and they said I had to contact you to get my money back... This has never happened to me before and I sent the package back to you stamped REFUSED! Please call me @ [protected] asp. So I can get my money back. This put my account short for other Bills.. I appreciate your fast responds.

Jeulia Store order za100006385

Placed an order on the 1st of February (money immediately taken from my account). Have received no feedback on the status of this order. Have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls, none of which have been answered. Paid for expedited shipping, which means that it is supposed in 3-5 days, which has not happened. I find this lack of communication unacceptable

Jeulia Store money stolen and no order received

Jeulia is a scam business, they cheat on their customers! Just read all the reviews posted on many website, this company is not to be trusted. I can't believe that they are allowed to do business!
Ordered a ring for my wife ages ago (4 months) and did not receive it. Customer service at first replied with automated messages that made no sense and did not help me, then they simply stopped replying. I still have no idea where my ring is, I can't get a refund, because these scam artists are ignoring me. According to all the reviews I saw I can simply forget about my money and order.
There is a huge scam called Jeulia and we need to do something about that! More and more people get involved and stolen from. This must come to an end!

Jeulia Store two rings ordered

I ordered two rings separately on December 27, 2016 from Julia.com. Since December 28 it is still in China waiting to be processed for mailing.

If this cannot be sent immediately, I would like to request a refund.

I too ordered a ring on December 27th and to date still have not received anything. USPS tracking shows it still in China and no updates since December 30th 2016. NOT HAPPY!

Jeulia Store two rings

I need to understand why it takes 25-48 days to get to me from San Francisco? It shows one of the rings shipped on January 9th. and is now in Guangzhou?
Why the heck would it go from San Francisco to Guangzhou? They are scamming us by saying the company is from the USA yet it is actually coming from a foreign country. Be very sure you know where your items are coming from because this company is misleading us!

Jeulia Store never received the ring I ordered.

Ordered the ring on Dec 4th 2016 here it is Jan 31st and still no ring. They never sent me a confirmation e-mail or tracking number thankfully I had the sense to take of screen shot of the order confirmation number when the purchase was processed so I was finally able to get the tracking number through the chat. Its been in Chinese customs approved to be shipped out since Dec 7th. Ive talked to the chat people who said It was already in US but tracking it says otherwise. Was told on Jan 13th to just wait one more week and if it didn't show up they'd re-send it. Since then Ive sent 2 e-mail messages through the chat since no one has been available to talk to and I can't get anyone to respond to me. Really ticked off right now.

What I don't understand is their contact information for customer service is in California but When I called the customer service number they are out of the office till Feb 4th for spring festival which is in China. So by the time I can get someone to communicate with it will have been 2 months since I placed my order! In this day and age that is absolutely insane. 2 months to ship... SMH

Jeulia Store wedding set

I purchased a setting from your Co. And my future son in law had heard from his Mother as well as myself that he should order my daughters wedding set from you. He planned a special dinner and sent away for the set. Apparently it was a fraction too large. When they tried to have you exchange it for the right size, they were told no, she tried it on so that meant you wouldnt take it back. Please explain?. I purchased and paid by VISA on 12/15/16 and have yet to see the ring! I have called the [protected] and can't understand the language. Then I called [protected] and they said they have to check on it & to call back in 3-5 days! I did and now they are out of the office until February! It has been 43 days since I ordered which is ridiculous. My order # is [protected] & the number they said was a USPS Tracking Number shows it's in China and has not moved since 12/16 with a Tracking Number of LT597389528CN, which is NOT a USPS Tracking Number! Jeulia Store rings that I did not received

I bought 2 rings from Jeulia Jewellery and receive in about one month plus since I am not in a rush I didn't mind the waiting time. However the rings were to huge for me therefore I decide to get an exchange. I asked the customer service and they said to return back and gave me the return address. That was early September. I return the address immediately via Registered mail since the rings are expensive did not want it go missing. After a month I tracked the items. It shows that it reach US. But Jeulia Jewellery claimed they did not receive the item. I checked with my local postal service and said it has been mail to the return address given. Jeulia Jewellery deny until one fine day they found the return items. Tht was in early December. In their email, it states they will give a tracking number for the new item in 2-3 days but till now 27.1.17, I have not received. I even emailed them but no reply till now. DONT EVER TRUST JEULIA JEWELLERY. THEY ARE A CHEATING AND CONNING COMPANY.

Jeulia Store beautiful ring

Hey you get what you pay for, You cant expect 1000% quality for cheap! I really loved my ring but just after 1 month the diamond fell out already, They type of sliver they use scratches really easy as well. I wasn't expecting something to go wrong this soon :/ cant say I wouldn't order again just not an engagement ring! Maybe some play jewelry would be great from this company. Most definitely not such an important ring as an engagement ring.

The package I received did not include the ring. There were papers, a gift bag and an empty ring box. I paid 121.96
I have sent emails, 3. I tried calling. One number said in Spanish it had been disconnected. The other number said they were out of the office till February 5 or 6. I have requested a refund, and have not been acknowledgedoing to this day.
Scam. Be careful ordering from this company.

Jeulia Store do not buy from these scammers!

Do not buy from Jeulia, this site is just a terrible scam! I saw their advertisement on Facebook and some other websites and the whole thing seemed like a great deal. I went to their website, was impressed with all the beautiful jewelry and of course I liked their prices. I wanted to buy a ring for my fiancé and thought that Jeulia was the best decision. Unfortunately I got scammed, lost my money and never received the ring. After I paid there was no payment confirmation and no tracking number. I was not able to reach anyone from Jeulia no matter how hard I've tried - they did not reply. Three weeks already passed and still no information about my order, customer service is silent. After I checked the reviews I lost my hope. Terrible website and company. Do not buy from these scammers!

01/22/16 Still no response, no ring, no refund from Jeulia Company

1/9/17 to Jeulia I'm writing for an update on my ring . its been 3 weeks since I returned it  to you for a larger size.
 
on 12/05/16, I ordered  3PC Cushion Cut White Sapphire Wedding Set for $81.56  . ring size (7) . Order # [protected]. It was purchase through Pay Pal. it was to be sent to my home address
 
on 12/15/16 I received it and unfortunately it was too small for my finger so the very next day 12/16/16, I returned it back to you through United States Postal Service .

I've sent 5 emails to your ''contact us email address ;[protected]@jeulia.com, I've called 16 times to your tel# [protected], and no one ever answers, only a voicemail that doesn't allow me to leave a message .

Jeulia Store shipping and processing time

I ordered a ring and necklace from Jeulia. I paid the 1-4 days extra shipping charge for $20. What they failed to tell you is that there is a processing time and paying the extra $20 does not get you the product within 1-4 days. I contacted their customer service department via chat and they informed me that the 1-4 day was only for shipping and the processing time could take up to 45 days.

Jeulia Store everything!

My fiance bought my ring from here, the ring he bought was too small so he sent it back the next day. He spoke to a representative there and explained the situation, they told him my correct size would be sent out as soon as possible. It took 7 days for me to even get a tracking number for the correct ring and have had to call so many times just for that. Hopefully the ring will be delivered today which is what the tracking says.

Jeulia Store over charged after check out

After being bombarded with discount offers (some only available for a set time) I clicked to check out through Paypal believing this would give me some kind of safety net post purchase. I was prompted to sign in, which I did only to get a transaction complete message - no chance to review the payment of £80.70. I then received a paypal invoice for £99.08 ! I contacted Paypal who rudely told me that all they do is charge me what ever the vendor requests regardless of what I have seen on the check out of their website!

The ring arrived today and it's not something that I would pay £5.00 for! The original price before sale and discounts was $339!

I only made the purchase because the website leads one to believe they are ordering for a US company backed up by a Norton Shopping Guarantee rather than a junk store in China! (only discovered from shipping label)

I finally got through to 'Sarah' on their Live Chat and requested a return and was told to return it to an address in California! Disputes opened with Norton and Paypal though don't hold much hope...

Jeulia Store ring

We ordered a ring on December 3rd and was told it would be here before Christmas. Here it is almost the middle of January and no ring. I was given a tracking number(lt469391165cn) and was able to track my package to china customs on December 7th. Now I have contacted china shipping several times and they just keep telling me to "be patient". How long do I have to "be patient"? I contacted USPS and they said that it hasn't even left china yet and that alot of people are being scammed. 800 number doesn't work and good luck getting a person on chat. When you finally do, they say "be patient. It's on its way ". I thought it was a good idea to buy from this company because the ring was cheap, but I guess I've paid more than it would've costed in the US with time, frustration and hassle. *Buyer Beware! I will never buy from this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone not to as well. I guess it's time to contact the BBB.

Jeulia Store very unhappy customer

We ordered a wedding ring on the 9.12.16, paid for fast delivery. Took 3 weeks to arrive in southafrica which was too late and had to pay extra for duty which was not mentioned on the website. Got via email from jeulia.com (Id: s216026-t138530) they will pay back money but since that silent! No answer at all! Don't buy there! The service is a joke! And today 13.12.17. I still don't have the ring. So if I don't like it I can't even send it back because the 30 days of return is over.
