Jeulia Store poor customer service and deceiving poor quality products

Stay away...

Checkout is dangerously fast, correspondence with customer service is poor and their refund policy is a hassle - not hassle free! Returning a product from Australia to California is cost prohibitive if it's coming off the purchase price. That's understandable had my request to cancel my order come after I had received the product. As far as I was notified, it did not.

1. The checkout process seems to skip a vital step where the customer can review their order before they make their final commitment. As a result, I was pushed through PayPal immediately with no option of taking a step back unless I began a PayPal dispute, which I did. My cart had an extra ring in it at the wrong size from a previous browsing day but I never noticed that until it was too late. The ring sizes were wrong and it took a great effort to have them corrected. They would not do a thing until I revoked the PayPal dispute. That would have been necessary if the check out was set up better for the customer, not the company that's ready to grab your money before you can blink. Be careful!

2. I placed my order on April 6 and by April 18th I had still not received a shipping notification or any correspondence to indicate when I would receive the product. A contradiction to their claims of fast service. At this point I started to get a bad feeling and decided to cancel my order. My correspondence was not answered. However, the following day I received the 'shipping notification' ironically with my request to cancel in the same email below the body of the shipping notification. Alarm goes off...

3. The rings arrived... and what a disappointment. My whole experience with this company has been a series of disappointments actually.

Products Ordered:
Look nothing like the advertised images. The stones are very clearly costume junk making them expensive in the long run.

Rings ordered:
1. Jeulia Classic Solitaire 2CT Cushion Cut Created White Sapphire Engagement Ring
2. Jeulia Solitaire Two Tone Round Cut Created White Sapphire Enhancer Wedding Set

I emailed immediately after receiving the shipping notification again stressing that I had previously requested my order be cancelled. I received a reply whilst I was on their live chat at their site.

The Live Chat conversation was circular and a waste of my time. I was asked to submit images of the rings to make sure they were new, unworn and still had tags on them. I complied. I was told I could return the rings but that I would have to pay for the S/H from Australia to California. That will cost me nearly as much as the rings making the option of returning the rings I had cancelled - pointless. My pleas for understanding were met with argumentative comments and twisted facts.

It would seem this company is uninterested in customer service.

Jeulia Store quality/returns

The ring arrived quickly, but was very poor quality. I immediately followed the instructions for returning the ring. It took them over 30 days and multiple emails before they gave me the address to return this item. Then they said since it was over 30 days, they wouldn't accept the ring. Awful quality. Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Jeulia Store return product

I purchased a ring set and wanted to return it, as I wasn't happy with the look. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Once they knew what I wanted, the return emails were a long time in coming. This has been going on for over a month and the issue still hasn't been resolved. They claim 30-day hassle free return", which is a total farce. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau, PayPal and also my bank. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!

Jeulia Store fails to honor return policy

We purchased on Jan 23, requested a refund on Feb 2. They delayed responding for at least 10 days, then asked why we wanted to return. We replied immediately, and another 10 days passed before they offered an exchange. We declined and demanded money back. They did not respond. I submitted multiple requests, and then on March 31st they finally told us they could not refund because it was past the 30-day window.

This company gets and F rating from the BBB and multiple online review sources. They are actively engaged in fraud and graft.

Jeulia Store bad experience with jeulia

I am extremely disappointed with Jeulia and mostly with their service. I spoke with their rep about a refund, but they simply did not want to listen.
My ring was too big and I wanted to get a refund. They offered a me a replacement but I didn't want to risk, then they offered me a discount and later a partial refund, but I insisted on a full refund!
They finally agreed but I never got my money back. They stopped replying. I can't believe Jeulia is allowed to do business, they are terrible and unprofessional. They sent me an incorrect size ring and that was their fault!
I don't know what to do, I have a ring and I can't even wear it! The whole situation is beyond ridiculous!

Jeulia Store asked for order to be canceled and it shipped; now no refund

I ordered a ring on February 5 and finally on February 22 was told that it was still processing. I requested a cancellation of my order on February 22; on February 27 I received shipping notification. I emailed and called in once I received the ring since their sizing guide is completely messed up (another complaint) and it told me to order a size that is WAY TO SMALL. I was provided an address to return the ring to but no response to my question about receiving my credit due. I finally received a response via phone call and also in a chat message that if I returned the ring I would receive my credit. Keep in mind their sizing guide lead me to order a size 4 which isn't normally refunded against but since I had requested a cancel of the order 5 days before shipment I was informed that I would receive a refund.

I informed them of the shipping tracking and also emailed them on the day it delivered...1 week later and I am contacting them to find out about my refund. This morning I received an email stating that since it was a spacial size (4) I would not qualify for the refund.

This is WRONG! I sent them the chat room communication (since I screen-shoted the portion that stated I would receive a refund) and informed them that during 2 communications (phone and chat)with their company I was told I WOULD receive my refund and to please process...still waiting!

Jeulia Store horrible experience

To be honest I was surprised when I found all these reviews! I was shocked and upset when I thought that there was actually a chance to avoid all this mess. Well, lesson learned. Next time I'll read the reviews before I decide to buy anything online.
I am not a big fan of buying online, because there is always a risk and I hate wasting money.
But I found really beautiful ring on Jeulia website and thought that it would make a perfect present for my wife. I made my order and later it got cancelled. I did not receive any explanation and no one from Jeulia contacted me personally. Refund was promised but wasn't given. Jeulia is the worst store ever! They are nothing but cheaters! Please stay away!

They give false information to return products and false names, nothing ins done in Ca everything is done in China and all products come from China.

The company is a scam.

When attempting to return product all companies USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex states neither address is a valid address.

Attorney General of CA and BBB needs to know what is really going on with this company

Jeulia Store ring never received

Ordered and paid for a ring on Dec 28, 2017. Tracking says the ring was shipped on Jan 10, 2017. I just received an email from Jeulia asking if my ring had been delivered, to which i replied, "No."
The offered me 15% off my next order. WHAT? Why would I give such a terrible company another dime, If I have been waiting 2&1/2 months for a product that never came?

I also ordered a ring that was going to be a replacement wedding band. I lost my original ring while shopping it was a tad to big and slid off after waiting six weeks I finally received an email, stating my ring was prepping for shipping, at this point in time the company did not provide tracking number. Approx 1 week later email arrived with a tracking number. this is when I discovered my ring was shipping from china. finally the ring arrived, I loved it until 2 weeks later the center stone fell out. WHAT? will never order from here again!

Jeulia Store I wasn't able to return

I received an incorrect size ring and I contacted Jeulia support, attached pictures and asked for a replacement. They did not reply for a long period of time and no matter what I did I was not able to reach anyone.
They finally replied one month later and said that they were not able to help me because 30 days already passed. They said that they accepted return only within first 30 days. I want to make everything clear - I contacted them the same day I received the ring and they ignored me for over a month! They did that on purpose because they didn't want to refund me! What a terrible scam!
This accident clearly showed who these guys really are and how do they treat their customers. Stay away from Jeulia!

Same thing happened to me and was not able to get it reversed by PayPal. I see many others with the same complaint. This is unethical and I don't understand how they are getting away with this!

Jeulia Store juelia ring return

I purchased a ring from them this Fall. I received the ring but it was not the correct size for me. It measures much larger than a typical size 8. I had a very hard time contacting them, they repeatedly asked for the same information I had already provided and trying to convince me to exchange the ring. When I finally contacted Amazon I was told I had to ship it with a signature required which would have cost me $80.00! It has to go to China! So I would have lost over half of what I paid for the ring! I would NEVER buy from them again.

Jeulia Store an order placed for a ring never received on 10-11-2016

I placed an order for a two tone infinity round cut created white sapphire womans wedding band.I placed the order on October eleventh 2016 and i never received it. The payment was removed from my account the same day that I placed the order. At this point I am so discusted that I would really love my money back. I have called and e-mailed this company numerous times and received only one reply and no results. I would very much love to receive my money and be done with them and to warn anyone not to deal with this fake company.my item was 89.96 .

Jeulia Store ring size

I purchased my ring and asked for a size 7. I received a size 7 3/4. The ring doesn't fit on any of my fingers. The packaging is great, but if you can't wear the ring what good is it.
There is no receipt or invoice in the packaging so I have no way of knowing how to get the right size. I will be tracking down the company to complain. I will like others complain on social media to get answers. I read the reviews today and this seems to be a common problem.

Jeulia Store do not believe jeulia and avoid this site!

I heard a lot about Jeulia and decided to give it a try. I did not read the reviews so I had no idea this company was unsafe.
I purchased a lovely ring from them and did not received it. They did not contact me about my order for a long time and I was pretty stressed out. I wasn't able to get in touch with them no matter how many times I tried to contact Jeulia and there was no tracking number to track my order.
About three weeks later I was finally contacted by someone from Jeulia and told that my order was cancelled. They said only that and provided no information about the refund process. I sent them a message asking about my money and received no reply. Do not believe Jeulia and avoid this site!

Jeulia Store not receiving my purchase

I purchased a ring in January 2017. I tried tracking the package and all it tells me is that it was prepared on January 15, 2017 and there is no other information. Order No. [protected].

I have written several e-mails and all they tell me is that someone will get back to me.

I tried calling the number but all they do is hang up. [protected]

Jeulia Store ring being too large

Ordered a ring in December. It arrived without an invoice and was too big. Had to track down a phone number for a return. Kept getting disconnected by the phone number. Tried email. Finally complained on the internet and then they emailed me. I returned the ring for a smaller size. Didn't hear from them. Finally emailed them and they said they needed a tracking number. I tracked my package and they had my ring for 10 days already. I told them to give me my money back. I've heard nothing from them. Worst customer service ever. Shop anywhere but at jeulia!

I have sent four e -mails to find out where my order is and just keep getting the same thing'. An agent will contact you soon" well not good enough. I gave them 24 hours to have a human person contact me or I will take action. Still have not heard from Jeulia or anyone else. Save your money or lose it, cause they do not answer your e-mails except with a copy that they send to everyone complaining. Carol

Jeulia Store jeulia jewellery

Ordered a supposed rhodium plated silver and white saphire ring. Paid for expedited shipping (guaranteed 3-5 days delivery). After more than two weeks the ring finally arrived. Did not look at all like the picture advertised on the site. There is NO rhodium plating and the "saphire" is not even a cubic zirconia! Above all that the size is not even correct. And if you want to return it, you have to pay to ship it back to China... NEVER ORDER FROM JEULIA, POOR QUALITY AND FAKE GEMSTONES.

Jeulia Store ring and necklace

I ordered a ring and necklace on Dec 19th. I received a confirmation on the 20th, stating both are in stock and payment had been received, and will be shipped in a few days.
I started trying to track the order using the order number and the USPS tracking number both. It always says it's in pre-shipment.
I have sent numerous emails trying to find out where the order is, and they always sent me the exact same msg... how to track a pkg.
On Feb 8th, I finally received a msg from someone named Luke starting it wad shipped on Dec 20th, please allow 25-48 working days. It is now in transit, kindly wait a few days.

Jeulia Store infinity cut ring

rdered wrong size ring on 1/22 16. order# [protected]. did live chat with jeulia and I returned the ring as they instructed and reordered the rioght size 8-1/2.on 11/29/19. new order # [protected]. tracking told me my 1st ring was received at their company on 12/20/16. I have not receive my new ring nor have I receieved a refund of my money I have attempted to call the num, bers listed but I either get hung up on or the # is disconnected. I sent Jeulia an e-mail over a week ago and have had no response. If I hear nothing soon I will have to take action.I really liked the ring. If they are not going to send it to me then I want my money back

Jeulia Store ring

I ordered a ring from this site around Christmas and when it came it was the wrong size. I have been trying for months to get a hold of someone to send it back and no one will email me and when I call the two different numbers that Jeulia.com offers both are not in service! DO NOT order from this site. They are complete scammers who just want to take your money and send you crappy products! I would very much like to get my money back but it's hard when I can't get any human contact from this site.
