On the website this is the one I joined for 4.87 and was suppose to be a unending membership. After putting in my card information found out after the enter and joining it was a porn website. They also have the same number on wavezaccess as there porn site. I entered information that I wanted a refund was email a conformation on a refund this was on Feb 3 /09 and on Feb 10/09 and Feb 11/09 they charged me 3 more times. This was even after confirming my refund would be in the bank in 72 hours on the 3rd of February.
My wife since has canceled that card so they can not continue to bill me. If you go to 800notes.com you will see others they have done it to also. The number on my bill was [protected] it was the same on the wavezaccess information also and the porn site which i was not on I was on the wavezaccess. Check out the complaints on the
http://800notes.com also they are the same. Both of these complaints on 800 notes is what I am complaining about. Luckly my wife caught the last charges and stop our card. Thank you for your time

Similar happened here. We filed a complaint with Florida's Attorney General. Jettis responded without answering any questions... so no answer in effect. I will be calling the attorney general next.

I have just checked my statement (which is something that I don't do too often, as I have never felt that I needed to) and discovered that since September 2008, Jettison International have charged me over $240 Australian dollars.

I am taking this situation to the fraud department of my bank, and will seek legal advice. I also did a similar thing: I went to DownloadNova (dot com) seeking a download of a film that had not been released in Australian cinemas. I paid the $4.78 (SO FOOLISH - I could kick myself for being so foolish) and then discovered that it is a porn site, and my secondary email account has since been bombarded with explicit material.
I will also seek to make this situation public in the Australian media, so that other people are not tricked into such a nasty scheme.
