Thé same happened to me. The owner was agressive and arrogant. Actually said if I wanted to see my animals, i would have to pay his increase ratés. The Bill went from 6000 to 10000 in just one minute and he was clear that my pets would be held hostage, will kennel ratés continuing to add up. A real sleazy opération.

I have just received an extra cost from Jet-A-Pet 2 weeks before they are to pick up my dogs. I have paid the ORIGINAL signed quote in full. Now they want an extra $2000. This is unprofessional and disgusting. They are playing on people's attachment to their animals. Did you end up having to pay the extra money? I picked them because they were cheaper by a few hundred dollars but now they are more expensive then the most expensive quote i received.

yeah i sent them a quote request and they have yet to get back with me. very useless company and the owner is no friend to animals, and staff just like him.
