Jestar / incredibly bad groundstaff

This airline takes the cake for the most insensitive airline on the planet. It even outperforms Ryan Air, which is a big call in the world of bad airlines.

I dropped my mother (who has been in bed with a cold for 3 days) at Jestar Sdney this morning for a flight home to the Gold Coast and told the Jetsar attendant on counter 34 at 10.20am that my mother was not feeling that well and could we please check both her luggage and cabin bag through (she is 77 years old). She said 'no, you can only take 20kg on board, and that if you wanted assistance for your mother, you should not have booked a low cost airline like Jetstar!" I kid you not.

For me, and all my friends and family, flying Jetstar is a last resort option. If Virgin continues to provide good service, then they will annihilate Jestsar. Disgraceful conduct by this particular Jetstar desk jockey.
