I did my 1 session of eyebrow embroidery at Jesley Beauty & Slimming One Utama, I bought their voucher through groupon Malaysia.
Their service cause my eyebrow disfigurement, I wanted to get my refund as they are not in friendly way to be responsible to my lost..I had video captured down the whole process that how their rudeness and irresponsible to the me as a consumer.
However I can just provide photos as below, video is too large to send out.

I bought the coupon from fave. Because the location is near to my house. Worst eye lashes ever. They ask me to top up rm20 for a better quality and last longer eyelashes and it fell out from the first day. Their work is sucks and quality is like [censored]! First and last in my life.

Super angry with Jesley! Super bad services and rude to the customers.
During my first visit, they were nice to me. Then I signed up their packages at their Mid Valley branch.
But middle of last year their Mid Valley branch closed down. Their USJ and One Utama branches are far and not convenient for me.
Last month, One Utama branch called me to make pre-CNY appointment. I said I wish to do mine at USJ and they said they will confirm back. After a week, no news at all so I called USJ to make appointment myself for a treatment at today 5pm. Yesterday 6pm USJ branch called me to confirm the appointment. I have some last minute urgency that I wish to set my appointment earlier than 3pm, either at One Utama branch or USJ branch. USJ branch said need to check with One Utama branch but no reply from both at all. This morning I called both branches to check to follow up. They don't allow my reschedulement but they are so rude to say will deduct from my package if I don't appear at 5pm, even I say I can reschedule until post-CNY.
What is this attitude?! Super hot now!
How to make complain about them if they really deduct my treatment?

Went there for eyelash extension yesterday, bought my package from groupon as well. Immediately after showing them my package, they kept pestering me to top up for a more expensive version. If my version wasn't good at all, why even sell it in the first place? I told them it was my first time and that I'll try it out first.

In the groupon advertisement, they mentioned that Jesley had 10 years of eyelash extension experience. Why does it matter how many years of experience she has since... Her Indonesian maid will be the one doing it for you? Her Indonesian maid also goes home and does her housework (I asked) and has less than 2 years of experience btw.

Also, immediately after doing my eyelash extension, they kept pestering me to buy their promotional package. Their prices are misleading. I saw their owner when I came out but instead of advising me or whatever, she pointed to a sales assistant and went 'consult'. Then she went back to texting in her phone, what kind of service is this.

'Consulting' you means trying to sell you as much of their product as they can. Their brochures quote a single rate rate but in actual fact you can only buy it if you buy x10 times of it, so x10 whatever price they show you (cheapest going up to rm1000+). Also, they kept telling me to buy their package for a x2 rate TODAY because it's only valid for today, even if I kept telling them I wanted to see the quality of their work first.

The lady also misquoted discounts to me. She said that its roughly 50% cheaper or 'somewhere like that' but in actual fact it's only 33% cheaper. I'm not someone who can't count.

Also, a lot of lashes fell out the first day itself. All in all? Bad quality, bad service. Definitely won't go back there to do anything again. The only reason I tried it out is because the location was convenient.

I was there for my eyebrow embroidery. While doing that the lady boss was telling me that I was lucky as they were throwing promotion for Korean eyeliner embroidery. I was hesitated at first but relented after being brainwashed. After doing so I realised that the eyeliner was not even in both eyes and went there for a touch up which was supposedly free however she told me to top up rm50 because it was my skin issue. I was upset but did not show cause scared she will do anything to my eyes. After that she keep on hard sell her packages which was expensive.

they asked to sign a package.to cure my allergy skin. well…it makes my skin became worst! i'm just curious whether they had checked my sensitive skin and give me advise. their products totally not suit to my skin! i so much angry!

Ya their service is only good when they re asking you to buy a new product / sign up a new package. After that services are bad and they ll keep on selling you new products every time you go to them to enjoy the packages that you ve already signed up previously. It s like never ending. I ve recently bought few super expensive products from them after much cornering and brain washing from 4-5 workers. They just exploited my hard earn money. Really don't feel like going back to the, anymore but I ve already signed up with them for few facial sessions.. Still have to go back to the, with much reluctance but will bear in mind not to bring any cash / credit card to avoid falling into their stupid traps again. S what if I m not the prettiest / high maintenance woman in the world. Hate hate beauty saloons.
