Jersey Shore Medical / Poor Patient Treatment
(The emergency room is beyond bad. It really needs to be shut down, after waiting for several hours with my very sick daughter we decided to leave and go to another hospital. Recently I received a bill for $800.00 plus dollars when I tried to dispute the bill, Barbara in the billing department felt it would be better to engage in a verbal sparing match. Although we were not seen she said we were triaged (which we were not). The customer service is terrible I wouldn't go back if I were on my death bed. We are actually going to seek legal counsel.
