Jeremy Brayfield was appointed by his mommy (president of Silverleaf) to be vice president of the comany inhouse division. This is the biggest joke within Silverleaf. He is the most incompetent immature person and certainly incapable of being taken seriously. The entire company laughs at him but what can they do because his mommy put him there. Even David O'Connor insults him to other employees in the company. Silverleaf is going down hill fast. It is hard to be a credible company when Jeremy Brayfield is teaching illegal and unethical sales tactics. He is promotes lying about the product and they show prices 4-5 times of the actual sales price making the customer think they are getting a great deal. Some customers have paid over $100, 000 for the exact same product that was sold to other members for under $20, 000. They tell people that Diamond owners get special benefits with RCI when in fact that is NOT true. All the Diamond program does is to add another week and another maintenance fee. Jeremy teaches that the Diamond owners get special privileges with RCI. That's NOT TRUE. Call RCI and ask them. They will laugh. Jeremy Brayfield is creating all these lies and illegal sales tactics because he needs to try to justify is position that was given to him by his mommy. The motto is make a sale at all costs! Don't worry about the truth, don't worry about what is right or wrong, just sell. This guy looks like a 50 year old chubby princess that never worked a day in his life. He greases his hair and slicks it to the side in an effort to look older than he really is at age 30. Despite being the laughing stock of Silverleaf he continues to be escorted around the country in the corporate jet and treated like royalty all because of his mommy. One day it will all come crashing down. All the truths will be told and all the lies revealed. Maybe Jeremy will like the jail cell with Bubba.

Your brains must be as big as your commission checks! He seems to be a man of pure inspiration, and last time I checked, positivity was pretty darn good for a sales office. The man made a million before you even heard the term "diamond." Did that million fall in his lap one day? Did he just go for a walk and get hit by the million bus? Hardly, I would guess. My thought is that it was made by hard work, effort, and doing his best to inspire negitive ***holes like you. Do your comments concern a real leader? absolutly not. Real leaders know that not all will agree, some will not comply, and others will rebel. Just take a number while he is inspiring so many others across the company to take advice. Learning he is only thirty is all the more inspiring. As far as Oconnor goes, I imagine him to be pretty damn smart. He cares about the bottom line and NOT the bottom of the line. I doubt he says one thing bad about any one, of the many, hard working hired hands that feed the organization. Keep your boat afloat, and try not to talk ### on the wind that could of changed your sales.
