jeraco truck cap
Ordered a cap from jeraco. Had it installed. The caulking around the windows was poorly done. Upon contacting them we were told to send pictures. Called again and they said it was a matter of taste.
Explained to them we were no satisfied with the appearance and they said if they corrected it the guarantee would be void. Or they would send new window but they wouldn't seal them.
We told them this wasn't acceptable. They said that was all they would do. Very unfriendly and very curt. Terrible to deal with.
We are so displeased with their finished product and they don't care
