Jenson USA / Seller refused return money and he didn't provide order on time
I ordered some stuff from Jenson USA. So they promised to deliver it within several weeks, and after a month nothing. I went to another country because of my work, and suddenly the seller informed me that my order was delivered to my place, but no one could pick it up. I told them that I was in another country and asked for the refund, but they refused and started to blame me. But it was their fault, and they didn’t provide the order on time. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
