After i paid 10% of property deposit, Jenny and their staff was treat me rude and in bad services.
Jenny also replied that she too busy for her court cases to be an excuse to avoid meet with me (client), and trying to postpone my cases.
I had make appointment with Jenny at 12pm, she was late and said that "i promise meet you at 12pm and now is 12.30pm so i'm not being late, because i didn't promise you 12pm on time or 12pm onwards. Which mean 12.55pm also meaning 12pm." Finally, Jenny didn't show up and she try to asked her partner coming to meet us. Jenny excuses is she need to accompany to her parent and family.
Consideration to choosing a Solicitors is needed and record conversation between you and royal as your proof.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This firm, always Once they got your case(you signed the S&P in their office), Jenny will sweet talk you, promise you this and that. End up, its all bull.
What they will do, is pass your case to the INTERN/CLERK!
Yes, you see it right! That's why your case has no update or progress.
You spend all the money, to hire a INTERN/CLERK to do a lawyer job. What do you expect.
As usual, their so call CLERK turnoverrate is so high!
Anyway, cut the crap, if you see this complain and still decide to go after them, GOOD LUCK.

I experience the same case. Please avoid Jenny Yap & Associates lawyer firm as this is a very very low quality firm. They caused me late payment charges for 6 months! Can you imagine that! Jenny Yap & Associates SUCK!
