To make a VERY long story as short as possible, I purchased a male Yorkie puppy from this lady in August 2008 and have spent thousands of dollars in vet bills. She is not supposed to be advertising on PuppyFind.com due to the complaints I have filed and I supported ALL of them with copies of my vet expenses. She keeps advertising on there and changes her screen name to avoid being removed. Within the first month and a half of owning the puppy I spent most of my time at the ER vet hospital and almost lost my female Yorkie due to the illness he gave her as well. Once all was said and done with this "incident" I was $7, 600.00 in debt. In February 2009 I had to take him to the vet for some kind of "growth" he had on his behind and at that time he was diagnosed with luxating patellas in both of his hind legs. This means his kneecaps pop in and out and it is a GENETIC and HEREDITARY problem. For this reason she should not breed at all. Unfortunately, the only way to fix the patellas is with surgery and of course it is not guaranteed. After taking him into a few orthopedic specialists and calling most of the vets in my area for price quotes the cheapest quote I received is for $5400.00. So far, with the first "incident" and all of the office visits and x-rays of the knees and the surgery quote my total expenses will be approximately $13, 200.00. This doesn't include the possibility of having to pay for physical therapy either. At this time he has not had the surgery since I am unable to afford it. During all of these months I emailed Jennifer periodically but she hardly never answered them. The last email I sent to her I asked her for a refund of my purchase price only no vet costs or anything. This was her response: If the puppy dies I replace that dog with another puppy, I do not give refunds what so ever. So as far as you getting any of the money you chose to spend is not my responsibility. So as far as she is concerned it was "my choice" to spend all of this money on my dog. What a horrible thing to say. She doesn't care about these animals all she cares about is making money. She insists that the puppies she sells comes from her own dogs but why is she selling so many different breeds and also why does she always have pups available? She can not be a "backyard breeder" with her own website to constantly advertise available puppies can she? This whole experience has taught me a very expensive lesson. However, on a positive note I have learned from it and am currently learning more and trying to educate people regarding breeders, puppymills, brokers and even persons who are selling puppies on the side of the road, on the internet or at parks and swap meets not to buy these animals. Most of the time they are living in horrific conditions and being over bred just so the people to make money from them. Please do your research (unlike I did) before purchasing a new family member. Did you know there isn't even such thing as a "teacup" breed? With that being said I will post this report.

This is my puppy that I purchased from her. http://store.domesticsale.com/items/484494.html
He is NOT 2 lbs as stated; I guess maybe they fed him something to deliberately keep his weight down, I have no idea...because he has grown. He isn't huge or anything but he's definitely bigger than expected.
She has also never sent me his registration papers, even though I have asked her repeatedly.

L.A., Santa Monica Hellopups.com & iHearttTeacups.com YES! this is the same Jennifer! As I stated before she keeps changing her name/website and has once again for the 4th time she has been removed from PuppyFind.com. I just spent another $2, 400.00 on vet bills for knee surgery this past Wednesday. Luckily Animal Welfare helped me or the surgery would have been anywhere from $4, 000.00 - $8, 000.00. Obviously she acts like she is a nice person because she is trying to make money. This lady runs a puppymill/brokerage! BUYER BEWARE! I hope you didn't get taken by her "spell" Shully and thanks for your input "trishelle" ~ $16, 000.00 and counting! not to mention Jennifer told me the vet bills were my fault since I am the one who decided to pay for them. . . .

Okay everyone who has shared their complaint...is there any way we can all get in touch with each other and do something about it? This "evil" person needs to be SHUT DOWN! She is making money from anyone she can and does not care for the welfare of these poor animals or the people purchasing them...it's all about money to her! Hopefully some of the bills sitting on the Governors desk will be signed and turned into laws. At least it is a start! I've still got the estimate of $5, 400.00 for surgery on my little guy I purchased from Jennifer Tung/Hellopups.com on top of the money I've already spent!

Puppyfind.com has removed her 3 times due to my incident however, I haven't checked in a while what "screen name" she may be currently using since she tries to manipulate them as well and changes her name so they unaware it is her.

I've created an email address for this cause: spay.neuter@yahoo.com if anyone is interested and has any ideas.

I too have had problems with her. My puppy was sold to me ... told me he would be 2.5-3 lbs. and he is over over 6. He also has had nothing but problems and infections with his ears. He only has 1 testical and is sick alot. She sold him 2 me for 1 price for her friend and then changed the price on me twice. I never recieved my puppies papers. sooooo awful!

I was also conned by her. I purchased my yorkie in September of 2008. Prior to purchasing my yorkie I explained to Jennifer how important it was to me that my puppy did not come from a puppy mill. I told her that I wanted to see the puppy's parents. I told her that I would only buy a puppy from someone that owned the parents. Jennifer proceeded to show me a male and female yorkie and assured me that they were my puppy's parents. I even took pictures of these dogs thinking that they were the parents. I purchased the puppy from her based on this representation.

A few weeks later, I received the AKC papers in the mail and noticed that the puppy was born in Arkansas. I contacted the breeder listed on the AKC papers who confirmed that Jennifer had purchased 3 puppies from her for approximately $500 per puppy (I paid over $2, 000). This breeder told me that she had "a bad feeling about Jennifer." She said she was not surprised that Jennifer had turned around and sold the puppies for profit.

I contacted Jennifer following this discovery but she ignored my phone calls and emails. While I love my baby, I too am deeply saddened that I supported this trashy, uneducated puppy broker.
