Last oct 10 i called up your cs to inquire whats the best option i can get since our modem is alrdy having problem... Your cs gave me the option to just buy it or upgrade my plan.. I update my plan... He informed me it will be activated after 3-5 days and i will be able to get my modem 5-7 working days... Ive alrdy talked to several cs of your company and until now funny that they gave me a very unacceptable answer...
Review all the recordings.. No one told me it will not be available immediately... Do you think if i know that i will avail your upgrade??? They told me there is no available modem at this moment and that i hve to wait since you guys prioritize the provincial areas... And you will asks me to to pay all the prorated charges without the modem?? I cnt even fully maximized the use of my net coz my modem is defective and now you will asks me to pay??? Bullcrap pldt... You dont care about your clientsday complaint as longa as you were able to collect... You will cut my line if i dont pay and you dont even give us appropriate actionfor plan for my complaint... You are giving me option to look for the nearestfirst pldt store and checkget if therestheres an available modem so i can pick it up when its supposed to be delivered?? Seriously you want me to take a break from work so i cancan process that?? Then what will your employee do afterwards??? I dont have a big account on you but that doesnt mean you have any rights to just ignore my complaint... It will be one month alrdy on. November 10 and the modem is still not on my possession??? How can i even pay my dues on time if you are very slow in giving precise action plan for our complaint... Im seriously making a follow up but seems like youre just ignoring it... Deliver my modem asap... Bullcrap!!!Heres my account number [protected]...
