Not a company to work for
Was there 4 few months, but it was horrible xperience. I have never seen a funny mgmt like this newhere. It was a crazy team. no honesty, integrity, no xperience. Always tells goofy stories to customers. bluffings about teams to customers, cheating customers by billing for virtual people. delayed payroll most of the times. they dont pay deducted benefits back:. lots of misuses|. Not at all a good company to work 4". no process, no quality, no leadership.. ED talks like a clown, heavy resignation, . poor management/. if u get an offer, think elsewhere:. if u accept u will regret !
Cheated for hiring even after releasing offer letter
Hi all,
Though I feel my self lucky by not working with these cheaters (Jeevan Technologies) I still need to share this non-sense and unprofessional attititue of this so-called software firm. I came all the way from Kolkata to attend the interview of this stupid company since I wanted to relocate to Chennai. I cleared some telephonic rounds initially then was called for interview.
I don't know these ### people took 6 rounds of interview: 1. Telephonic (Technical) 2. Technical 3. Managerial 4. Machine Test 5. Client Interview from US 6. HR round.
They discussed the offer and everything with me including a request to submit all the salary slips. Then again I went back to Kolkata waiting for the offer letter. They mailed me about the initial offer but then they never turned up. I called HR (Muhil Nandalam) and she said the requirement is freezed.
These are a bunch of pathetic and low quality people. So beware of this company. Do not ever join this company, since finally when I got another offer (Wipro - Chennai) my collegues told me that you are lucky that you didn't got the offer otherwise you'll be screwed up. Even you cannot do anything since the owner of this company is a politician.
So to teach a very good lesson to these F**kers better avoid them. Entire world is open for you and I'm sure you will get a much better company than this hell.

Infact.. if you nuts are from Jeevan.. than I must tell you.. my life got saved.. and I feel myself lucky of not seeing myself with you people. Anyways.. I agree that its not HR's fault.. but then why the hell it took 6 rounds to judge a candidate and that too one who spent almost 4-5k coming to Chennai.. u cheap people are beggars that u dint even agreed for video conferencing... Always thing before posting on any message on common forum, I am able to understand your felling like have cleared lot of interviews and hr promised to release the offer, but it not happen right. You have attend lot of interview in that jeevan is one of that right, after getting the Offer letter if you get better than that obviously you will take that one and neglecting jeevan RIGHT. The same company have done they have found one better than you.

We (ACAP Global) hired them for a brief period but canceled the contract due to non-delivery and inconsistent information we were given about resources/locations/hours worked etc. The folks we were in contact with are named Mohammed Ashik and Sudarshan.
This company has set a new low in professionalism. Instead of trying to work on a solution to the problems at hand, they have made numerous fraudulent posts on many sites to hurt us.

Horrible Service Followed by Fraudulent Posts
We hired a few fulltime resources through Jeevan Technologies for a brief period. They lied about availability, geographical location and experience level. We lost weeks of work and wasted weeks of time getting different resources up to speed.
