J.D. Byrider 2011 dodge caliber mainstreet

Me and my fiance' went to jd byrider at 6619 dixie highway in florence kentucky in january of 2018 we got the 2011 dodge caliber mainstreet from car salesman donne l moran when we asked mr moran for the carfax report he told us he didn't have a carfax report for the dodge caliber needless to say we took the car home but upon discovering that the reverse back up lights weren't working so checked it and there were no bulbs connected to the reverse back up lights so upon checking we did a vin check report on the car and found out before we got the car that the 2011 dodge caliber mainstreet was repossessed 2 times was in three different wrecks one those wrecks resulted in serious bodily was a rental car was in a flood bought at an auction the returned to back to jd byrider in florence kentucky before we got the car

Look everyone this is how a company works and of course the price of the car is going to be a lot more and the reason your here in the first place is your own fault well when you don't pay your Bill's that's when you have to step up and be a MAN OR A WOMAN and I am going to go to them to get a car because I am in a bad spot and my credit is horrible and I have been trying to make a effort to pay my bills off to fix my credit which is my own fault my credit is bad and I don't care what anyone says they do report your credit and they are not bad or nor is it a bad place to get a car the most of the people who are complaining are ones who spend their money who can't save it and says all I thought they would wait a week for their payment and that is why certain people are in a Rut because a lot people can't save money or just and then people get mad because they come take your car cause your payment is late ok they will work with you but some of theses people saying all they took my car because they did not wait two days well I guess not because why because this is not the first time you call in by asking for tons of grace periods constantly so please people stop blaming everyone and JD BYRIDER for all your bad decisions you made it's no one's fault but your own so own up to it by being a MAN OR A WOMAN because lying will not get you anywhere it just makes things worse for you and other people so when you have to go to JD BYRIDER think about this they are here to help you because you have really bad credit because you made it that way no one else did

I had a car I was looking at and was told to be able to hold the car I had to put down a 100 dollar deposit and never told me that it was non refundable due to income tax time and i'm not getting the car nor did the sales men really helped mee I didnt even get income tax this year but my card was swiped and I got a hand writen receipt back and no such policy was told to mee about that because I would have choose not to do it all i'm asking for is my money back if there was no deal made and no papers signed ty

This is Catrina Lissade with a 2005 Ford Explorer I just had a run in with Joe the Manager of Service in the East dundee location and I am shaking he was extremely rude to me this is my 3rd car from JD Byrider and I will never do business with your company again because of him. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The issue was I dropped my car off for service radio was perfectly fine and attached when i picked my car up there was no antenna on it so I called and they were like yes we have it come pick it up. So i pick it up and realize the reason it wasn't on the car when i picked it up is because its broke someone servicing the car broke it off.. I called the service department and the manager Joe picked up I was polite because I'm in customer service as well and am trained in how to talk to people. He immediately got defensive and started talking loud saying that the antenna was broke off when the car got there. That's untrue my antenna was attached and car radio was working when i dropped it off. And why would I have had to drive all the way back over there and pick up my antenna if they hadn't detached it? Makes no sense. I didn't want to argue with him so I asked him for the # to corporate and he yelled at me tole me no, told me to look it up myself and hung up on me. I have never been treated like that in my life...

J.D. Byrider sold me a death trap

Ive only had my car 28 days. It has had issues since day one. They said tire could need balance. No higgie. No car needed tire rod end and wheel barrings. Didnt even have it 12 hrs. Took over a week to get it. Then had to get alignment because of them changing the tire rod end. Then car starts acting up more. They ignored me. Have treated me like I'm dumb and wont listen. I told them I don't feel safe in that vehicle and refuse to put my childreb in there. I need skmething safet. They have still ignored me. I have called and left messages. Finally got car scheduled again. Took week to get in. Got in today. Now im without vehicle til who knows when. I have appointments and they don't care. Wouldn't even call me back today. But today's issues are accelerator, oil, timing chain, and timing verbal cylinoids. And fob. Its a joke

J.D. Byrider the service policy

They provided a cut rate warranty that cost
Arm and leg and they fail to fix the problems they bandage them. I have had left threating repair work done I had shot transmission and and faulty breaking system from moment the car left there lot they have put in compareable to twice what the extent warranty cost in part to make car safe and who discover breaking issue and only repair one calper per visit when your dealing with one family safety they have little desire for customer other there money. They take and draft payment to freeze your fund for three days ahead to ensure you pay them moment the payment is due . They fail to pay any attention to reply to customer where take to six weeks to get your auto in for servicing or repair and ahead you tell the you will need loan and they say oh unless we have your car three days we then give loaner

J.D. Byrider general managers at joliet and glendale heights

I went into the joliet office may 21, 2018 to get my registration put into my name because the buyer received a dui and his plates are suspended. They told me your fine you can drive e on those plates. Five months later I get pulled over for suspended plates and the office had told me it was ok when it wasnt. The same day I got the ticket I went to the joliet dealer signed paperwork asked if I need plates and whitney still told me no you should be fine. I get pulled over again and the cop told me I can have your car towed but because you ha e paperwork I will just gi e you a ticket. I then called whitney in the joliet office whose has no idea what she is doing and she called jennifer at glendale heights. I talked to jennifer on october 4 she said she was going to call the state of illinois and call me back in15-20 minutes she never did. I called jennifer on friday she is not there. I call the glendale heights office thus morning first time it was she is busy call in an hour, call back in an hour she is still busy. Call her back again and they she is not there when she was just there.. I just want to get my plates! So I can drive the car because if I don't take the buyer to work you guys don't get paid..

J.D. Byrider unprofessional/ waste of time

Myself and My Wife went to JD Byrider in Monroeville Pa. Before I get fired up I wasted almost 2 hours of driving to there dealership. Never got to look at one vehicle or test drive. Thank God! We sit with the salesperson 10 feet from a window that was busted out the day before couldn't hear one word she was saying. Then we go into an office and do a video chat with one of there so called financial advisers. I'm not gonna post about my credit past but I had an illness that lasted nearly a year and I lost a vehicle due to not being able to work. I felt like I was sitting in a court room being questioned about my whole life. Well long story short they want $3, 000.00 down before we could look at any vehicle. I looked at my wife while they were still talking and said we are out of here right now. On are journey home I started looking at reviews on JD Byrider and CNAC. I'm gald didn't give them one dime towards there vehicle. We found the same vehicle at another dealership same price, 35, 000 miles less and remaining factory warranty. I'm urging anyone who goes there if you get one of there vehicles take it a certified garage and have it fully inspected and be very cautious of these people. Thank you

Me an my fiancee are financing a car that we we got through jd byrider 6619 dixie highway florence ky 41042 the 2011 dodge caliber mainstreet that we financed witb jd byrider is a piece of crap the car is worthless we have put almost $500.00 into the car we've called several times to get it fixed they keep telling us that they're 3 weeks behind and can't get it looked at until then our car has been in 3 previous wrecks 2 repossessions was rental car was in a flood bought at an auction then brought back to jd byrider and then eventually sold to us they never informed us that the car was in wrecks or anything like that and never gave us the car fax report that we asked for

Took out two payments when they only should have taken out one. Said they never got the second payment, but my account was overdrawn. Today they took out the second payment again and I am overdrawn again. I have to clean up their mess again. I am angry and frustrated. It will cost me money again. All I get is the same excuses over and over. So sick of dealing with them

J.D. Byrider payments

In January of this year I made a 165.00 payment plus another 328.00 payment just so I can make my payments once a month, so I been paying once a month since January now they called me this month and said that I was late on my payment this was on the 3rd of August Sir I'm not late my next payment is due on the 17th in the amount of 328.00 but Bc I get paid three times this month they want me to make 3 payments when I have only been making one payment a month. My next step is call the attorney generals office to get this fixed. I have never missed a payment since I got my car.

J.D. Byrider employees

I have been a customer with JD Byrider for 4 years now. Every time my car payment is due here come the harassing phone calls and text messages. However it's one employee in particular that I'm referring to and her name is Kimmie and she works at the Lynchburg Virginia store. She will literally text me 100 times. Call me 100 times. She also has mentioned my family like my mother. She's the most unprofessional person I've ever came across in my entire life. She has a terrible poor attitude. She literally harasses me all the time. She'll call my job. She'll send people to my job. She sent a man to my job for $10 like that's ridiculous. Something needs to be done about her because she doesn't show professionalism at all. I don't think she's the image y'all try to portray

J.D. Byrider truck repair door latch,

In early February, I put my truck in shop, nothing was wrong with it besides the door was jammed.
I contact service several times to ask what was going on with truck. I got the run around for weeks. I finally went down there they tell me I have to pay for part. I paid it, they ordered it, was the wrong piece..nobody called to tell me nothing. So I called them a week later. They tell me it's the wrong part I need a different one, so I said ok. Now I go pays for a door from chuck & Eddie's junk yard..this is a Friday they said the part will be there on Monday first run..so jdbrider told me I can come Monday afternoon to pick it up..I go not ready. .so I gets up tell Joe from service I'll be back the next day to talk to someone, I go back now metro motors telling me there's nothing nobody can do and whatever it is fix it so she can leave..so they fixed it and I went back on that next day to pick it up..now when I get in to start my truck it sounds like it's about to fall apart..this cant be my truck so once again I try talking to them nobody knows nothing ..the inside lights wouldn't go out and my engine went..so now I tells them my engine gone, they tell me I'm behind 804.00..how is that possible when I was caught up and was making my payments..if the truck got repo in February 2018 and I paid it to get out..soon as I get it out of repo it goes into shop until April 2018, how did I get to none payments of 804.00 when I paid all repo fees in February and been caught up since? Before they could fix the latch I had to be caught up and I was..but when I told them that I took the truck to another shop and the man said who had your truck and how you driving with only 5 values when you post to have 6..when I brought my truck to them wasn't no signs of my engine going nor sounded the way it sounds nothing telling me my truck was bout to go..I don't know what else to do.please can someone contact me

J.D. Byrider putting me in a different car

My name Wendy Boyd. I had a car from J. D. Byrider. It was in a accident, which was the other vehicle fault. The other insurance put me in a rental and deemed my vehicle a loss. J. D. Byrider received the settlement for some of what was owed on the car but because I just got the car in December they were going to put me in another car. I let them know I was leaving on the 21st of May to go back home but I have two jobs waiting for me and +he one employer talked them and told them I was going to be working there but they could not fill out the verification form. You have to go on website and get that. It is a fee to get it but I told them I was willing to pay it but they want it to come from the Erie office and they don't do that. It has to come from Human Resources on the website. I am just irritated. I have lost 2 days of work behind this. I live in Shelby NC and I work in Gastonia nc.

J.D. Byrider releasing consumer information to public

Ive had my car through jd byrider out of garden city idaho for about a year and an ex employer called them live on facebook and the lady at jd byrider just sang out my consumer information that is supposed to be private. I went to the manager about it and they offered to pay 3 months of payments to cover their butts. And supposedly buy my trust back. 3 month was a slap in the face. I do not recommend trusting cnac.

Good afternoon! My name is Keandra Kornickey and I'm having great concerns about jd byrider Columbia sc location not reporting my payments to the credit bureau. I've checked all three bureau and only thing on there is inquiries and not payment history as well as a payoff. J.D. Byrider car sales

This dealership is very deceptive. I purchased a car on a Saturday night from the dealership. The very next Friday the car is broken and in for service. After talking to several of the people I lost faith in the company as I could tell they were lying. I have audio recordings with story's changing and outright lies. They do not do anything but detail these cars using way to much polish inside the car. I found parts for the car in the glovebox within an hour of leaving the dealership. Today is Thursday as of today I have yet to hear from them this week. Tomorrow makes 1 full week I haven't had the car. Which will be longer then how long I had the car.
I was told they go over there cars with a fine tooth comb and that they do everything they can to get people into a reliable car... I was sold on reliable transportation to and from work. Something I didn't receive. $1000 my down payment could have gotten me a car off CL that would make it to and from work for longer than this car did. Shoot 1000 would get me a ride to and from work 6 days a week for 2months+. Again more than this car. I asked if they could switch me into a car of equal value... no we can't do that.
This was a lie, this place is staffed by morally corrupt individuals. They will lie to you, and tell you anything you want to hear for you to purchase a vehicle from them. They claim no one else will finance you, and all this program [censor]. Then you find out that 512 credit score while not great is enough to get you financed just about anywhere.
I paid my down payment in good faith, I have to pay more Saturday even though I haven't really gotten to use the car. JDByrider did not sell me a car in good faith, when the car is finally returned assuming there is no more BS which I'm sure there will be I'll be taking it to 2 different mechanics I know who I trust as JDB doesn't have my trust on anything.
I was sold the car at 9pm at night after I was in the dealership for almost 4.5 hours and they made me sign that they gave me the opportunity to take it to a mechanic which what mechanic is opened that time of night on a Saturday.

I certainly should have gone elsewhere, hindsight is 20/20. But dealerships like this should be shut down for ripping off honest hard working people.

I had bought a Pontiac grand dam from Burlington jd byrider and it was 9 thousand something and the car was only worth 3 thousand they sold it for 1, 600 and I had asked them if they could lower my price and payments and they told me no I could've bought it for 1, 600 and now they want me to pay 7 thousand something and I shouldn't have to pay tht off when I was being ripped off by ur company

Hi my names armando torres last year i went to get a vehicle from you Glendale heights location i seen that your company can help and you have reliable vehicles. Unfortunately within the first month there was issues and more issues occurred until last incident where axel fell off while i was driving. Your cnac manager jennifer told me it was bc i hit some thing but if that was the case i would have had a police report on vehicle wich that wasnt the case. Another incident in wich she illegally took money off my card without me or my girlfriends permission wich is documented and another incident in wich we came to verbal terms bc i was having personal issues anf couldn't make payments but we agreed on terms and so made a payment then she goea forth and has my car towed and then calls me to have car picked up 3 days later wich is obsured. All i want is fpr garnishment to stop you guys have vehicle and also i filed to lisa Madigan attorney general for illinois and paperwork i recieved said we meaning ypur company and me had to come to agreement about car and all i asked was for garnishment to stop. Since then have had no cooperation i have 2 pages of repairs of the vehicle and paperwork and im in process of a civil suit i have similiar stipulations of a civil suit that happened in Massachusetts. All i want is to stop garnishments, money is still taken out for a car that wasnt reliable and wasnt what you guys promised. Its predatory practices whst you guys are doing ive been paying and paying .thanks hope to hear from you soon.

Has your issues been resolved? This place has unscrupable practices. They took my son's vehicle after he was late one day with a payment and he couldn't even get the vehicle back. Plus they were charging him for insurance and come to find out it wasn't any insurance on the vehicle the entire time. I'm so glad you have a civil suit against them. They need to be closed down!

J.D. Byrider entire jd byrider in pensacola, general manager john, cnac, (matt,) service dept steve aaand mgs of service dept and secretary

Bout a car from JD Byrider in Oensacola Florida in April of this year. Began having problems with my car which is a 2006 Toyota Scion XA, told them when i bought ot i was gonna put alot of miles on it necause of the type of work i did which was fooodconsessions, i drove to Shreveport Louisanna around the end of October and began having issues with one of the lights (coolant light), I called jd byrider office in pensacola and talked to the service department manager Steve aaand explained to him what was going on. Told Steve about the light flashing on and off, Steve told me that if the light comes on and stays on then IT WOULD B OKAY TO DRIVE, Steve did he me to add just anlittle coolant to the overflow jig but b careful as to not overfill. I did just as I was imstructed. Headed back to milton florida to check in with some friends and check on my personal belongings then headed to ocala/silver springs due to me being homeless at that time. Was living in my car and a tent for a short time trying to figure out what to do, so I decided to head towards tampa florida to work and stay with a minister and to wife. I only got about 14 miles south of Ocala florida exit when my car list all power, I was in 75 SOUTH, I called my insurance which is state farm and requested a tow, I asked driver Spencer's towing out of Leesburg florida how extra would he charge to take my car to the nearest pep boys, because I had also called service department in pensacola and spoke with Steve again and told him what happened and he said that kd byrider has contract a with pep boys. So the tow truck driver tools and my car all the way to pep boys in Leesburg florida. The counter persin Pamala and the manager went way above amd beyond and were awesome. was told by pamala that they would habe to get permission from jd byrider in pensacola service department to put my car in a diagnostic machine and since it was the day before thanksgiving it would b the day after thanksgiving before they could even look for it. I had no choice but to sleep in my car in that Wednesday night and thanksgiving night stranded in my car in a pep boys parking lot. Day after thanksgiving pep boys got right on the situation and contacted pensacola jd byrider sercice department to obtain permossion to do diagnostic syatems check. Pamala at pep boys in leesburg showed me the paperwork after the testing was done and it showed a [censor] ton of work that meeded done and that was wring, ahe said "bottom line) motor had blown. I again contacted steve of pensacola of jd byrider and also talked to Matt of cnac financing and it was suggested by both of them that I have it towed to the closest is byrider nearest where I was ataying. It was determined at that time by matt of CNAC that it b towed to Port Richey JDByrider to b fixed. Milk had been spilled in my car and from car sitting closed up from day after thanksgiving to the following tuesday evening I guess the small was horendous. I had talked to Keith at the port richey jd byrider and he stayed he couldnot and would not allow his staff to work on the car because of the smell. My car IS UNDER WARRANTY, called JDByrider in port richey on 11-30-2017 and talked to keith. Also I called pensacola jdbyrider in the same day and spoke with secretary and she put me in hold and went to talk to the department manager and and aaid that she jerawlf qould call port richey JDByrider in port richey herself and check on my car for me then asked if I had the number, well that never happened and that's when I called port richey. I again called [protected] Jdbyrider, Keith and he told me again that he not anyone else in the service department had heard anything from anyone at Pensacola and he asked WHY my car was even there. I told Keith that I had it towed there in the instructions of Matt from CNAc pensacola JDbyrider. Got a return call from matt at cnac pensacola jdbyrider saying that port richey JDByrider refused to work on my car because of the horrid smell. Matt from CNAc told me at that time that he was trying to find someone to transport my car to Pensacola because they themselves needed to try and attempt to fix my car. I asked Matt why they couldn't jist give me another vehicle. MY CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY, [protected] I called JDByrider in pensacola and talked with one of their representatives and left a message win them that I needed Matt to call me back. Finally at 1:50p time in panhandle, talked with Matt and he said that he hasn't heard anything about my car but that he assured me that he would keep me imformed. 12-11-2017, called jd Byrider in pensacola amd spoke with charlotte of cnac aamd she as she would have Matt get ahold of me. I had to end up calling Matt later in because I felt like Matt has been ignoring me. I had called and talked toatt just before the close of business in this day, then the story he told me was that the reason why the port richey JDByrider was refusing to work on my car was some [censor] about something being sold to somebody else and therefore the warranty could not b honored there. I have been repeatedly been told byatt that he would arrange for a request a tow for my car to b returned to Pensacola jdbyrider to b fixed which Matt had agreed that the motor needed replaced and he assured me time and time again that pensacola office would absorb the cost, Matt also assured me that he had somebody in the service department that did detail work on vehicles and he would see to it that my car would b preswntable. Lots went to find Matt and said Matt he wasn't at his desk or where he was supposed to b. 12-16-2017 port richey nor pensacola called me back after i left messages with charlotte in pensacola JDbyrider cnac. 12-16-2017 talked to Charlotte with cnac in pensacola and she promised that she would have Matt call me. As of 12:54p Matt had yet to return my call. 12-16-2017 I eventually called jd byrider in pensacola and FINALLY got the GM of the store, believe his name was John, said he was helping with phones because the others were tied up and busy. I identified myself and asked him for and update on my car and why was it taking so long on my car? John the gm said that message was told to him by Keith in port richey JDByrider that my car was horrendous and that I smelled then John from.Pensacola snickered. That post me off, I told job from Pensacola that I HAD BEEN HOMELESS FOR A SHORT TIME ANDNI HAD TO DUMPSTER DIVE FOR FOOD AND THAT MILK HAD BEEN SPILLED IN MY CAR and that what the small was, i then assssked John if he knew what it was like to b homeless? I was also told by John that corporate has gotten involved with this situation and that I should hear something by 330 pm, the next day. I figured as such. 12-16-2017 about 3:06p tampa time I got a call from (texas) [protected] spoke with anlady by the name of crissy, she identified herself as a representative of cnac and was asking about my account with them, then asked if I had requested a tow for my car? I saaaaid yes almost a month ago. 12-16-2017 another call from [protected] and was being asked about my account with cnac. I left a nasty message with pensacola cnac that I wanted my car. Called [protected] I as returning a call to them and told them no car no money. 12-17-2017 called jd byrider port richey and spoke with Keith and asked if he has heard anything from Pensacola and also asked if I could come and get my personal belongings out of my car and he said yes that would not b a problem. 12-19-2017 I called JDByrider in pensacola and spoke with Mike and asked him for a honest answer, and Mike told me that this situation is in the hands of cnac Matt, and that they were waiting on the ok to transport. 12-20-2017 call from Melissa at [protected] texas, and she asked about my account with cnac so I told Melissa what happened and she asked about if I had requested transport and I said yes almost a month ago, that my car had been sitting at port richey JDByrider and that I told her Matt at the cnac pensacola office was supposedly trying to he the car back to pensacola. I also told Melissa that due to the circumstances that cnac was not gonna get any money from me until I either get another vehicle or another one to replace that one and that I felt that the payments should b delayed for a short time after this is resolved and give me time to get a job and that the issues involved should not have a negative affect on my credit.12-26-2017 still no word fromatt at cnac in pensacola. Matt needs to get off his ads and do what needs to b dome.

Remedy i wouldlike is now to give me another vehicle becaue the length of time my car has set im sure that there are mold, maggots and all. I'm tired of being lied to. Also, I feel cnac needs to male this right and that payments should b tacked into the end of my loan and it not affect my loan amd/or credit with my vehicle
