JD Pools / Customer service lied and didnt provide the service promised
It is important to understand that the staff in phuket is underpaid, and we cannot expect the level of service we have back in the U.S or Europe. But as I lived three years there, and had my share of disapointment with the general customer service of after sales, the ones of the company j.d pools is beyond real. Even if you manage the person taking care of customers, she will never do what she says, and will probably drive you nuts, like she did for me during about three weeks. Some companies give a bad name to phuket, that one just tops it with spectacular manner.
