We ordered a short sleeve Polo shirt, the shirt was a fake polo shirt, not even a good fake. We tried to contact them- no phone #. We emailed them many time - no response. I even went on google earth to look at the location. From what I could tell on google earth the address is false. JCS Fashion is a FRAUD!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you buy something and they actually send you something, it will not be what you ordered .

The webbsite or at least one of JCS fashions webbsites is Xacollection.com. I ordered, got a confirmation of my order and 2 days later I was informed they do not ship to my country. How the XXXX could I be so naive. Do not fall into the same trap as me.

    XAcollection.com is a fraud.

omg...these people did the same thing too me; they sent me three emails, one stating, they rec'd my order, one stating that my order was in the process of being ship, and the last and final email stating that my order has been shipped along with the fedex link to track my order. It was been two weeks and no order...I have contacted fedex to verify the tracking info and I'm waiting to here back from them..but wait there's more!!! I ordered from JCS Fashion last year and rec'd a bad knock off of the big pony ralphen lauren polo. On top of that it was the wrong color and size...I emailed and called the company and no one responded to my complaints. Why did I place another order??? Because I ordered thru another company not knowing it was actually JCS...Yes people they operate under "SEVERAL" different names and I find out the companies true identity when they started emailing me ...SOUNDS SHADEY TO ME!!! Anyway the scarest part about all of this is they was my credit card information... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND BECAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM ANY OTHER WEBSITE PROMISING TRUE NAME BRAND FOR LESS; GOOGLE THE WEBSITE LOOKING FOR COMPLAINTS OR ANY CONNECTION TO JCS !!!

Do not pay membership in order to purchase wheels. No contact information is provided to customer and the only address provided is a P.O. Box. I attempted to contact a customer service representative before purchasing wheels but was unsuccessful. Attempted to contact them via sales1.wwoutlet@gmail.com and received a notification of non-delievery /failure immediately. Basically I have assessed this as being a way to scam potential "members" out of an immediate $19.95 or more depending on the customers suspicion level and how quickly they are to "purchase" these deeply discounted wheels (that range anywhere from $100 for one 18" chrome wheel to $150 at most - which are great prices). These prices are almost enough to captivate the audience into purchase without discretion.

JCS Fashion also operates using the website www.denimbasement.com. They are a scam and big fraud. How can they be allowed to continue operating in this great nation? I ordered some polo t-shirts from their website as Christmas presents for some family members and I ended up getting a very bad replica big pony Ralph Lauren. I bogged the hell out of them to take the order back and give me a full refund because the order was fake! Each time, they acted like they would send me a return authentication number but would not. So I finally told them I was going to the cops if they do not respond. That was when they sent me a return authentication number. I sent the order back; made sure I used registered mail and made them sign for it so they do not tell me any story. I waited for more than a month for the refund but did not receive it. I kept on calling and sending them emails. Each time they claimed they would give me a full refund but the money never showed up in my account. I finally got fed up with their practices, told the guy I was talking to (named Mark) that it would be the last time I call them and if after 20 mins from speaking to him I do not get a refund I will be calling the cops to rain in on their operation. He immediately said that he miraculously saw my order and the order looked original to him therefore he would take the 15% restocking fee. This is after they initially agreed to give me a full refund. He did not wait for me to respond when he quickly approved that amount and dropped the phone on me. Can you imagine this happening in the USA? This people have to be stopped.

SCAM!!! Do not order from this company. Ordered three Burberry Men's Polo shirts and when the shirts arrived they were not authentic. The material, stitching, and labels did not match the authentic Burberry shirts I own. This company did not respond to my e-mails regarding the return and they do not answer their 877 # listed on their site. They also state under their FAQ's that all of their products are 100 % authentic, which is false and fraudulent information. Returned items per their instructions and never got credited back.

JCS FASHION is also Denimbasement.com...they will send you fake Lacoste apparel and will make you wait 30 days to refund part of your money. They do a good job with the fakes but the tags are different materials than the real thing. Lacoste does not send you items in a plastic bag with their logo on the front and the crocs are all wacky and look different on each shirt. Fraudsters in deed! Do not buy from them period. I think they make all of their money off of restocking fees alone.

Above complaint is correct and completely ACCURATE. This company MISREPRESENTS products as authentic. Authentic looking tags or plastic bags are intended to convince unsuspecting customers that products are real. Additionally, they ship unauthorized substituted merchandise (i.e. wrong item and/or wrong size) resulting in customer incurring return shipping fees (for which they do NOT reimburse) AND they impose a 15% re-stocking fee associated with returning OR refusing their FAKE or incorrect items. My first order consisted of 2 items (received 1 that was both wrong item AND wrong size). Second order contained 2 items (BOTH were wrong item and 1 was also wrong size). DO NOT place any orders. They are responsible for INTERSTATE fraud (a FEDERAL offense). DO NOT accept being victimized IF you have already ordered. Dispute charges with your credit card company AND file official complaint at www.IC3.gov (so that the FBI can intervene and prosecute).

Totally agree. My item arrived on time with authentic tags/bag. It was a total knock off. After my husband took one look at my item and noticed the stitching was sub-par, I did some research on-line about how to verify authenticity. My item failed each criteria! After hearing about all the charges eonline fashion charges for returns, I just decided to keep it and learn a $100.00 lesson!

Rip-off!!! Please DO NOT order from this company. They're running a SCAM business. I ordered six Men's Polo Shirts worth about $160 & when I received my order, I immediately noticed the quality & the stitching were not authentic so I followed the procedure and returned my order. It's been 3 weeks & I still haven't hear back from them. I have emailed them for the status of my refund & no one has reply back. I have also tried calling the 1-877 # and nobody answers the phone. All my attempts to get a response has proven futile. It is my prayer that they all die & burn in hell.
