JC Penney my babyboy 12m t-shirt

I ordered 11cloth items for my baby on 19may 2017, I received my order was 31may 2017 in that 1 was missed I didn't get Fc321-0240d.i contact customer care my calm was not connected I went to near by jcpenny store in my home place they said you can call and ask customer care upto now iam not getting any status about that item please check that I am jcpenny customer from 2years.i sent every photo of my order please check that attached photos on bottom.please send my item other wise refund my amount.

I had a horrible experience with the jewelry sales lady called SANDRA Colombian lady who also refused to give me her last name. Her distinguished attitude and rude comennts towards me because my little boy was crying a little bit towards a ballon that was on the store. Sandra he sales rep had a disrespectful attitude toward me my baby and my mother in law. People like her shouldn't be representing JCP.

JC Penney furniture order

Placed order in April 2017. Still have not received all pieces. Pieces were scheduled to be delivered 4 different occasions. Damaged my flower garden upon delivery. Delivered damaged furniture with obnoxious delivery men. Called customer service approximately 20 times and it's always not their fault or they can't do anything. Was promised 20% off never received. Promised calls back which I never received. Took multiple days off waiting for furniture that never showed up. I now have 3 of the 4 pieces a month in a half later, and multiple missed delivery dates. Customer service and supervisors are no help. Account has multiple notes on it with individuals' names of people that didn't help at all. Last attempt to make good with JCPenney before I air details on social media. I have been calm, patient, and courteous throughout this entire transaction and all of the story's I've been told and all of the occasions that I've been lied to. Resolution would be greatly appreciated and I'm getting no where with the customer service number. Spoke to Fae, Paris, Jordan, Lashea, Penney, and Mari just to name a few and nobody ever gets back to me although they promise they will. I've been humiliated being told that I was just going to rent the furniture. I have no idea why they would accuse me of that. I've had to live without furniture for weeks when I scheduled the disposal of the old with anticipated delivery of the new. My flower bed has been destroyed as the delivery guy struggled to hand screw in couch legs without predrilled holes. Yeah 1 leg took him an hour and it was crooked. Explained that to JCPenney and they told me a claim department agent would call me within 48 hours which never happened. I've dealt with belligerent and aggressive delivery people that made me sign for an order for couches without legs because they didn't bring a drill to get them in. I was promised the technician would come out next day to screw in the legs from a supervisor at xpo and heard nothing still(over 2 weeks ago). Calling xpo I get nothing but voicemail and leave messages that go into detail with no follow up ever. Every rep that I've spoken to makes me feel as though I'm in the wrong although I've never asked for anything. Again I have been understanding through this process but after a month in a half of phone calls and all that I've gone through I think I deserve a resolution. I work so to have to take multiple days off work with 4 promised deliveries that didn't come, call, or even touch base with me letting me know there was a problem I waited home for nothing for days that I took off of work. I was told the furniture was in the truck, was told it was lost, was told it was damaged, and was lied to by management at xpo when I did get ahold of them. They told me they were looking for it in a Whitehouse, meanwhile JCPenney rep told me the account had notes on it that the furniture was damaged. They spelled my first name wrong(small issue) but after many phone calls never fixed it after i mentioned it each time I called. JCPenney blamed xpo, xpo blamed JCPenney. They were only ever able to find me when I called in using my phone number [protected]. My name is Andrea Parra NOT Amanda. I really hope that I can stop here and get a suitable resolution without going any further.

JC Penney mattress

JCPenney sold me a mattress and said that I had to put it on my car myself? Is there a policy against this poor customer service. Had the store not been closing within the next 10 minutes. I would have returned the mattress and went else where. Not to mention, I have a walking cane due to a bad hip and I am over 50 years old.

This was your forestville, maryland location. The poorest service ever.

JC Penney employee very rude / disrespectful

I went into sephora a couple nights ago & an employee was helping another customer, she needed a certain foundation for her but we where in the in front of the brand that she needed but the employee didn't even bother to say excuse me or anything and she just looked at me and moved her hand telling me to move out of the way . Nor after asking us if weneeded anything or not . She was very rude and disrespectful to us . As usual I went in yesterday morning with my family for Memorial Day having a family of five there isn't much time to take advantage of great sales I had a coupon good for 30percent off but they didn't take it so I ended up spending more than I thought and putting back items. I was shopping at my local jcpenney store in massena ny.last week I seen this young lady making rude comments to other associates about how terrible of a job they were doing.I was discusted by the behavior and went up to her and asked what her name was and she told me none of my buisness. JC Penney bad management

Hello, I am keeping my name confidential, but I am letting you know I went to a local JCPenney in Salinas, and I was in line. Their was a great associate attending her clients in the Mens register. So this man about 65 years old bought quite few things, He had 3 bags with clothes and shoes, he asked the associate may I leave this bags here please while I go find my wife that I lost her around here on the store, I payed already eather way. The associate very kindly said of course! No probleam go ahead and I will keep your bags here on the back while you come back. So this Manager comes and she told him no. That he can not keep his things here so preferably to take them. The associate said oh so are you going to make him take his things? He already payed hes coming back in a bit, and the manager justine i believe was her name laughed and said yea, once again the associate said if she was sure ? She said yes. So the poor guy carried his bags. Once i got to make a purchase with the cashier I told her if she was the manager? She said yes. And i told her thats a horrible management. Please someone let them know because their should be no way that because they are managers feel like they can get away with anything. I asked the associates name, which I forgot . I believe it was yaritsa and the managers name was justine I believe.

JC Penney pricing

Honor your online prices for in-store purchases like all other major retailers (walmart, target, bestbuy).  Do not try to offer a different sales promotion that increases your department's sales volume like buy 2 and get the 3rd for 1 cent.  Makes no sense when I can order for in-store pick-up at the same location for the lower online sales price. It also makes no sense when I have purchased items at this same location in-store and they have matched/honored the online sales price.  Do not try to pick and choose when to honor prices based on the current status of your departments sales volume. This is misleading and confusing to customers. The manager on duty 5/27/17 at 11am would not honor the price and tried to sale me on the different buy 2 get 1 for 1 cent special.  Told me I would never to order for in-store pick up to get the lower price.  Listed below from JCPenney website regarding pricing.

JC Penney customer service pembroke lakes mall.

The worst customer service experience. I placed an order online and needed to change the pick up person. I have to call internationally and three times while I was in mid sentence two girls hung up on me. It was the customer service # for the pembroke lakes mall all [protected] option 0. I asked for a manager and the girl put the other one as the "manager" and when she couldn't, or more likely didn't know, how to help me she says "I need to transfer you to a manager." wasn't she the "manager?" the whole ordeal was frustrating for something so simple. Jcpenney needs to work on customer service because I will never order online from them again.

JC Penney store at volusia county, mall fl.

I have to say I've shopped at penney's my whole life and really never had any complaints, but after my trip yesterday at volusia county mall, Fl. I was so disgusted with the fitting rooms that were so nasty, clothes laying in every room. The liner from womens bathing suit bottoms were stuck on the floor. Just so gross. Then as we were heading out I had to use the ladies room. Oh my god, toilet paper all over the floor, toilets looked like they haven't been cleared in a long time, wet spots on the floor, puddles of water. I was worried about slipping and falling. I hope this store gets cleaned up because it will be awhile before i go back there. I hate to think that this is what penney's has become, a slum store. Good luck!

I ordered three pairs of nike socks over 10 weeks ago online with the option to ship to store. The item is still in "checking inventory" status. I called 4 times to jc penney online and the story kept changing. Now they are telling me that I have to go personally to my nearest store and ask if I can get the item for the same price I paid for it. Unacceptable! Order # [protected]

JC Penney customer service

Saturday May 20, 2017 my son Domenic and his wife Amie were shopping in the Willow Grove store with his mother in law Linda and his beautiful baby girl. Amie and Linda were looking at clothing (Shirts) with my grand daughter when two store associates standing near them began to apparently form some negative and quite nasty opinions about my grand daughter. What the associates didnt realize was that my son was with them. As they (Amie and Linda) moved on to another area Domenic walked over to where his family was just browsing to look at the same shirts and heard the two associates talking to each other about "that ugly baby with the big head". My son was on one side of the display as they stood across (arms reach) from him laughing and and making specific comments. Now I feel I must share with you that this was especially disheartening because of a medical condition which affected my grand daughter's brain development. My son and daughter in law found this out while she was 4 months pregnant. They were presented with the option to terminate the pregnancy but they knew that would never happen. They knew that the little baby growing inside would be loved and deserved a chance to live and be happy. What they didnt know was that there would be some people who would not understand. They didn't believe that some people would be rude. They didn't think that they would have to defend her in a store from trained (some what) employees. They did not expect the employees to act so unprofessionally in front of customers right out on the floor. They hoped that people would at least be respectful.
This breaks my heart especially knowing what my son and daughter in law have gone through and the hurdles still to come. This hurts me to the core thinking that a simple shopping trip has left them feeling hurt and discouraged by their experience in J C Penny's. I grew up working in retail since high school. I remember the thorough training process I had to endure. I mean no disrespect when I say this but have things changed with the training today? Or were these people having a bad day?
They have no idea what their disrespect has done to those hard working determined parents of my beautiful grand daughter. I'm so thankful that that beautiful happy little girl didnt hear them.
Although my son and my daughter in law spoke to the managers and were abale to identify the associates, as well as fill out a store incident form/report, they deserve a formal apology. It doesn't seem right or fair for them to be simply sent off with a pat on the back and a promise of termination.
If you only knew how deeply this hurt and offended them.

JC Penney gold toe cushion low cut socks 6 pack

For many years I have purchased these socks and with each year the quality has deteriorated. This year is the worst and I cannot wear them as they are so skimpy that they slip inside my shoe. I have used two of the 6-pack and I would simply like to return the rest and get some sort of refund. Really disappointed in what has happened to this product.

Purchased at the McMinnville store on March 18. Since there was more than one item purchased I don't recall the exact price. On statement listed as bundled item "Women's Socks-bath rug" 31.98

JC Penney credit services and product return

In January I opened a JCP credit card to save my mother the extra 15% . We bought several items including 2 bras. She tried them on at home and we returned them the next day. As it was a brand new account and I did not have a physical card the clerk had to use my SS card. It took her several minutes to access the account and give us the credit.

The next month I got my statement and the bras were NOT credited. I called the customer service number which is not actually JCP, but Synchrony Bank which does not have access to the info from JCP. They filed a dispute for me to "investigate." Over the next few months I kept getting letters from them saying they needed the "documentation" aka, receipt, of the return. My mother could not find it. If I HAD the receipt there would have been no problem in the first place!

They suggested I call the store and gave me info they had from the purchase. I called the store and spoke to the manager, but I needed to come into the store to research it! The store is half an hour away so not so convenient. The bill finally came again and I had no chance to go to the store. I decided to pay the bill and try to settle it later. As luck would have it I was one day after the due date so they tried to charge me $25 as a late fee for something I did not even owe for that was returned! When I called the agent waived the late fee.

Then today, I get an online statement for $2.00! I call then again and they say that since it was one day late, the bank had charged the minimum interest. Hmmm, $2.00 interest on a $58.00 purchase that had been returned the day after I bought it and the bank had no record of. Luckily they reversed the $2.00 but it's safe to say that I will NOT be using the JCP charge card ever again.

JC Penney the beauty salone

I am a frequent customer at your salon in pearland, tx at the crossings and actually a return customer from many years ago. Since returning to the jcp salon, I have noticed that your wifi in the salon does not work properly. Women are in the salon for hours each visit having their hair done and are not even able to check emails or social media on their phones while there, which makes for a very long and sometimes regrettable visit. It's very tiring to sit in the salon for hours without having wifi. I would lover for not only my visits but the visits of all of your customers to the salon to be a bit more pleasurable. Please consider correcting this issue.

JC Penney customer service representative at call center

I called on 5-16-17 needing help with resetting pass word to log in to my acc. I normally do all my transactions on line. But had locked myself from acc. E mail said to call customer service. I did and waited 18 min before someone answered. By then I was frustrated, as soon as I started to speak the representative hung up on me (Miriam).
I had no choice but to call back again, and wait another 19 min. Its ridiculous that I had to waste almost 40 min of my time to reset a pass word. Please coach your employees, if they don't know how to deal with customers they have no business in customer service. And believe me I'm so upset that I will be sharing this story with anyone who will listed. This is probably why stores are closing. Customers would rather shop on line and not have to worry about unhappy employees and bad attitudes.

JC Penney nike shoes

I visited the Saginaw Fashion Square mall and experienced the most horrendous customer service assistance please understand I am a freqyentvshoooer and an a Gild member shopper. The Kids Shoe Suoervisor was extremely incorrigible and unprofessional. My shopping at JCPenny will once again stop as I have stopped in the past due to the lack of professional integriry exhibited by the staff you have trained to represent the best interests of your training management staff. The young lady whom worked with me lacked prof as ion always etiquette and knowledge of your current price practicing. I was embarrassed and rather irritated by her lack of professional demeanor towards me including the cahowr staff in the young men's department whom treated me just as unjust. I was embarrassed and made to feel the hat my business was not needed nor needed. I plan not to shop at your store in Saginaw for many years and will update my Facebook personally with the awful experience I endured on 5-15-17. The kids shore supervisor who was extremely arrogant and Cocky gave me her name quite proudly after she severely insulted me infrint of my sons and at least 7 other customers. Please review the video as you will see how they treated me and my young sons age 9 & 10. I had taken my sons to purchase a new pair of summer basketball shoes and in totally excited to purchase a new pair for their upcoming end of the year field trip. To my full dismay The kids shoe supervisor on duty named Shell Benskwy lacked the skills to provide adequate, quality customer service and chose to instead argue her point in front of my children and many other customers. I am so disappointed with the lack of respect and courtesy that I plan to tell all Inc family of 13 children, 24 grandchildren of the horrible service we personally received by your manager Shell Bensley. There was misleading advertisement costed which she attempted to divert as pricing that was meant to advertise future price deals, my point was at that level was to honor the price that was noted on the section of Nike shoes which promoted the price of $37.50 instead of $59 there were no specified product details listed as well. She also embarrassed me not only in front of young men's staff it also included children's cashiering staff . Shell belittled me and if you review the camera footage of my entire shopping experience with Shell Bensley. She actually touted the fact of support she would receive from her supervisor in the event that she was questioned which caused me to feel further alarmed with your management staff adherence to policy and protocol. I will no longer shop at JCPenny as it was clearly made evident my business was not welcomed nor needed. Please address this very important issue with your Saginaw supervisory staff. JC Penney hamilton beach panini maker

Bought Hamilto Beach item #25460 grill, tried to get a price match because Walmart has the same item for $24.94 jcp price is $33.75. Was on the phone for 47 minutes and didnt get anyone. Terrible and then i called back and the recording said the wait time is 27 minutes! Realy! Never again!
Will be returning the item as customer service is "out of order".

JC Penney customer service

Placed an in app purchase today on Mother's Day and went to change address for check out and app said my order had been placed. I tried calling to cancel it immediately and was on hold for over a 1/2 hour. Had to pick son up from work and hang up. Tried calling back several more times immediately when I got home and was on hold for over 45 minutes. Last time I called was on hold for over an hour and then they disconnected me. Called back immediately again and this time call was picked up within three minutes and the operator said no I couldn't cancel it, it had been 4 hours since I placed order. Well if I wasn't on hold for over an hour it would have been cancelled immediately. Horrible customer service. He said the only thing I could do was go to the store it will ship to(mind you the order want even proscessed yet ), and then pick it up and ask for a refund immediately. Wow and you want my business ? Never ever have I had this experience with placing an online or in app purchase with any other company ever!
