JC Penney juniors arizona epic leggings. dark blue in color.

I purchased 2 pairs of these epic leggings after trying them on at the store (JCPenney) When I brought them home I noticed an odor but brushed it off as them being brand new and new clothes have a "new" smell/odor. Because of this I always wash new clothes before I wear them. I washed these jeans 3 times to try and get the odor out but they still smelled bad. They had like a mothball smell to them. I returned them to the store very unhappy. The sales associate even smelled the ones I brought back and a new pair in the store right off the shelf and noticed the same smell. I don't know what kind of chemicals or dyes are used to process the jeans but I will never buy these jeans again. I'm very disappointed because they fit perfectly.

JC Penney installed drapery program

Purchased Custom Made Drapes from JC Penney in Washington, DC. Metropolitan area late in 2017. After placing deposit, representative indicated a math error had occurred, and required additional funds to set order in motion. Also, after waiting a couple of months, upon receiving drapes, they were NOT LINED as originally conveyed to representative at time of order. Again, additional funds were required to finalize order/delivery. In summation, besides cost override due to JC Penney, extreme delay in receipt of drapes (6 months), installer was Outstanding. Before you sign order for installed drapes from JC Penney, make 100% sure price is FINAL, and your order is EXACTLY what you want into your home. Due to situation with retailers such as JC Penney, I would tread very lightly in 2019 prior to commencing with New Order of Drapes.

JC Penney customer service

I was shopping and had 3 items to buy.I needed one more point for my 10 dollar reward and the employee for jcp.told me to split my order up and the rewards will.show in about five minutes.and I can apply it to the other order..well it never showed up but I purchased my other item.he also told me my 10 bonus for spending 50 will show up and it never did either...so I was cheated from the 10 dollars bonus for spending 50 because I spent 70 dollars bit on two orders thru no fault of my own.The employee never informed.me I had to make one purchase to earn the extra 10...very unfair...Debbie pampena 8306 pierce st.verona pa.15147.email address [protected]@gmail.com

JC Penney credit card department

I have been paying my credit card bill on time until the month of August. I contacted the credit card department to inform them that I was just returning to work so my August payment would be late by a day or so. I was informed I that there is a $27 fee for paying late. I was also informed if I am charged a late fee then it will be waived. However the customer service rep did not mention that my minimum payment would go up $11 for 6 months because I was paying late. So now I have to pay $38 instead of $27. This is completely a rip off. It's like JC Penny's is charging me a late fee for 6 months. This is absolutely absurd. Who does this to hard working people. This company does not care about their customers they only care about making money even if it means ripping off their customers...

JC Penney bathing suit rn# 278-0509 & rn#278-0506

Purchased a bathing from JC Penny late spring (top and bottom tankini style) for $60.00 and wore it about 10 times. The bathing suit was well taken care and washed properly. The bathing suit elastic has almost dry rotted and become so stretched out. I feel there was a manufacture defect as I purchased another bathing that same day and brand ans that one is completely fine. The bathing suit is so stretched out due to poor elastic.

JC Penney my last check!

I was literally only paid for 7 hours! When I worked more than 7 hours! Either someone fixes it or I will bring the law into this! I have contracted them and they choose to ignore me! I was fired at least two weeks ago over attendance or whatever! I didn't know when to freaking come in! So I went by the schedule I had picked on training day. I was sitting here thinking I wasn't put in the system yet, so that is why I wasn't able to log into my kiosk account! Not my fault not one bit!

JC Penney ashley sofas

ordered 2 ashley signature design power reclinging Damacio sofas on Aug. 22nd, 2018.

August 27th, I received an email that my items were on their way. I called that week to find out when they would arrive. jc penny furniture dept. gal said they were shipped to the delivery depot and that I would get a call from them.

2 weeks later hadn't heard anything, called penny furn. dept again, gal said that the delivery depot had received it but it hadn't been processed yet. waited another week.

Another week gone by called penny gal again got the same story I said this is ridiculous, next week will be the 4th week and your website originally said it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. she said I should be receiving my furniture the following week. I did not.

Sept. 18th, I called penney furniture again. gal said she would put in a ticket to delivery company to process and it could take 48-72 hours.

Sept. 19th, delivery company called to schedule for oct. 3rd, I asked her to make sure it is for 2 sofas ashley power recline Damacio. she said no its for a 2 pc queen sleeper and said I should call jc penny. I did
and was on the phone with 3 or 4 different gals over an hour
.1st gal - I will have to refund your money and then you can reorder it online. I said well will I get it for the same price ( when I originally ordered it it was 50% off plus I got another 10% off that. Fantastic price which is why I ordered it! she said yes I would get it for same price. I was on phone and laptop at same time to look it up and could not find it she gave me an item price to look up, it read price ticket of over $3k ( I paid $311.00 for each originally) and it said unavailable. I was getting miffed with her telling me I could reorder it online. she continued to argue that I could but her story kept changing, I asked for supervisor. Also in this conversation when I requested they contact their manufacturer to request they send the correct sofa out she said it doesn't work that way that they have to refund 1st and then in 3-5 days I get my money back and then I can reorder. she didn't make sense.

2nd gal- Kyra (they don't have emp. id #'s or anyway to really complain about an individual). she said it can't be reordered b/c it out of stock I said why can't you call the manufacturer and request they send out the correct sofas. "it doesn't work that way she said" they can't call them she said they could email them but that really isn't going to do anything. I asked, "so are you going to refund my money?" she said I have to let the delivery co. know to not deliver it. then I could hear her typing. after a min or so and just hearing typing, I said, "hello", she says yes, i'm here. I said so you didn't answer my question, she says, I did answer, I said what was your answer? she starts telling me about having to contact delivery co. etc I said that isn't my problem, I just want to know if you are going to refund my money, its a yes or no answer. so what is it. she starts telling me again that she will have to contact delivery co. it just got argumentive then I asked for her supervisor .

JC penny escalate supervisor Maria - I simply ask if they are going to return my $$ she said yes, I see the rep has put that in the system. I said, " so I have to be put on holds and all this for over an hour for you to be able to say yes I will get refunded. I let them know I believe they are committing fraud to the consumers for advertising furniture, taking the money for over a month and then not following through with the deal. since I was on all these holds I started looking online and seen that numerous people have just the same type of complaints. Ridiculous. I will not show there ever again. no wonder they are going out of business.

JC Penney jewelry

So I went into the store about a week ago now remind you I DROVE 60 miles because I got a call from a friend sayin that a bracelet and ring was 85-100$ that the sign there in the glass "LOCKED" cage said and then when I looked at it, it said way higher price then that so they said they couldn't honor it (but really rude) her name was ASHLEY at Woodbury, Mn J.C. Penney's . And so I said I wanted to talk to someone higher, she insisted that she was highest for about 3 times, I said so know one in this whole building is higher then you, finally she gave me the stores number which I could have just googled and told me to call for Steve. So I did well steve was on "vacation" so Monday he was supposed to give me a call back, nope never did remind you I called 3 times Monday to make sure he called me. Nope so the next morning I call he doesn't wanna honor so then again I call cooperate and they said they support his decisions I said how could u support his decisions when the sign plainly said it and I have a picture. So I'm debating rather to take it to court or to not ? What should I do ? Is there anyone else higher?

JC Penney arizona jeans size 5 reg

I purchased these before school starting and fell in love with the look! I purchased it for my daughter who will be 5 in January and paired it with the Arizona pink camo top with the lace on the sleeves. I am complaining about the pants. They are like the begging with the fake rips in them. The RN is 111052 and the supplier is 17216-3. The jeans had the stickers on them before purchase. After purchase I brought them home, removed the stickers (which left like a shadow) and washed them. That (shadow) is NOT coming off! Please help! The cost of these pants aren't the cheapest so I expected better than what I received.

JC Penney men's arizona jeans

I just purchased several pairs of paints for my son Arizona Jean company and he wore a pair today and the inside of the pants ripped I really am upset about this and don't feel like spending this kind of money on pants for this to happen. I have never had this issue before with these pants and feel like something needs to be done about this issue. I would either like a new pair of pants for my son our my money back to get him a new pair the size is 36-32 in men's as I don't have the extra money to go out and buy another pair.

JC Penney clothing quality

I bought by daughter 5 polos for school and they fit her perfectly, however, the buttons will not stay buttoned at all. Now I have to buy her all new shirts because of this. I can't send her to school with the polo unbuttoned and her bra showing. I shouldn't have to take all of the shirts back to the store which is out of my way to return the shirts which will probably not be in stock. The shirts are only washed, never dried and this happened after the first wear.

JC Penney man in girls fitting room

My 10 year old daughter and I were shopping at JCP Northeast Mall in Hurst TX. In the girls (childrens) section, my daughter went into the fitting room so she could try on a bra. She immediately walked out stating there is a man in there. I walked in and and a boy who the man said was his little brother was in there trying on clothes with their door open. I asked the man if he should be in there as this fitting room is for girls. He said they could not find another fitting room. Granted, there were no signs what so ever and the boys clothing area was next to the girls. We exited to tell the cashier. Another employee there, presumably said it is the law that requires male or female or even CHILDRENS designated fitting rooms or restrooms! I know, of course that is not the law and advised her that is a dangerous policy. I will be notifying local and national news as well at the attorney general and governor of Texas! I haven't shopped at Target for years because of this policy. AddJCP to boycott! Putting children in danger is as disgraceful as it gets!

JC Penney reimbursement for returns to store

Purchased items on line and in store. Returned all on-line items. Only kept 3 items from store purchases, which cost, with tax, approximately $40. JCP credit card balance says I'm owed approximately $130. I paid one bill of $117 and another of $86.17. Have reached out to store manager, who first called me about 5 weeks ago and said he was working on the issue (Friday, 3pm) -- phone rings twice 2 hours later and then hangs up --figured it was from local JCP manager (Wilmington, NC). Call to follow up next week and learn he's on vacation (how rude to tell me he's going to get it fixed but not to let me know he's on vacation the next weeks -- not managing my expectations very well. I reach out to District Manager (Terry ?) who said he asked synchrony bank to work on the issue - but he left me no number to call him back. Have heard nothing from District Manager or Regional Bank so far. On Monday this past week, noticed two calls, no messages left, from JCP in Wilmington. Friday, Store Manager calls me at 5pm and says he wants to get this settled, but didn't give a time. I suggested next week -- he said he'd only be in the store on Wed. I'm tired of JCP's game playing. Loved the JCP store at Tyson's Corner in VA when lived there -- had no issues with any of this. All corporate does is send a message to the manager about my complaint. WHEN WILL SOMEONE DO SOMETHING TO ASSIST WITH MY ISSUE?

JC Penney wrongly spoken to and treated

Our new manager doesn't take us employees serious about our problems against other employees or supervisors . He often says he wants no drama or doesn't wanna hear it that the person you are working with is probably joking learn how to take a joke. My new supervisor she yells at us as if we are dogs and than laughs and turns to the next person who is beside her and talks badly about the person she just embarrassed, she doesn't care who hears. Some times she sits in her office and watches videos or texts on her phone. And will come and check and see if we are doing the work she is getting credit for. There other employees that want to complain but are scared to. If you are giving a upgrade (higher position a raise isn't given, just more work is throwen at you...

JC Penney manager

i have been working for JCP at deptford NJ since the beginning of the summer. let me start by saying i know i'm not their #1 employee. i'm not by any means saying i deserve more than anyone else. but i had an issue with my scheduling for school. i tried for 3 days to get in touch with my manager and only today did i get called into the office just to be told that my request to not be scheduled late shifts (because for my EMS training i work 6am to 6pm and getting 5 hours of sleep isn't enough in that profession. so i simply asked to not work later than 9:30. which is when the store closes.) was unacceptable. It seems like everyone else's school schedules were approved except mine. i told my HR manager (the person who interviewed me) from the beginning that my schedule would be changing starting in the fall. and then she continued to berate me and insult me and the profession in training to enter. saying that "if your attitude is like this here, i don't know how you work at your other job because i know that wouldnt fly". (not an exact quote) even though she doesn't know anything about it or have any idea the hours and dedication and hard work i have put towards my profession. she's in fact barely ever spoken 3 words to me as a person and makes assumptions about me and what i do. i've in fact never been spoken to by a supervisor the way i was spoken to today. i'm offended. i feel completely disrespected. i don't think speaking to employees the way she spoke to me today is in any way appropriate. what i described is only one of many things she said to me, without letting me even defend myself saying quote "don't interrupt me when i'm speaking" and honestly i was so taken aback by the things that were said i couldn't even catch my breath. absolute worst experience i've ever had with a manager. and my HR manager sat by and allowed her to continue insulting me. i sat there and cried. PSA: don't insult people's biggest dream in life and biggest ambition just to assert your power. it's humiliating and absolutely unacceptable in the workplace.

JC Penney customer service

I've been a JC Penny customer for many many years. I've just started this year ordering from you on line. So far so good. Until today. I placed an order earlier today. After looking over my order, I noticed an item I wanted two of, had only been ordered as one. I called customer service for help. The first thing I did was agree to do a survey after my call. I asked if they could add it to my order. Said I was too laye. I asked if they could help me out with shipping. She said no. I didn't spend enough money. I feel this was very selfish on your part not to help me out. I have spent a lot of money in your stores and online. My mistake when I ordered. But I feel you made a mistake not standing by your good customers.

Beautician didn't listen to my wants as far as color Nd haircut ; my hair turned out terrible I tried to reach salon but there is NO answer by phone due to there is no receptionist ; I feel like if I would of let her know I didn't like it she wouldn't of cared about my needs Nd wants ; I looked at my hair when I got home Nd it looked very blotchy and it didn't turn out terrible experience went in to get hair to look better ; turned out just about the same

JC Penney same day pickup/ customer service rep

On 8/17 my daughter and I went to the Kerrville, TX store to do some school shopping. When we checked out, I was unable to get the coupons to pull up on my JCP app so I asked the girl if she had any coupons (which they normally do) to which she said no too, ok fine whatever, but then the older cashier behind her tells her to give me $10 off and she says ok but never did give me. I was kinda mad but ok no big deal. Well today I did an online order for a same day pickup and 4 hours later I get an email that they had cancelled it. I check my bank account to make sure my funds were credited back and they were but the rewards that I had used weren't in my JCP account.
I call the 800# and get a rep out of Topeka, KS and explain what happened to her. She then tells me that if an order is cancelled that you don't get the points back. I then ask why if they're technically not being used and she gets an attitude about how when I cancelled the order. I then got rude right back at her (a thing I don't like doing since I've worked retail for years) and told her yet again that they are the ones who cancelled and she tells me that I shouldn't have left my order sitting there for more than 10 days. That was it for me I then had to get really loud and cut her off so that she would open her ears and actually listen to me that I had ordered the item at 7 this morning and got the cancellations shortly after noon. She then ask why did they cancel the order then, how in the hell do I know i don't work there. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then tells me oh well you'll get your rewards back in 24 hours, but I'm thinking they won't be on there. This is the 4th time in a row now that I've had an issue with either the store and now with the online ordering. Think I'll be going to belk from now on, at least I've only had 1 rude encounter at their store so far.

JC Penney bad management

I have been into this store on multiple occasion and I have noticed a manager always being rude and unprofessional with different associates.
I haven't caught the woman's last name but the associate I approached about her told me her first name is Tina.
An associate has spoken to me before stating they wanted to say something and finally told me that they were going to step up so I decided to send in a complaint about her now that I am aware that they are comfortable with talking about the situation without fear.
Seeing mistreatment of the workers breaks my heart and makes me not want to shop in the stores.

JC Penney fraud

I did clothe shopping at JC Penney's and was told I would receive 35% off my purchase if I applied for a JC Penney's Card. So I bought a couple of extra items for a total around 150.00. When I applied for the card and entered my SSN, I was told that a card was already in use with my SSN but a different name, female name at that. So of course I don't get the 50 buck discount and have spent too much time on the phone trying to get resolve. I've finally gotten a hold of the Fraud dept. and they have supposedly cancelled the fraudulent account. No one can tell me how someone is allowed to use my SSN to apply for a card but use a totally different name. How does the company do a credit check and approve it with my SSN but not my name? I want more than, "oh we will send you something in the mail in 60 days". Identity theft is someone stealing my name, not someone using my SSN and a made up name. That is a company error in the biggest form!
