jConnect / Service failed
Our service with them failed on the 17th of April. It is now the 23rd and I keep getting the old "we're very sorry we have forwarded to our technical team to deal with" always putting me on hold. They have not met their commitments to getting back to me on two occasions. This is outsourced Indian support which I have no problem with HOWEVER when multiple service calls get told nothing new I have had it. We have not had voicemail nor fax services for over a week. Very costly to a business relying on any service like this.
