I cannot set the clocks because instructions are unclear and print is miniscule. A magnifying glass does not help. Noted issues with trying to set all displays. I want my money returned for poor quality merchandise and instructions,

I received the incorrect pants
Received my merchandise and it was the wrong color. My name is Shirley Kett, Order number: [protected], I tried to call you but could not get through. This is the second time I received the incorrect pants. What do I do now?

There are two problems caused by jClub; problems I can't get rid of so far.
First one. Endless spam. I was subscribed automatically when I was placing my order. Can't stop this endless stream of emails from them. Tried a lot of things, nothing worked out. Contacted them with no luck.
Second one. The item I received was bad quality. The return process is more than just a headache. I had to send the item at my own expense without any guarantee they would be honest with me and refund.
Bad customer service not a great place to order anything !
I ordered sheets from them on August 14 today is October 7, I haven’t heard or received anything! Contacted them a few times ! Stating they are going to refund but want to give me credit ! I don’t want to order from them again! Now is the point when they see my number on there caller ID they have me leave a message ! Rude I feel ! I wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered anything from them !
I have sent several emails asking for a return label since I received this item. No response from you. Never been taken out of box. My installer advised not compatible for installation on my house. Never have recceive any kingd of response from jclub. Would like to return for refund. What do I have to do to get a response.

Not what I expected
I ordered this multimedia player and there are no directions to tell me how to operate it. Also I didn't know that you need A card to put the music on, so I would like to return it for a refund.
I, have been trying to find out how to make a return. I thought you were connected to J.C. Pennys, found out not so. My order had missing parts, didn't work and multible products. How do I make returns?
