I placed a order for shoe boots on October 27th 2017 it have not arrived at the store Hamilton Center I was told that it would be in by November 7th 2017 upon arrival at the store where to pick up your online order they said they did not have it the sales clerk we also called customer service again they gave me a case number in order to get a refund I will never never shop online with JCPenney's no longer I have ordered from Amazon the same day and got my order within 4 business days I'm very disappointed in JCPenney's I have to wait for my money to get back on my card when they decide to put it back on my card. Someone dropped the ball and the customer should not have to suffer for it

    It sounds like it was an isolated mistake. These things happen unfortunately. Maybe if you call their customer service, they will consider offering you a discount on a future purchase.
