JC Penney customer service

Me and a friend was shopping at jc penny in lawton ok . and the workers swormed us . asked if i needed help i said no thank you. I continued to try my clothes on . they didnt fit . then i proceeded to askthe 3 woman in red who are watching me that i need help finding the woman shoes because i didnt have my perscription glasses on, an they looked at us dumb . And didn't tell me or show me where they was.. Then we went outside, to our car, and a security came out trying to take pictures of my license plate. I have money to buy everything in the store, they didnt have to treat us as if we are theives.

JC Penney clothing sale

History: Hard to find suitable, reasonably priced clothes due to body shape, size, ease of use/wear, comfort & material sensitivity. Local, rural store rarely stocks plus size clothing that fits my needs/wants. Returning unsuitable purchases is such a hassle & frustrating, despite store efforts to make returns easier. Also, customer location seems it may be a big factor in obtaining sales prices before sales stock is sold out, due to a time difference between when the ad is placed in the east coast and when customers normally wake up in the western states.

I turned to JCP online & finally found pants that APPEAR to fit my needs/wants, and on sale. Regularly $50, on sale for $14.99. IF these pants would meet my needs/wants, I planned to buy more, even if at regular price if I couldn't find them on sale. The RIGHT pants are the goal. I placed my order, received a confirmation & an estimated delivery date. Over half way through the delivery time, I received a cancellation notice from JCP. My 1st call to JCP Customer Service gave me hope that JCP could possibly meet my needs if I were to call back in about a week & if the pants were back in stock. My 2nd call to JCP Customer Service was unsatisfactory in that it dashed 99.95% of my hope that JCP is willing to actually help it's customers 'remain' it's customers. Being that JCP does not obtain sufficient quantity of merchandise to meet high demand, especially in underserved areas, it SHOULD offer the same discounted prices to customers that tried to order during the sale, whenever the merchandise does come in. And JCP must make every reasonable effort to obtain that inventory for those customers. Otherwise, why should I, or anyone, remain a JCP customer?

JC Penney salon service

I booked an appointment July 3rd at your Jcp salon in Andalusia Al location my stylist was Tyran. I had a certain I requested prior to booking I provided a picture and for a certain style which I was told he could do. My hair was medium length near my shoulder. I requested for a short style with color extension. I'm so disgusted my hair looks horrible like my five year old played with her doll and chopped all her hair off. It's no where near what I ask for. Now I'm have to find someone else to fix my hair. I attached a photo style requested I didn't take pictures of the hair afterwards I'm sure your company has access to security video to see.

JC Penney free shipping

Promised free shipping if 100.00 was spent. Completed my order and was way over 100.00 and I got free shipping. Summited my order and hours later I was sent a e mail to pick up part of my order at the store. I would like to be compensated for my time and expenses of having to drive to the store, park my car, walk to the store, and let me add I'm 66 years and my health is not that good. The clothing products was to come to my home and that did not happen with part of the order.

JC Penney service

I visited the jc penny at the meadows mall in Las Vegas today and the supervisor Donna was very rude acting like I was going to steal something just cause I had nurmerous bags from other stores and one was breaking and they rufused to give us a bag even though we were going to purchase a couple items. I just find it very rude especially being a supervisor being arguementive against something so small.

JC Penney poor customer service

I was looking for shoes at the Apple Blossom JC Penney in Winchester Va. I came across a beautiful shoe on clearance for $10.97. When the cashier rang up the shoes she told me they were $36. I showed her the clearance tag on the shoe box for $10.97. The young lady called for a manager, and when the lady came over she looked at the screen and said the shoe is $36. Not friendly, Not apologetic but asked if I wanted to buy the shoes for that price? I said no, I was expecting to pay what was on the box. The manager just shook her head to say No. I asked if she would honor the price since someone obviously had priced it that way. You can clearly see the ticket was not tampered with and the cameras in the store would show no such thing. She said no, someone must have switched the ticket. I felt like she was making an insinuation. She told the cashier to take the clearance sticker off the box. I stood there in silence for a few, trying to wrap my head at this disregard to me as a customer. The manager didn't make eye contact or ask if there was anything else she could do to try and rectify the situation. She just ignored my presence. I believe the manager name was Deb (not for sure of this). She never apologized, she looked annoyed that I was even there. Very unprofessional. The cashier did apologize to me. I shop here often and never had an experience like this before. I usually love going to this store. I was shopping for shoes for a wedding and this was such a disappointing experience.

JC Penney service/cashiers

I had my 3 small granddaughters with me today at the Enid, Oklahoma JC Penneys store. When we approached a cashier she advised us to go to the jewelry dept. to be checked out. All the time glaring at my granddaughters. My granddaughters are 6 and twins that are 1 1/2 years old. Yes they can get silly during shopping but they are small children. Her attitude sucked. We went to the jewelry dept. and there was no body there. I saw a young man walking around and asked if he worked there, he said he did. I asked if he could check us out. After rolling his eyes and groaning some he finally got to the cash register. He also was rude. I know this is probably not his goal in life but it is your job for now. I usually do not have patience for rude people, especially toward my grand children. Then as we walked out of the store the first rude lady was checking someone else out. She again glared at my granddaughters. Mind you this store had maybe 6 people in it including the workers. Now I can see why. I use to like shopping at JC Penneys but now will go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Even if it means spending more money.

Today I had the extreme bad luck of being checked out by an associate named Margaret #0047 in the women's department.
I have never Never been treated as rudely as she did. She was not just rude, she was Mean. Mean! I do not mean to sound like a child and say that it is not fair but she was over the top.
Everyone has a bad day and that is understandable. I nor anyone else expects nice from everyone they interact with but at least a little politeness.
She never greated me at the desk, I had to ask her if she was checking people out.
She huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Denied me a rightful coupon that the supervisor behind her said was correct. Threw my shoes on the counter. I asked the supervisor behind her a question and Margaret Leaned into my face and told me while Glaring that she did not need any help.
I know when there is a complaint against a employee usually the course of action is retraining them.
No training can fix what is broken or never been in this woman. She was horrible.
Watch your security video. She should be fired. The supervisor Chased me down as I was leaving and told me to call tomorrow morning to speak to a general manager.
I will do so.

JC Penney product

I just bought a bra yesterday for my daughter, now mind you JCPenneys isnt close to me. She put it on today and it is ripped. I am not too happy about this, because it's a big inconvenience to me. I go to Penney's because of their plus section for my kids, but this makes me upset because my time as a mom who only works in my family doesn't have time to be going back and forth. Please address this with me.

JC Penney columbia mall, maryland women's dressing room jcpenney

7/8/18-Went to Columbia Mall's JC Penney to try on and hopefully, purchase a bathing suit. After trying on several, I became discouraged and began to put on my street clothes. As I was zipping my jean skirt, I noticed a smiling male peeping at me from under the dressing room door. I grabbed the door and followed this 8 or 9 yr old Indian male to his female counterpart and yelled, "this boy is looking at me from under the door while I'm dressing!" She apologized and pulled the boy to her waistline. I was pissed. I buttoned my skirt and left the dressing room. On my way out of the women's department, I approached a manager and told her of my experience and I left the store. I am appalled! I have 2 sons-17 and 20 and I assure you, this has never happened while shopping, otherwise, we would be put out of the store!. I have lost my faith in JC penney, child rearing in general and putting myself in a dressing room alone. Maybe I should shop with a teenager who can bop little idiots in the face who want to participate in a peep show, starring Me!

JC Penney salon

I went and had my hair colored at the JC penny salon in Southaven Mississippi yesterday July 6, 2018. I wanted to go blonde. When I left the salon my hair was orange and I had multiple chemical burns on my head. I was charged almost $100 to have my hair done. I told one of the stylist that I felt like my scalp was burning and she looked and said it was just the menthol in the coloring product. I ended up going to a different stylist to have my hair corrected from the orange color. I still have horrible scalp burns which are very painful and I ended up buying a product to help with the chemical burns.

JC Penney delivery of furniture

I ordered a sofa, love seat and chair - order number 1674611
I was told it would be delivered on June 29th between 1-3 pm.
They arrived at 6:55 pm. I was prepared for being held hostage for my afternoon but not my evening. This is totally unacceptable. I took off from work and also missed dinner with friends. The men who delivered the furniture were polite.
However, the sofa had two tears in the leather upon arrival. See attached photos
The recliner was missing the power supply necessary for it to recline.
We were told that we would be contacted about a replacement sofa. Does that mean I must endure another day in which I must take personal time off wondering when my furniture will arrive?

As far as compensation, 15% off and have the replacement sofa to be delivered the first stop in the morning would be nice.

JC Penney delivery

Its been over a month we place a order for a set of mattress we have been told every week now we are going to get a delivery and every week on the day it suppose to be delivered it's always some excuse they forgot they dont have it it's always something we were told yesterday they gaurantee us we would have it today. Now we are told the delivery driver has had a bad allergic reaction. Very disatisyfied with the service we have been given and all they say is i'm sorry what do you want us to do.

JC Penney men's jeans

I have been buying the same jeans for 10 years and the last eight pair have torn just inside the back pocket within a couple of months. The first 4 pair I tossed in the trash and now I have 3 more pair that are doing the same thing. Four were relaxed straight flex and 3 are original straight. From reading he other complaints that are identical in nature it seems as though it would be in your best interest to compensate these matters.

JC Penney watch

I purchased a watch at J C Penneys in Jackson TN. It needs a new battery so I go back to the store I purchased it from (JC Penney). The lady informed me she did not have a battery and would not be getting one. This is ridiculous, you gladly sell watches but yet if you need a battery they won't get one.
Why, do you sell a product you won't service. She tells me the only other place I could get a battery was another jewelry store. I bought the watch there!

JC Penney sephora

I want to so the JCPenney‘s sephor in Fultondale Alabama on 07/20/18. I went to buy about $1000 for products. And I don't to do this from time to time. And when I go in a young lady by the name of Jennifer always help me I ask for her that day and they informed me that she No longer works inside of Sephora That she works at the jewelry counter. I was not satisfied with the associates that was in there and there was no help.Did not know the first thing about skincare or the product. I was very unsatisfied and I did not buy thing. I am a VIP rouge . And you guys really need to get jennifer back in Sephora. She was a great asset to your team. She was very knowledgeable about skincare and about the products

I went to get glasses last year in Evansville ind on green river road. and they cannot put my len in my frames right been going though this for a year. need help and my wife lens in her frames not always in frames.We paid good money to get glasses that lens is in correct . all she say is that the best she can do . If she cant do them I need some one that can .

JC Penney women apparel

I was shopping at the Dulles Towne Center in Dulles VA. I went specifically for a strapless bra but of course $5 & $9.99 signs caught my eye.
I searched the lingerie section for nearly 30 mins with no one in sight to assist me. Approached a worker who could NOT speak any English, thus unable to understand please get someone to help me in the lingerie section. Needless to say another 15 mins goes by. I then have to walk all the way to the front of the store to a cashier that said she would send someone to help me. That help never came. Later when I get to the register I asked what happened, she said she searched the website and can you believe she said JCPENNEY DOES NIT sell strapless bras. Next she rings my things, shirts I got off of the 9.99 rack rang at $12.99 & $14.99. When I disputed the transaction and showed her the sign and rack, she fought the issue. My response, just get a manager, gentleman comes goes to the rack and sale the shirts belong to a rack in a different section. The best part is the refused to adjust the price and then removed all of the shirts off the rack. Thank God for technology! I already had taken a picture.
Awesome sale, great prices worst service I've seen in years.
My advice either don't shop here or pay very close attention to what your paying for.

JC Penney order

Placed an order on 6/13/18 so I could have my granddaughter's clothes delivered before 6/22/18. On 6/19 I still hadn't rec'd a shipping confirmation. I went on the website and tracked the order. It was in 2 packages. The first one said it was delivered 6/15/18. I never rec'd the package. I called customer service and was told I need to wait to receive the 2nd package because they didn't know what was in each package? WHAT? I had the tracking numbers and I knew what was in that package. So I asked if after I called with the 2nd package rec'd (hasn't yet arrived) will they be able to make sure I have my order by Friday 6/22/18. I was told No. I was offered no help what so ever and I gotta tell you I'm pretty upset right now.
Never AGAIN JC Penney. Never AGAIN!

Very upset. Placed a 100.00 order on 6/16/18 with the promotion for rewards points of 10.00. Order still not received and am told I wont get my rewards because the promotion period is over. ITS NOT MY FAULT order was not shipped out on time. Why should I lose my rewards dollars. Terrible customer service (Flynn). Never heard of such a policy. Its fraud. I will be contacting corporate.

I placed A $600 order the address was put in wrong on my confirmation so I called to change it they said they had to cancel my order and reprocess another one but nobody was doing that I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours on one morning often on it took up for hours of my morning and they canceled the order then went to replace it and my card only has $1000 limit so it wouldn't except it and the refund was in process on it But they couldn't get it expedited or quick quickly done so I didn't end up purchasing it because nobody would help me nobody had any answers or tried to get any solution then somebody called me a day to days later and couldn't speak English and I told him to cancel my card forever I will not be shopping with Jc pennys anymore So for people from JC pennies couldn't figure it out hung up on me or left me on hold and I think it's absolutely ridiculous that there was nobody above back to take care of this with the right answers or solutions I think you need somebody that knows what they're doing in those positions and I think your customer service and the credit department all suck because nobody gave me any options to do anything! I will tell everybody I know plus some because I do you hair how awful JCPenney's is !
