jay zee hair salon review: My hair fell off

I went into this salon to get my hair lighter. I walked in with long thick black hair and walked out with 50% of my hair still in tact. The hair dresser bleached my hair and it fell off. Till this day it still continues to fall. Is completely ruined. Everyone I know keeps asking me what in the world happened to my long locks. The charged me $110.00 for the work too. I asked for a refund and the denied it. I cry till this day because my hair keeps falling off. I don't know what to do.
