Darrell Purdue has stalked Mr. Ottis with hate for nearly eight (8) years as evidence by his own postings. He has threatened Mr. Ottis’s life as evidenced by his postings. He has posted False, misleading and exaggerated information as evidenced by his posts. He has discovered that “Rebuttals” have been appearing against his posts, so being an internet designer he has taken Mr. Ottis’s name without his authorization and launched his own site to badger and threaten Mr. Ottis. Here is the link to VoxDomains that displays Darrell Purdue as registering and owning the “JayOttis.com” site that he now uses to Cyberstalk Ottis and threaten him and his business.

“Through my conversations with this (Theresa) person it was apparent he (Ottis) was back in Omaha Nebraska running his scams again. This person (Theresa) has all his contact information including his attorneys information so I gave him a call. I wanted to know why he is risking being disbarred by representing this ###. After talking with the attorney its apparent he knows what Jay is doing and might even be in on the scam. Well recently I came across a post from Jay Ottis bashing my company and making up all sorts of stuff that would make for a good movie on [redacted]. So now my gloves are off and “I will not stop until this man is either Killed by a person he rips off (including Darrell) or is in prison”. Feel free and have a look at all the information I have on him. I have a PI (Stalker on staff) that, as best as he can keep track of his current location. “

The picture Darrell Purdues used on his site is the Copyrighted Property of the Associated Press. It was taken and published by AP for a news article in 2007, promoting the characters. The name Joseph Hamilton is an altered name by Purdue as the last name “Memo” in his other postings.
Darrell Purdue has also posted that Mr. Ottis’s lawyer and friend is an associate conman with Ottis. The lawyer is one of the best known and respected lawyers in Omaha and Nebraska. He has been called to positions of Public Utility Boards, his partners have been called to Judgeship positions and his family history goes back several generations in Nebraska communities, church leadership, family owned “Historical” business which is still in operation, politics and lawyer endeavors.
Mr. Ottis was close friends to the late Nebraskan, Ted Gunderson a retired “FBI Agent in Charge” of over 750 FBI agents in Los Angeles. One of five Presidential candidates elected to the appointment of the FBI National Director, Mr. Ottis’ son in-law is a County Sheriff, his brother in Las Vegas is with the LVMPD, his close friend is recently retired Secret Service Agent, in 2000, he became associated with the Assistant Executive Director of the Secret Service, his lawyers have been community leaders and Senators.
In closing, the real tragedy is that Mr. Ottis has endured years of attacks by a handful of commingling cyberstalkers posting hate messages. The children that these beautiful products are designed to reach have been deprived and the investors that entrusted their time and money in this project have been robbed time after time from cyberstalkers sabotaging Mr. Ottis.
The people that really count are the investors of time and money, the children that this product can help, and the respect of the person that has led this battle for years at the expense of his health.
